This place is so unique. Made to order gourmet cookies! Super clean inside and the workers are constantly working making cookies non stop. Super clean and organized. Employees are about their business. Super convenient to order from a kiosk. Ordered 6 cookies and they were ready in about 3 minutes. Love it.

This is a really nice place. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They get 5 stars. You can see them mixing batter and baking the cookies. They are fresh, warm and large. They break apart nicely and fall apart perfectly in your mouth. Recommend milk. The down side, is cost. I wish I could give a 4.5.

If you have a sweet tooth, run to Crumbl! The cookies are huge and delicious. Each week they have new flavors but the one that remains constant is the classic chocolate chip. Honest it was probably my favorite.Some of the cookies are served chilled but they are still very soft.

I order from here pretty often. I enjoy trying the new flavors whenever they get released. My favorite of all time is definitely the chocolate chip cookie. So yummy! Beautiful presentation. Great and fast service--and cookies come at a great temperature. I love how they have rotating flavors in addition to their staples. I got a four pack that consisted of oatmeal raisin, cinnamon sugar, and chocolate. Chocolate chip wasnt my fave of the bunch; so when I return, Ill for sure get the oatmeal raisin and cinnamon cookies again.

With multiple locations @crumblcookies I chose to go to their 12266 Rockville Pike., Rockville M.D. location. Look...these cookies are HUGE, grandiose, large...whatever adjectives you have to accentuate BIG!! They have a daily rotating menu that ensure the freshness of their product, and adds a sense of mystery as to what will be available next. Some of their cookies include Peanut Butter, Strawberry Shortcake, S’mores brownie, Chilled Twix, Muddy Buddy, Orange Roll, and too many other flavor combinations to name...that variety, is always a plus in my book!! We got their Chocolate chip (Yum), Chilled Sugar cookie (Yum), Chocolate Potato Chip (Yum), Vanilla Cupcake (Yum), their Dulche de Leche (a cinnamon, frosted caramel cookie (Yum Yum), and their Mango Frozen Yogurt (Yum) cookies!! Delicious, doesn’t describe these desserts. They are the absolute BEST cookies I’ve ever had!! These ginormous cookies are $4 each, and worth it. When you walk in there are at least 7 employees visibly barking cookies in unison...that was impressive. The only thing that perturbed me about this experience was that they didn’t greet me, and my daughter when we walked in. If it wasn’t for the two sets of couples that walked in, AFTER we ordered, I wouldn’t have know that the staff all yells out “Welcome to Crumbl!!” No one said one word to us. Stumbled across this cookie shop running weekend errands. Now I’ve gained another guilty pleasure!!! Tried the Kentucky Butter cookie and boy-oh,boy!!!! It’s simply delicious!!! The staff was amazing and their ordering system was so smooth!!!

Omg! From the smell inside the store to the pretty deco, branding, boxes and nice staff! I love this place; I tried their chocolate chip, strawberry cheesecake and another that was half chocolate chip/chocolate. They come up with new flavors every week which makes it fun! Best cookies in town so far. You can place your order via a small touch screen. The staff was super nice and professional. All the cake deco is done right when you get your order! Two thumbs up for this location.

I happened to be up in Rockville the other day and saw the sign saying Crumbl now open and my curiosity was piqued so I thought I should check it out. I walked in, looked over the menu, and immediately knew that my first purchase would have to be their Milk Chocolate chip cookies. The first thing I noticed was just how large the cookies are, check out the photos, these things are almost as big as my hand! I went with a 4 pack so I could share with friends. When the box was handed to me, it was warm and I have to say, that was a nice touch. Taking my first bite, I was greeted by delicious chocolate chips that were warm and slightly melted. These cookies seemed to have just the right blend of crunchy and softness, that is so challenging to get, especially with cookies of this size. Did I mention, these cookies are gigantic? Theyre large enough that they could probably compete with cupcakes for dessert. I hope that maybe someday theyll make a chocolate dipped option. My only gripe is that these cookies are kind of expensive, but if you compare them against similar gourmet cupcakes, then the price is more in line. In any case, Ill definitely be back.

