Cute place, all made to order that day. Usually one person working and they do run out fast. Still delicious and would definitely go back.

The treats here are amazing! Rum raisin is by far my favorite. I would have giving 4 starts, but I wasnt too happy with the actual place itself, its a bit muggy and has a weird odor when you walk in, but customer service and the actual ice creams were great

I love SnowBots! It’s my go to place for cute, yummy, unique desserts. The puffle is delicious but the sno cream will always have a special place in my heart. If you’re looking for something different, this is definitely the place to go.On top of everything, I believe it’s a locally owned small business, which we love to support ☺️

I realize this is not a straight up ice cream place, but it was close by and other places nearby werent open. A bit surprised since there was a giant poster of ice cream on the marquee, but what did I know seeing as this is advertised as a dessert place.Anyway, I took my daughter here for an ice cream for her last day of school after doing some shopping. The lady didnt really offer any help. I asked to see a cone, she just pointed to a poster at the wall. Didnt offer... well... any help for flavors, toppings, suggestions... anything. Ice cream was fine I guess but would have been better to stop by at least a diner and get something special.Also, the decorations at the counter were all pumpkins and Happy Autumn! and its mid-June. I have to think theyve been there for at least 9 months at this point.I dont know whats going on with this place but its pretty much zero effort.

This place is definitely a hidden treasure .one of the best bubble tea and ice cream shops I’ve tried . Plus you get more for your money . There serving drink cups are huge , lie the medium literally looks like a small . They have a variety of options as well. Love this place !

Delicious ice cream on a warm waffle. But so under staffed that it will take 30 minutes to get your order if there’s any people in front of you. There’s always just one person working and they can’t keep up with cleaning the place and serving the customers at the same time. Tables and floors are dirty.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. The service was great, the icream was SO DELICIOUS 😋!!! So many flavors and options. Toppings,candies,cereal the works. Bubble tea,Thai tea,snow cream,slushes !!! Worth the drive from WV! The waffle cone is truly something to behold. Hot warm waffle,icecream so good!! Cute little shaved icecream place! I prefer this to ice cream because its much lighter and more refreshing and it was very tasty :) wanted chocolate but they were out so grabbed strawberry and was just as pleased :)

Love the snow ice cream here its very tasty and yummy , i took taro from our favorites and it was so tasty especially with the fruity pebbles. I tired cone last week and i felt it’s pretty expensive same thing is bit less in other places when compared to here. Taste is kind of okay.

I have been here quite a few times and I love their chocolate chip waffle with scoops of ice cream inside. Many different flavors to choose from. Love the condensed milk drizzle on top!!

This is such a cute little place to go with friends! you can customize your drink/ice cream however you want, so youre guaranteed to find something you like. there are also some flavors that i had never tried before, so its a great opportunity to try something new. the mural on the wall is also so cool!

VERY big servings for their bubble tea! Tried their Thai bubble tea, and it was great! The location is kinda hidden and the interior could be a bit more energetic, but it’s great value, and they have a rewards program!

The bubble tea is amazing and big for the size you get! I loved my green tea and will be coming back again! The staff is friendly and definitely made the ordering experience quick and easy.

The puffle was perfectly cooked and the ice cream was creamy and delicious, even though they were shortstaffed the employee there performed exceptionally well under the rush of orders coming in, the food and service was still top on the employees mind.

Snow cream! Like desserts? Try this place out! The bubble tea is good but you can get that stuff anywhere now. Snow cream? Not as abundant. Mix and match your own combinations :D. Not sponsored.

Got the King Oreo and the #1 (I forget the name). The ice cream was pretty good and so were the toppings. I even got pocky sticks on there. The star of the show is the cone which is absolutely delicious!!! The two cost $19.04 combinex which is pretty expensive for ice cream, but its an experience and well worth it.

This place is good. Very filling. I wish they had a super small. Like 3 bites worth.

First time trying a puffle with ice cream and it was good. I definitely wouldn’t eat it everyday as it’s too sweet but definitely a nice treat especially on a hot day.

My friends enjoyed their dessert, but I unfortunately didnt enjoy mine. I had the sort of sno cream dessert that comes with three toppings.I unfortunately chose the multicolored Mochi. I believe they may have been expired, or the food coloring used by this specific brand altered the flavor of the Mochi. It just tasted..off. The brownie topping was okay. It had a strange texture. Wasnt sure why that was.They were also unfortunately understaffed, so it took about 30-40 minutes to have the desserts made. Not the employees fault.I wouldnt go out of my way to visit again. Other dessert locations in the Rockville area are better, from my experience.

Interesting waffle-ice cream concept with TONS of flavor and topping options. Although, the ice-cream to waffle ratio for their Puffles is a little low. Other than that and the 40 minute wait, it was pretty okay.

