Outstanding service! Ive had 2 incidents where I required body work and in each case, the work was superior! Everyone was friendly, caring & professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Auto Collision and though I hope I never have a need to return (wrecks are to be avoided!) this is the only body work company I would consider!

Highly Recommend! Had an issue with my car after pieces of a tractor trailer tire hit the underneath of my engine. No major damage was caused but it needed to be fixed. Auto Collision was highly recommended to me by a friend. Mr Robertson and his staff were so professional & quick with the repairs. They dealt with my insurance quickly & had the car returned within a few days! Thank you!

Elbert Morrison Sr. always had good reputation for doing quality work. Nice to his son is continuing the quality repairs they are known for.

Wow what a horrible business. Back when previously owned it was good but now the owner is just rude. The Craftsmanship done was very poor quality. Looked ghetto after he fixed it

This place is a nightmare! Pay attention to all the one star reviews on this place. Staff is lazy and rude. If you walk in during the day they are all hanging out in the office gabbing, with no one working on the cars. Expect a one week job to turn into nine weeks with tons of excuses. The workmanship is shoddy and they do not stand behind their work. If you are working through an insurance company, expect them to constantly drop the ball. HORRIBLE experience!

This is a GREAT place to have work done on your car. Mr. Robinson is a GREAT man and very nice no matter how many times you call him he is still a calm and helpful man. Mrs. Cindy that answers the phone is a VERY VERY sweet lady and helps the best she can and always very polite. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE. thanks for a job well done yall are AWSOME.

Worst place ever, they tried to over charge my son on his estimate, which damages were I would say 4k max , they sent a estimate to the insurance company for almost $8000,The car was in a wreck since January they been telling me the car was ready about 20 times and when I would go over there and they will make some BS of excuse. Today April 29, I went to pick up the car after so long with no bumper due to them breaking the bumper paint , they forgot my hood prop rod , the fenders emblems , new scratches on my hood ,And after all these clowns 🤡 are asking us to pay out of pocket for a new hood that cost 1k and charging us 1700 for it ,My deductible deductible is 500 bucks, so that should cover my stuff , this clowns are speaking of 30 years of experience but can’t even do a simple job . Don’t come to this place unless you want to have your car looking like a joke .

Highly recommended. I was blown away by the level of customer service I experienced.. You just dont find that much anymore.Oh, and the repair they did to my 2018 Camry was perfect! Its truly like it was never damaged.

Meh- used them because their reputation. thought first time i was unhappy was a fluke and perhaps i was expecting too much. used them again ... next time. glove compartment would not even close. called them on the way home about it and they told me how to fix it. ummmmm thats what i paid them for.

This is the only place that I will let fix my car. They truly care about fixing all that was damaged and they will fight with the insurance company to make sure your car is fixed correctly.

My little Ford Ranger looks like a new one after repairs.They had a good teacher.First met Elbert, Sr in the mid 50s & he always took good care of us.

Had used them for years. My last 2 experiences were NOT good. Did damage to inside of my car while in their care. They blamed it on who they had to other work....either way, in their custody. Did a half job of repairing it. Will NEVER use them again. Used to be good, but no more.

I was very pleased with the service and repairs. My insurance agent came and looked at the repairs afterwards and he said it was one of the best jobs hed seen.

My car has been there since January 15 and they havent fixed my car yet....they have all the parts to fix it but they have not did anything to it...all she keeps saying g is that we have everything they jus have to do it but my car has been there for 5 months and Ive seen I know 50 cars go through that place....wth is really goin on

I have been using Auto Collision since the early 90s. Went over today about painting my jeep and they told me they didnt do that anymore. Something to do with insurance and rent a cars. This vehicle was not in an accident and I was going to pay out of pocket. Oh well they just lost my business. Very disappointed!!!

This is the best place ever to get your car repaired. Best work ever.

I took a functioning car to them after hitting a deer (drove it for a month until before taking it in). When they finaly call me that it was ready to pick up. The car could not be driven for more than a mile. The water pump was broken (cant drive the car) and did not take responsability for it. Extremily disappointed.

Family owned. Super nice people. Have taken 2 cars here to get fixed and both came out outstanding. This collision place cares more about customer satisfaction than pleasing the insurance company. They have called me during my repairs and have said, how would you like this done Mr......? This is going on right now and wanted to get your feedback. Thats good to me because they aint worried about the $$$$$ but about customer relationships. They stay busy and its obvious why. They dont pressure you in fixing something else you didnt go in there for. If you dont ask they wont ask. Nice.Yeah about this place. 1 month has past and I had to come 4 times back to get stuff fixed because they did a terrible job on my door frame. My door kept rattling and they said oh its fine, the doors nowadays are not built factory anymore so we have to get aftermarket parts Im like whaaaaaaat? I kept bugging them until they opened it again and said oh, there was a wire loose and we had to place that back in place and use some insulation. Next it was a pillar that they didnt place correctly so it came off. I was sitting in the front office while they fixed my pillar and I think the owners mom was on the phone with a customer and she was rude and talked bad about the customer after she hanged up and I also found out that they place you on hold and make up stories just to shut the customer up but they really dont know whats going on.I was disappointed because they seemed like really nice people at first but business is business I guess.