This place quite easily is the holy grail of cookies, ice creams and the mecca for anyone with a sweet tooth.The cookies here are massive and disgustingly delicious, which is a very dangerous combination especially when you realize they change their menu weekly so you’d always want to come back to try the new cookies. They are also huge cookies, which explains why they are on the pricey side, but the sticker shock is more than compensated for with each soft warm bite of the cookie.The location greets you with friendly warmth when you walk in with the smell and greetings you get from the staff.

Overall customer service and how to order is super easy and convenient. However cookies were over sweet and tasted too artificial for my taste. Chocolate chip cookies wasn’t even warm. Also the price for cookies is way too much. Not sure why this place was hyped up so much. I’ve tried cookies from various spots in Georgetown and DC and the pricing is cheaper or worth it for the taste and quality of the cookies.

I literally love this place and how they change the menu every week. It makes it fun to try the different flavors and you can’t go wrong with their staples. A tip is to order in advance on the app for curbside pickup as this place is very popular and can get busy!

While eating my donut I found a good looking toe in it, you can tell some nail polish fell off. The chipped off nail polish gave a good hint. On another donut I found a toe nail that gave an amazing cheesy flavor😩😋 10/10 would go there again!!!!

I’ve only recently discovered Crumbl and in a week I have visited and bought 3 different times. I do have to say the Twix cookie has been my favorite.

So I ordered a box of four cookies for delivery. When they arrived only 2 cookies were edible. Im guessing the driving didnt really care how they were delivered and all the icing and cookings fell apart and smeared everywhere in the box.

I LOVE Crumbl and it’s great. The workers at the Rockville location are extremely pleasant and helpful. They also put a smile on my face and the cookies are ALWAYS amazing. I’ve been a repeat customer for the past 2 months at least 2 times a week and they never fail me. The ordering process is simple and quick and they always get my order out within 2 minutes. 5 out of 5!!!

Highly recommend Crumbl Cookies! It is a bit pricey, but the cookies arrive warm and all the flavors are great. I didnt try the ice cream, but it looks good, too. These cookies are worth every bit of guilt you may have about eating sweets. This warm cookie has a perfectly baked perimeter with a nicely soft center! It melts in your mouth. I appreciate this cookie every time I eat it. It’s so good.

Visited Crumbl in Rockville for the first time recently. Decided to get a dozen for a birthday party instead of a traditional cake. They were such a hit! Each flavor brought its own unique sort of joy! These are the softest most magnificent cookies I’ve ever tasted. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

We ordered a few weeks ago when they had the cornbread cookie and it was the best cookie I’ve ever had.

I dont know why this place has such high praise and 5 star reviews. I thought the cookies were outrageously overpriced, under baked, and overloaded with butter and sugar. I tried the Chocolate Chip, Mudslide and Coconut Lime. The only cookie that was above average was the Chocolate Chip. while slightly under baked it still had a satisfying chocolate chip and buttery flavor, but I normally like soft cookies. The Coconut Lime cookie did not taste like lime or coconut, just pure sugar and butter. The buttercream frosting was so excessive that there was almost as much frosting as their was cookie. The Mudslide was more like a patty made of cake than a cookie and was oddly salty. You could barely pick it up because it was so soft. Overall I do not recommend this place, without the chocolate chip cookie I would give it 1 star. Will not be a repeat customer.

Dont understand the hype. None of the staff were wearing masks, which I know isnt mandated anymore if you have the vaccine, but it still grossed me out. Surprisingly none of the customers were either! Anyway, besides the high-tech soulless feel I got from the interior, the cookies were overpriced AF. Im sorry, but $9 for TWO cookies?! Are you kidding me? The cookies were under baked and fell apart too easily. I didnt appreciate how light the chocolate chips were, pretty sure it was like 0.10% cocoa powder in those chips. Honestly, this place makes Mrs. Fields look like a 3 star Michelin restaurant. I could have had a better experience eating raw cookie dough or dumpster diving for Oreos. I remedied the horrible situation by going straight to Great Harvest Bread Co. where they WERE wearing masks and I got 6 cookies for $11.