We happened to stumble across this place and I am SO happy we did. Such a delicious and different treat! The puffle ice cream is a MUST try! Comes out warm and goes together so nicely with the ice cream flavors and toppings. Definitely worth the drive and money! Can’t wait to take visiting family/friends to this spot!

Snowbots is a good novelty location. Somewhere you take friends that are in town. Everything tasted a bit stale, including the Carmel which seemed to be more of a liquid. Everything was just okay. For $9, I expected a little more than okay.

We ended up here after Snocream in The Block food hall in Bethesda was closed. The place was dirty and very outdated: 1990s food court tables, the blinds were crooked and broken, there were thanksgiving decorations out in January, the floor and tables looked like they haven’t been cleaned in ages.We went at 8pm on a Saturday and were the only ones there. The gentleman working there alone didn’t say much and it took a long time for two snow creams to be made. He had to walk back to the storage room to get two blocks of frozen snow cream to put into the shaver. The moo moo variety was flavorless (except for freezer burn) and the matcha tasted artificial and was somehow the color of that bright green mint ice cream. The snow creams texture was weirdly sticky/gummy, and the mochi topping was rainbow (why??) and tasted stale. We took four bites each and threw them away in the dumpster in the parking lot and went to Dairy Queen.

Went there the evening of August 15th with some friends, the staff was super friendly and were very quick with our orders. The bubble waffles were warm and soft with crispy edges and it pairs perfectly with the cool ice cream. I hope to come back again soon.

This is the only place I know of outside of Europe that has the bubble cone, or puffle cone as they call it. We drove an hour to get our made to order strawberry ice cream topped with fruity pebbles covered in a mango drizzle inside a puffle cone (which is essentially bubble wrap made out of dough).

My partner and I went there tonight.....their snow cream is actually pretty yummy! We also had their bubble tea- we got the rose flavor. My partner said it tasted like a funeral home, but I enjoyed it ☺️ The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it is pretty run down and needs a lot of work done to it; just seemed dirty. Overall, pretty good!

But one cold winters night, my weary party and I required something warmer; THE PUFFLE! we roared . We walk in, inquiring about the seasonal flavor, the master puffle craftsman revealed to us of a secret technique that can put all other puffles to shame. Intrigued and tempted, we ask the master puffle craftsman to bake one. With a mix of technology and black magic, the master puffle craftsman conjures up the PUFFLE, this puffle contained: red velvet on top, taro in the middle, regular flavor on the bottom, and chocolate chips and MnMs contained inside. It was at this point that we realized that we werent dealing with a master puffle craftsman, but we stood before a. . . PUFFLE GOD!

Love this place after my first visit.Their puffle is real puffle and very good! Way better than Iron Ice which tastes like pancake.

Decently good shaved ice desserts, tea was alright. Seating was pretty sub par and the line was alittle slow moving.

Pretty good! Never been to a place like it. Have gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions because they seemed to have a trainee working every time. But it was always good, even if it wasnt what I ordered! If you have a sweet tooth and want a bunch of sugar, this is the place for you!

BEST boba tea ever!!!! They have green tea, frost milk, milk tea, shakes and other options. But they have flavors I have never seen before like ROSE!!!! It was really good!!!! And the sizes are big!!!! Smalls are not small and larger are like 3xxl.

The establishment is very cute and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful as it was my first time there. one wall had a cute logo (pictured) while the other wall had the menu and its many options. There is seriously something for everyone here!! I got a puffle cone, which is essentially a waffle. The ice cream was delicious and it came in a paper holder to keep everything in place. I also wasn’t sure of one of the toppings (condensed milk) so they put it on the side for me. Overall I loved coming here and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Snowbots has great tasting bubble tea and an easy to read menu on their wall. The numerous options of toppings and flavors make it very appealing.For newcomers, the favorites board is a good place to start.I have never had their snowcream or puffles, but I will be back to try them.They also have a rewards card that wasnt offered to me the first time I went in. The next time I went in I had to ask for it personally.Only negative is that when they are busy there are no extra chairs and no visible trash can indoors.

Would only give 5 stars if Denise was still there. She ALWAYS knew how to make my drinks to my liking and even got me to try items outside of my comfort zone. She always greeted me with a warm welcome and that was very much appreciated on long work days. The woman that’s there now is okay, but doesn’t make the drinks the way I ask for them.After Denise left, I don’t rave to friends about how good this place is.

After a year of absence my wife and kids were so anxious to go SnoBots and get bubbles, ice cream and all the delicious deserts..... to our disappointment SnoBots is not the same anymore, it doesnt taste the same, the ambiance is different and ownership is different I guess I have to go to New Your to experience SnoBots again...I wasted my money today

I like the place a lot. It has great snow cream boba and large ice cream. The reason for 4 stars is that sometimes the flavor doesnt taste like its supposed to. Maybe they didnt clean the mixer all the way. But its a great place to go with friends, kids or a little date.

