I stopped in last night 45 minutes before they closed and needed paint and had questions. Nick was busy with a few customers, but he took his time with each customer while answering the phone and getting everyone’s orders ready. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Great service. The paint is a little more expensive than home depot, but they do a better job of for matching and actually treat you like a customer and are very knowledgeable. It will be worth your time slip home depot.

The person who helped me did not inform me of the different price levels of paint. He just mixed up the most expensive one and it rang up over $60.00 a gallon, YIKES!

I hired a painter to repaint my living room amd two bedrooms. He told me he used the paint from this place and he said their paint is better than paint from home depot or Lowes. The paint job is very good so when I decided to paint the kitchen wall myself, I decide to buy paint there. I bought the old paint there. Theres only one guy there. First, he told me they dont have stock for the type of the paint I wanted. Then he recommended a different type of the paint to me. After I painted the wall, I found the color is too white compare to what I had before. I have to repaint all other walls to match the color...

I found a HG TV SW color I liked at Lowes so I called this Rockville Sherwin Williams store to confirm that it could be matched mixed at this location and they said yes but when I went to the store the Manager said he could not do it with the paint he had in the store so I had to go to Lowes and wait in line during the COVID-10 pandemic. I didnt want to use the LOWES paint as i know they are not the same quality. Of course they gave me the WRONG color anyways thinking i wanted to color in the MIDDLE of the swatch when I actually asked for the color on the end - the lighter color. Anyway, my brother in law is a painter and said. there is NO WAY they CANT make that HGSW mix in that store. He said the manager was just being lazy, and YES he actually was. He had nothing else going on and he had to send us 30 miles up the road. And it cost me a day and $100. I called back to double check and spoke to a different employee (a nice young lady) who assured me that YES it COULD BE DONE. Really disappointed. Ask for Nick or Lilly

The guys that work there are all very helpful and very professional and they really know paint. If you dont like the color after they mix it, they mix it again. The quality of the paint is great. Most importantly, they offer the zero VOC paint which is safe and non-carcinogenic.

My painter loves the paint! As for me, Im very happy with Sherwin-Williams. They made a mistake on a paint color, which I ordered five gallons. I told them what the problem was, they looked things up, and then they saw that it was their fault. Before the visit, I had thought about what I was going to say to get, if not all 5 gallons replaced for free, then at least to get it for half off. I didnt have to say a thing. They apologized and fixed the situation for me without charging me anything more. Sherwin Williams is a excellent company and produces very good paint. No one is perfect, but Sherwin-Williams handled the situatiion perfectly!

The store associates were excellent and I was helped promptly. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through what I would need for my job. My review is 4 stars because I needed Duron paint which was no longer available. Disappointed to find that it would have to be a color match which means I would need to do a lot of repainting.

Lily, Brian, and the other employees there provide excellent customer service. They have gone above and beyond. They are very knowledgeable and answer all my questions I have about paint, primer, and the supplies needed to help make our home look great.

Ive been to several Sherwin-Williams stores by now. They have excellent paint for home projects. Though a bit expensive, it is actually worth the extra cost--not something I say lightly. However, I highly recommend waiting for sales or using coupons, which are regularly available over the course of a season. The staff here were knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful.

Nice little paint store, though buy most of my paint at Home Depot because Im there buying other things making it more convenient. One of the things I like about Sherwin Williams is that theres almost always someone available to help with your purchase.

Was the only person in line and waited over 30 mins. Literally watched paint dry. Person could not have gone slower if he tried. Almost funny. It was 2 gallons of paint. Person was nice but need more staff.

The employees seem to take an interest in fulfilling their responsibilities to the company and the customers.

I have been a Duron customer for forever and now Sherwin Williams is top of the heap. The paint is the best I have worked with. It’s like painting with pudding, one coat covers all.

So fast, friendly, and helpful. Can be hard to find so look at a map if youre lost - dont just drive around looking for it.

I just left this store... had the best customer service given by Dominique (hope i spelled that right). Was very knowledgeable and patient, and had a smile on his face throughout the whole time !!! Awesome!
