I hired them 2 years ago and was really happy with them so I hired them again this weekend and Im still really happy with them. We moved from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedrooms apartment, it took them 4 hours total, like expected, the 2 movers were also on time, professional and nice. I highly recommend this company.

There were 2 movers - a younger one and an older one. The older one was friendly and kind and the younger was AGGRESSIVE, INTIMIDATING and RUDE. I do not recommend anyone to use this service, especially if you are a young single woman.I moved from a 400 sqft studio, to the next town over (about a 20 minute drive). I had moved my clothes, food and smaller items before the movers had arrived. They packed and moved 10 boxes, 1 side table, a center table, a couch, a large shelf, two small bookshelves, and a desk which took 6 hours.1) Movers arrived and the younger one told me what boxes he needed so I went to get it - they didn’t use all the boxes I bought, and they also didn’t move some of my items (like laundry, art, and hangers) calling it “PERSONAL” items. However, they decided to pack a garbage bag - because apparently that was an approved moving item. Thankfully it was full of non-perishable supplies, so there was no damage or smell. There was also no order to way things were moved - there were dirty shoes thrown on top of non-perishable food items and clean towels.2) While I was gone to get the boxes he requested (about an hour), I didn’t see what was moved or packed. The mover also made me pack some of my own items because he didn’t want to be liable for damage.3) While I was packing those items, they decided to pack my PURSE (apparently not a PERSONAL item) with my HOUSE KEYS AND CAR KEYS - I couldn’t lock up or move, and we had to delay the move for about 30 minutes until the mover could unpack the boxes and find my purse. And the mover asks “I wonder who put this in here if it wasn’t me or you” - basically trying to BLAME ME for HIS OVERSIGHT (It was most likely the other mover that packed the purse, because I definitely didn’t) I WAS NOT REFUNDED for this time.4) There was plenty of damage, and it took me 3 additional trips in my SUV to move things that they had left behind.5) They charged me extra for using wrap rather than blankets, even though I hadn’t asked for wraps. I asked them about this and the mover called the office, and they were kind enough to remove the surcharge. The mover, however, was so petty, he said he had given me a “$0.50” discount (yes, 50 cents) but because I was being rude, he was going to remove that from my total.6) I requested some time before payment so I can discuss my concerns with the office, however the mover was aggressive and started shouting. I was stressed out from the move, and honestly scared for my safety so I ended up signing whatever I had to. It’s taken me almost a year to write this review because of the trauma and fear associated with the move.

I hired Pro Movers to move furniture and boxes from a 2 bedroom apt to another 2 bedroom apartment just 25 minutes away. Their team of 3 young men did an amazingly poor job. They spent all day moving boxes and 1 sofa and chest. Then they wanted to come back the next day and move the rest of the furniture after spending 10 hours on boxes and 2 pieces of furniture. I initially agreed and then cancelled the 2nd day because they said it would be another 6 hours at least. I had to end up renting a U-Haul truck and getting 3 other guys to help me finish my move. See pictures below of just some of the furniture that was left - king bedroom set (containing headboard, footboard, mattress set, 2 night stands, large armoire, triple dresser and mirror), large dining table and 8 chairs, large china cabinet, TV, small curio, wood file cabinet, accent furniture and more. My lease was up and I had to be out the next day as it was a Sunday. THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST MOVE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Ive moved long-distance and short distance but I would not hire this company again to move my dead dog! They put no care in what they do and when I called the owner to express my dissatisfaction, he would not listen to my complaint and then hung up the phone on me after yelling at me. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Hire a more expensive, professional firm and get the job done right the first time.

We used Pro100Movers yesterday, and we were very happy with the company. When they had an opening earlier in the day, they offered to come earlier. I asked them to wait until the pre-arranged window, and they arrived just 10 minutes into the window. They were quick, efficient, and respectful of our property. The whole process, from the old location to the new one, was very smooth, and their rates are very reasonable.

Ive used them 3 times to move my home. Every experience has been professional. Their movers are courteous, respectful and fast. Their prices are very reasonable and less then other estimates Ive gotten. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

We actually had hired them and done our first big move like bulky items, furniture all big and heavy stuffs. They worked from 10 am until 8 pm, non stop , hard working people. We bought them lunch and offered them lunch break. They only took 15 minutes lunch break then back to work. Those guys are polite, friendly yet hardworking. No one stood idle. The move includes packing, material, dissembling, assembling, truck, gas, mile, , 26 feet truck, take two trips. They did not complained a word. We got a quote for flat fee $1800, no fee charge for credit card payment. We are happy with them and definitely will use them again and highly recommend them to our new community that needs to use moving services.

Arrived on time, finished on time. Did a fantastic job of moving my son. No damage to the furniture or to the home. Would recommend to anyone.

This included taking the time to go above and beyond in protecting our furniture, including disassembling and reassembling bed and china cabinet, among others. No hidden fees. Moving was so easy with ProMovers, even though this was our first time moving with a kid. The guys were very kind and hustled big time! They reminded us of extra fees at every step, instead of sneaking them (tape, wardrobe boxes). The estimate was very close to the final price. And they were thoughtful enough to place a rug down so the carpet didnt get stained from their boots. I would definitely use them again!

We used Pro100 Movers to move from Arlington into DC and we had a lot of furniture, TV, AC etc. Professionally they managed and handled everything. My wife was anxious about her lovely LCD TV but they moved it very carefully and did a great job. In a word everyone was efficient, skill and highly professional. We are more than satisfied and I have recommended Pro100Movers to some of my friends.

This company is completely unprofessional. We packed our 1BR Apt ourselves in plastic lend-a-box containers which come with their own dollies and packing supplies. All was ready to go when the movers arrived. They worked hard for about 30 minutes and then we would catch them several times standing around talking. These were not regular breaks. They were intentionally running the time so that we had to pay more later and/or these three men were simply lazy. We talked to them about it and they were very snippy in response. They continued with terrible work ethic and even took double the time to get to the move-in location. We spoke with their manager and ended up in a screaming match in our home. This resulted in them bringing our items in to the door entrance without moving items to the various rooms. They also tried to hold our last item which was a big flat screen tv until we paid them for extra time spent. Look elsewhere for movers.

It was excellent moving experience with this company. Everything was fast, professional, in time. Guys were friendly and exetremely careful with all my stuff. I recommend this company for everyone if you need help with your move

They were really nice but took a long time moving a 1br. apt. Took 4.5 hours, so plan accordingly! The didnt even have to wrap my stuff, so I have no idea why it took so long

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I have now used them twice; once for a whole house interstate move and another for just a large (and heavy) sectional sofa from my parents house. Both times they arrived on time and finished the job in record time. They were extremely professional and didnt damage my furniture or my walls. Just moved an upright 48 piano by them with rain and bad traffic. They were on time (actually they arrived site earlier than me despite bad traffic), strong hands, fair price, friendly registration process. Highly recommended and definitely will do business with them again in the future.

There are so many moving companies in my area I randomly called this one and got lucky .Before my move I was very frustrated so many unexpected problems came along .After requesting my quote they gave me very nice service from the begging to the end .I did ask them to come to my house for on site estimate and they didnt charge me for that .On my moving day they came in time and did amazing job .This guys were very friendly and profesionals.If I gonna move again ill definitely call them again
