Terrible service. I was returning Amazon items and I was also there before any other customers and 30 minutes before they closed. The clerk was behind on shipping items and I needed a box to return one item that required a box. I informed him that I was willing to pay, but then he started taking other customers that were behind me in line. He was extremely rude, he wouldn’t answer my questions about the box I was supposed to pay for and continued to service other customers. I never write negative reviews, but I think it’s extremely important that when you are in a service type industry that you also provide quality customer service. He was unprofessional and the way he treated me was uncalled for. You aren’t making progress because you decide to skip the current customer in front of you to take care of other customers, you’re essentially slowing down the process. Now you’ve created a negative consumer experience.

I have to say this is the worst UPS store ever. I came in to return an Amazon package, the owner (old Indian dude) told me to take this package to the delivery driver myself. Am I a customer or do I look like I work here. The guy didnt even say thank you, literally gave me an order.DONT COME HERE.

Worst experience ever. Incompetent staff. Using ups to deliver for over 30 years, never came across such bad service, including the ups customer hotline. They delivered my package with sensitive information to the incorrect address, no one can verify what happened, after two weeks of reporting the incident i’m still dealing with locating my package and speaking to supervisors. Ridiculous.

Jenny was unpleasant; the location was either short on staffing or the team in the back doesnt come out to help each other; packages in the back were disorganized and cluttered resulting in longer wait times. Strongly recommend going to another location.

Very frustrated with my experience yesterday at this location.The staff members were kind and were able to pack and ship an item for which I had been struggling to find adequate packing materials and a shipping box large enough to fit.However. When I entered the location I showed the item that I was shipping and asked for an estimated shipping cost before diving in and getting packed. I had the mind walking in that if shipping would be more than $150 that I would hand-deliver the item to its new owner several states away.My item (musical instrument in a large case) was measured for its dimensions and weighed, and I was given an estimated shipping cost of $30-ish from the lady at the front who measured it, and an additional $70-ish dollars from the other staff member for materials and packing. I was told there may also be a small charge to declare it for its full value. All in all, about $100, and I repeated out loud to them: So around $100 or so, that seems reasonable. I even indicated to one of the staff members that Id like to double-box it if at all possible as the item was very fragile, and I was still quoted in that general range.Imagine my surprise when the shipping costs totaled, not $30, BUT $170, and then the cost of the materials was added on! All in all, I was charged just under $240, and the final total was not revealed to me until it was packed and ready to go. When I pointed this out to the staff members and displayed my frustration that I was spending two and half times what I was lead to expect, the staff member who packaged my item basically said to me that I should be thankful it wasnt more expensive, and it would have been if they had been able to double-box the item (they were not). Am I supposed to be thankful that I was the victim of a bait-and-switch, intentional or otherwise? The staff member who packed the item offered the possibility that the estimate I received was based of the measurement of the item itself, not the box it would need to be packaged in.I ask, how is that my fault? I indicated that it needed to be shipped in a box, two if possible!I consider myself a reasonable person. If the final total had been within a reasonable deviation of $100 I would have been fine with it as it was simply that - an estimate. But to go from $100 to $240 is not a reasonable deviation - it is a misquote from the beginning, and one that my wallet shouldnt be liable for.I can see this location gets a pretty stellar rating among many similar types of businesses in the area. They did provide a needed service and they were the only ones in the area that could. However, I hope that this issue can be resolved or it will be difficult to take my business there again.

Manager over charged me. I asked for black and white copies, they were tax documents, and he did 4 in color anyway. He seemed irritated to help us. I would have preferred to do it myself but didnt seem like that was an option. He took off immediately after the my payment was complete. Didnt offer me the receipt. The nice young lady behind the counter handed it to me. I questioned the receipt because it said on color paper. He said no that is color copies. I left frustrated. I got home and looked at it more clearly and saw not only did he charge me for 4 color copies when I asked for black and white but he charged us for colored paper as well. The icing on the cake- he is the manager Mahadeo Wayal.Dont get ripped off by this guy. There are plenty of better places to go.

This is the postal office you can trust. This stores definitely goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. I accidentally left out the room number on the international package that already got picked up by USPS, but UPS at wintergreen plaza gave me extra help to fix the address.

I recently had to ship out 50 packages to 50 different addresses and the team members in the store were beyond amazing!! From helping unload the packages to creating shipping labels, they helped with everything. A task that could’ve easily taken 4 or more hours took only 2. Staff members, who I assume were off or on break, were called in to assist and came in ready and willing! Thank you a thousand times to their team!

Was very impressed with Louis (Lou) while I was here. Always get great service at this location, but today was exceptional.Guy was helping me with a variety of shipping (Amazon code returns, box needs and regular shipping) and never missed a beat. Even answered another customers question and the phone without missing a beat on what he was doing for me.This is a great UPS branch.

This store is physically small. When I went inside, there were a lot of customers. I think this is a violation of the COVID regulations. Please wear your mask and prepare to be crowded.

I had a horrible experience with this UPS store. I dropped my package at this store. When I checked the tracking number after about 2 weeks, the package was still shown as ready to ship and had not been shipped out yet. I visited the office with the receipt for the package and asked the manager what is going on with my package still sitting in the store.The manager showed me some attitude that said that he does not even know where the package is because he already shipped the package out 2 weeks ago( the day I dropped the package). I showed him how the tracking number online shows the package has not been shipped out yet and must be sitting in the store. The manager kept saying that he does not know and I need to put an investigation.I understand that, sometimes, the accident happens. I understand that sometimes a package can be missing and needs an investigation in order to find out what happens to the missing package. HOWEVER, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE MANAGER HAS TO BE SHOWING ME THOSE AGRESSIVE ATTITUDE. I COULDVE UNDERSTOOD GENEROUSLY IF HE COULD EXPLAIN WHAT HAD HAPPEND AND WHAT ACTION WE CAN TAKE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. BUT THE MANAGER JUST TOLD ME THAT HE DOES NOT KNOW AND THE WHOLE PROCESS IS NOT HIS FAULT. HE JUST THREW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER TO ME AND SAID THAT I NEED TO CALL THERE.I would never use this UPS store again and I do not recommend this store to anybody. BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WILL RUIN YOUR ENTIRE DAY.