These are pretty good. Very large, so one cookie is good for two people IMO. Three if you want to be healthy about it. However, I did feel some of these pushed cake more than cookie? The pumpkin was closer to a muffin top. The PB was the closest to a cookie to me. This is my reasoning to lean to 3 stars instead of 4. Its a good dessert option, but I do not get a cookie feel out of them.

Really delicious and creative cookie flavors. The cookies are huge and are still delicious after a few days in the fridge, especially the Chilled items. Ive especially enjoyed the pumpkin variations now (October), especially the Pumpkin Roll!

First time having their cookies and the wait for them was worth it. I don’t usually like pumpkin flavors but the pumpkin caramel as soft and moist. The chíllate chip and orange roll are my fave!

Went early (9 am) to check out the Free Cookie Day they advertised on Facebook. The place was clean and the employees were all very nice and greeted me excitedly when I came in. Looks like they have appropriate social distancing guidelines set up. I ordered in store and I got my cookies very quickly!Now to the cookies... I tried the raspberry cheesecake and the milk chocolate chip, both warm. I love the density of these cookies and that theyre just slightly under-baked so theyre extremely moist, but still a little crunchy on the outside. The raspberry drizzle is really good, but I thought the cream cheese frosting was a touch too sweet on top of an already sweet cookie. I would have liked a less sugary frosting for more contrast in the flavor. The milk chocolate chip cookie was also really good, but again I do prefer dark chocolate since milk chocolate is too sweet for me most of the time. That being said, if you have a big sweet tooth, youre going to love it. Im excited to try other flavors at a future date.

We love Crumbl Cookies! We lived on the west coast and would go all the time. Unfortunately, the Rockville location didn’t live up to the same expectations. We ordered 6 different cookies, but the cashier took our order wrong and we got duplicate of one flavor. Not that big of a deal, but disappointed because we were so excited to finally have an East Coast Location. We will try again in a few months once they have worked out the kinks with their new store.

A coworker told me about the place. I ordered the original chocolate chunk. It was amazing! They have new cookies every week. And now Im hooked! I check the website every Monday morning to see whats new. Please do yourself a favor and get one of these amazing cookies!

Very bright and you can smell the sugar the minute you hit the door. Cookies are terrific and I guess I should expect to pay $4 for a gourmet cookie but it still is amazing to me that a chocolate chip cookie costs that much.

Cookies look amazing! However, I paid extra for the Birthday bow and sticker and did not receive either in my delivery. I called and they said I could come get it… but the issue is that I had them delivered so that I didn’t have to drive all the way to the store. Nothing else was offered for the inconvenience not even a refund. It was only a dollar but I paid 7 for delivery tip. Just disappointed.

I used to frequent this establishment until I had to relocate due to personal reasons. I came back to visit a companion of mine this week and decided to visit my old haunt. The cookies were wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However... I could sense a dark cloud looming over the employees as the atmosphere seemed very tense. Not sure if this is due to ineptitude on the managers part or if I just came on a bad day... Anyways, service, product, and location were all 5/5 - it was just the atmosphere that was slightly scary. You could tell that the staff were doing their utmost to keep up a positive attitude under supposedly dubious circumstances...

These cookies are seriously delicious. I’m relatively new to the area, and stumbled across Crumbl, and then made the very dangerous discovery that it’s less than a mile from my home. I’ve gotten curbside pickup a few times, which is always a fast and efficient process, and I have loved every single cookie I’ve tried. Best cookie so far was the pink velvet cookie on Mother’s Day weekend. And a special shout-out to the sea salt caramel ice cream, which is a serious dark horse on the menu and seriously delicious. Will keep coming back for more!