Very easy to find parking but from Google maps its a bit tough to find. Its actually on the back side of the building.As of March 2018, Seems to be under very recent new management? Menus are big, easy to read tv screens. Service is nice. Tried various puffs+ice cream combos, the green monster was on the bit sweet side. Overall enjoyable experience!!

Came here on a Sunday for a quick dessert. The management seemed to have changed from when we previously visited maybe a year or so ago. Overall the place is not as clean as before and has a grimy feeling. It was also warm inside the shop, feels like they are trying to save on cooling costs.The ice was not bad though. Seemed to have the same flavor quality as before, saved by all the sweet toppings added to it. Nothing too standout from this visit, probably will not go back again.

I don’t really love this place so much because the last time I was there the server was so rude to me. Please kindly work on your customer service. Their ice cream is quite good though. However I’m so sure I’ll be going back there anytime soon.

So my friend and I went there for ice cream seeing that the place had good reviews and were curious about the place.It was horrible. My friend wanted to get 3 scoops for I think 4.99 but wanted 2 of 1 flavor and 1 of another. The person tried to charge them the price for 1 scoop and the price for 2 scoops. Which came to over 8 dollars. And then tried to make the excuse that some ice cream flavors cost more probably than others. Even though that is said no where on the sign whatsoever.They also water down the drizzles they put on the ice cream. My friend got the condensed milk, it was like water, which if any of you have ever opened a can of the stuff its super thick like molasses. My caramel was the same way, like water.The ice cream I got, the hazelnut. Tasted like chocolate with no hazelnut flavor at all and was also freezer burnt and had ice crystals on it.The individual also got an attitude with my friend and I when my friend wanted to try a 2nd flavor of their ice cream to see what it tasted like before they got it.Needless to say. Never going there again. 👎👎👎

Ive been here multiple times and theyve all been generally good experiences! The biggest/only consistent annoyance for me is the shape of cups. Theyre too wide to fit in any cup holder that Ive ever seen. Would definitely recommend though!

SnowBots is a great place if you want a large amount of bubble tea. The sizes are incredibly big, my friends and I joke about them being soup containers. My favorite drink here is the strawberry frost milk. They also offer items such as standard bubble teas, bingsoo and a waffle like ice cream treat. The decor is pretty bland and the shopping center is kinda tucked away. Despite that, its a great place to grab a drink.

One of the best place to eat shaved ice. Something new. Staff is good and polite. Service is awesome. Employee are down to earth and help customers politely. Only thinks bad is their floor and tables are not clean. other than that five star for quality of service and food.

If you love waffles and ice cream you have to come here. The puffles are addictive. This is one of my favorite deserts. It is worth the extra work out time. That cake is light fluffy and warm. It is a warm weather desert but also a great winter comfort food. Try it, you wont regret it.

Bubble tea, ice cream, shaved ice, coffee with a seriously adorable Taiwanese bent. The cashier/drink preparer was most patient with my multitudes of musings and he answered all the questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time, as many people in the service industry are wont to do these days. Then,when I was finally able to decide on a selection (coffee drink with coffee jelly) he made it with an expert hand. And handed me this deliciously frothy drink in an oh, so Taiwanese cup. Cant wait to go back.

I really enjoyed the hazelnut and chocolate mousse ice cream I got as well as the puffle it came in. Deserves 5 stars mainly for the variety of desserts thatre offered and the originality with the ice cream flavors. My hazelnut came with chocolate pieces and actual hazelnuts. I tried pistachio too which was good and had real pistachios in it.

Pretty sure no other place nearby offers the variety Snowbots does. And who can say no to a waffle and icecream? So good.The only negative was the bathroom. Pretty dirty.

The woman who prepared my ice cream did not fully understand my request so I ended up with chocolate ice cream. I hope the next person she serves she will pay more attention to their request. Other than that I loved the waffle provided with the ice cream. For someone who doesnt prefer chocolate ice cream the chocolate oreo wasnt too terrible.

First time and last time customer! Stopped by on Friday night around 9:30 on January 31, 2020. The employee kept rushing us to order when we were the only ones there. She kept looking at the clock and said she was closing at 10:00 pm and that we needed to hurry up as it takes awhile... to scoop ice cream? I pointed out that the shop closes at 11:00 pm and she said no, closing at 10. Other customers came in and she said she was busy and closing at 10, so they left. Not sure who’s the owner, but your business will suffer if your employees provide this type of service.

Great when they have everything... Sadly the last few times I was there they didnt have puffles or snow cream, only drinks. They didnt even seem apologetic about it.

Awful. Came in today at 1:22pm. The guy working looks so done and there were 4 people ahead of me who still didnt get their orders. I had to wait 30 mins to get my order. The tapioca bubbles were still not made and they opened at 12. I definitely won’t be coming back here again. Then, when I asked the employee as to why my order was not even made, he then said the manager refused to tell him how to fix the machine.