DO NOT GO THERE! If there is an option, I would’ve give it a ZERO star. This location is crazy! DO NOT GO THERE! They charge $1.50 for printing a shipping label which is one page, single sided, in black and white regular paper! My printer has not been functioning well as it normally would, sometimes it prints sometimes it doesn’t. Last time when my printer quit working I went to a staples store, and it only costed me less than $0.25 (I can’t remember the exact number) for the same job which was also a shipping label! I can’t believe they are ripping people off like that! This is the ups location closest to me, and for sure I am NOT coming back!

I came to UPS store 6852 around 1pm the store was full. The Indian gentleman working the front was rushing and being extremely rude to the customers. It seemed like he didnt know what he was doing. After waiting 30 minutes I decided I would just come back the next day as I did. Thank goodness the Spanish lady Jenny was there. She’s has great customer service, knows what’s she’s doing, and respects her customers. She’s the only reason I continue to come back to this UPS store. That Indian gentleman needs to take a class on how to treat his internal customers (especially if he’s the owner)!!!!! It’s doesn’t matter how many negative comments you people continue to delete, there will be more coming until you become a professional and respectful establishment!

I only had two packages, but one required scanning a code to print the label. The clerk knew exactly what to do and the whole transaction took less than three minutes. If I need these services again, I will be back!

Dishonest store! They wanted to charge me $3 for dropping off a DHL package and saying that the pick up at home service of DHL is $10 dollars. I have requested picked up at home service or dropped off at other UPS stores for several time and never got charged. I drove to another UPS store right away and drop off for FREE.

Do NOT go to this UPS store. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They do not know how to handle packages. I sent 2 birthday gifts and one managed to get lost while other was not delivered on time. Calling UPS headquarters they suggested to contact the individual store for a refund on a late package. When I called the store, the attendant Wayal said he was too busy to call back in the morning. Do not waste your money here

I went to ups store 6852 on Saturday and was dropping off amazon items and I was being charged for packing material when I’m already on a deal that covers packing materials. I let him know I’m on the plan that includes that. I was very disappointed with the customer service that the Gentleman from India provided. I haven’t seen the Hispanic lady for a while now and she was awesome I never had any issues with her she knew what she was doing. They really need to pay attention to their staff!! Very dissatisfied with the service lately. Horrible!!! I don’t even want to go back to this store that’s how bad their service was!!

Always friendly, courteous and fast. Its nice not to have to take my packages to the UPS counter Staples on Rockville Pike any more because the UPS counter at Staples is not a full-service UPS anyway and it can be a zoo during the holiday season (20-30 minutes of waiting without getting any help!). This UPS Store gets it done, quick! In and out in 5 minutes.

This is one of the friendliest and most efficient UPS stores in the area. Ive utilized their services to notarize, scan and ship several documents, and my experience with them has been excellent. The owners are very courteous and helpful - they advised me on rectifying one of my documents to be notarized, and that saved me a lot of trouble - and their prices for scanning/printing are very reasonable. Its great to have this full service UPS location so close to Twinbrook (the other one I know of is in Rockville town center), and even better that doing business with them is so easy!

I had used their notary service and when I submitted the paperwork, it was not accepted because the portion for the notary to fill out turned out to be incomplete! Now I have to redo the document and get it notarized again... what a waste of money!

I visited the store #6852 on Monday and they are short staffed the Indian gentleman working the front had no clue what he was doing he was holding up the line with his conversations. The line was long i had to leave to visit another store to get my packing done. Furthermore, this is the not the first time i experience negative service and lastly they overprice the shipping items. Why do I use this UPS Store? The Staples shop is perfectly nice and closer to my home, but the customer service here blew me away. One night, I arrived after closing (it was my first visit here and I misjudged their schedule and my ride-time from work). The staff (and owners, I think) had closed-up and were chatting outside the store. Seeing my arrival, they took the initiative to ask if I had a package to ship, accepted it from me (not quite completely wrapped), and sent it on its way.Since then, I have ventured inside. ;-) The shop is super-clean and its stock is neatly organized.Frankly, its a pleasure to visit.

This place is the most unprofessional rip off I’ve ever been to. Shame on @ups for even letting it go on for this long.Owner and staff are very unprofessional and seem like they do not know what they are doing. They will never give you a ground option only next days air and priority services which are way more expensive then shipping something ground. Will charge you for a priority service and when you leave the store change it to ground service. I tried to send two pairs of shoes to my son in college and the owner told me I had to send it in two boxes and Charged me for two boxes. When it arrived to my son both pair of shoes where in one box AFTER I PAID FOR 2 SEPERATE SHIPMENTS. they have a sign saying that the card readers are down because of internet issues and will have you swipe your card on a card reader off his phone. For a company that profited 5 billion dollars last year this seems very unprofessional and sneaky to me. This place is a rip off and the owners a criminal who will do anything to get as much money from you as possible. Please be aware and stay away from this place there is 2 Ups stores and a fed ex store within a few miles from this place and absolutely suggest you go to one of them first before you go to this one and get ripped offf.
