I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Of course they always offer more services for you to pay for. Everything seemed fine, but then I noticed that whenever I drive anywhere near 60 mph, the steering wheel shakes—which it hadnt did before. I called to see if they would be able to fix the problem they caused, however they referred me to a tire place instead. I dont understand why I have to go to a completely different mechanic and pay for a service that JiffyLube is responsible for. Never returning.

Girlfriend went in for an oil change and they showed her a dirty air filter and told her it needed changing. Thankfully she said no, but did go to a parts store and bought a new filter to replace it when she got home. When doing the replacement we found a still very clean filter and the girlfriend informed me that she was shown a filter that was WAY dirtier at Jiffy Lube. Thus, they are using an old filter to try and scare people into getting new ones with them. DO NOT GET THEIR OTHER SERVICES IT IS A SCAM!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Super unethical practices. Charged a ridiculous $100 for synthetic oil (sae 0w20 good for at least 10,000 miles) and then placed a service at 5,000 mile sticker on the windshield. I didnt know it was going to be a hundred bucks until after the services were rendered, but I guess that ones on me. My fault for trusting jiffy lube... Ive always had good experiences at other locations but this franchise is sketchy. Go to Mr. Tire instead

The service was good, however the did not wear gloves while entering your car and I felt they should have due to Covid.

I was not very happy about the service I received couldn’t get a rear windshield wiper could not get a cabin filter. They readjusted my entire seat all the way back, readjusted my steering wheel and even had greasy handprints on my door handle that still did not come off

Jiffy Lube is always our choice to do oil change. The one near UMD were very professional and we went there for years. When we moved to Rockville, we chose this store to do the job. The one star review is for their higher price and poorer service. Warnings for those who need oil change for their cars, this store wont do top off even if you paid over $100 per car for just oil change. The excuse is their policy is different. Also some mechanics manner are very cold and unwelcoming. Do not recommend this location and wont go back.

I went to see them today about my tire light on my car and a problem with my windshield wiper. Everyone was so helpful and polite. It’s rare to find a place with such great service. Everything took about 15 minutes. Can’t say enough good things!

Had my car serviced this morning. Very pleased with the excellent customer service. Very friendly staff and very efficient.

The nice lady at the front desk was very nice. The oil change guy was not so nice, he had a major attitude. Also when I paid for my service I got a receipt, they said they washed my windows. He did not wash my widows. The receipt stated they put air in my tires to 35 psi. They did not put air in my tires. I checked the tire pressure it was 26 psi I in all four tires, I had to put air in my tires somewhere else. Also the oil tech left greasey footprints all over my my tan carpet,which I had to clean up with carpet cleaner. Then I got to my house, parked the van in the driveway I noticed oil leaking on my driveway, the oil tech spilled oil down the front of my engine. I had to clean this up also. Watch out for these guys, oh yeah they charged me $75.00 for air filters and Im not sure he changed them. I will never go back to Jiffy lube. Next time I will go to a dealership.

Having worked with the sales org in my company before, Im not new to the concept of sales people up-selling or cross-selling their customers, but what the technician at Jiffy Lube did today was just plain misleading the customer. After telling him I needed an engine oil change, the technician inspected my car and sped through a series of service options that he thought I also needed. He rushed through all of these options and I had to ask him to repeat, partly also because of my lack of understanding of these services. I then said no but later saw online that an engine oil filter change is needed along with an engine oil change, and asked the same technician if I could get the engine oil filter changed. He came back to me with the question Cabin filter change? twice even when I specified in my request for an engine oil change, twice. With my lack of knowledge of the differences and not being able to hear him clearly both times, I went along with it. When I saw the receipt was when I realized that they charged me ~$50 for the cabin filter change when I couldve gotten the cabin filter for ~$10 and easily changed it myself. Why did he keep on directing me to a cabin filter change when I asked specifically for an engine oil change? Ive also been to another Jiffy Lube location in California before and dont recall them pressure or quick selling the customer like this.

Overpriced, even if I bring my own oil and filter, price given $55+ tax and fees.I left and went to another jiffy lube nearby. Price there was $30 with tax.

I had problem of shaking my vehicle very badly while driving, accelerating and while stopped. I decided to take Jiffy Lube location on Rockville Pike 15121 Fredrick Rd luckily I met with Manager OMER G, he was very professional and knowledgeable he knew what he was doing. He had done multiple test and he worked very well and very professional customer services skills. I thank you for your all help and professionalism. We done.

Did not reconnect my battery caps, got stuck in Damascus because car would not start. Called help and they stated the battery caps were loose. Not reccomended.

Great group of guys, very straight forward and not trying to upsell. They got me in and out in 30 mintues. I was home in time for my 1pm meeting, I got there at 12:15, out the door 12:45, presented my online coupon and done.

Im extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Ive recently moved from the North Carolina area, and back home I loved my local Jiffy Lube.Employees simply dont care and treat you poorly. Used to be better, I asked for tire rotation and at the end I was told that the “lifter wasn’t working”🙄, they say they will “vacuum” your ride but they don’t, they are not interesting on customer service at all. (That’s why I do my own oil changes and stuff, but the company truck I drive, I can’t) so, soon a lot of ppl will start to do their regular maintenance because of bad quality customer service at those “garages” they all looks the same and they will be gone y’all watch

Very professional and go above and beyond to ensure the customers are satisfied. Excellent work on my BMW at a fraction of the dealership cost.

Best Jiffy Lube location in Maryland! I have been a satisfied customer for over 9 years. Different vehicles, same outstanding service every time. From oil change, tire rotation, new battery, air filters, etc., theyre always able and happy to help. They explain services thoroughly, provide competitive prices, and friendly reminders when the time for next service is near. Waiting and coffee areas are always clean. All staff members are helpful, kind, and professional. I highly recommend them. Pay them a visit, you wont be disappoint!

I like the crew at this location, very friendly and straightforward. Oil changes are a bit cheaper at the dealer, but the convenience of just rocking up and getting stuff done is worth the small difference.

We drove both cars in (1 hour before closing) for oil changes, the customer service from the staff (mechanics) was exceptional! They handled busy lines efficiently with smiles! Bonus was in response to hearing a strange noise from my car, the mechanic called a coworker over who has “an ear” for this type of thing and the person really helped us a lot and NOT a sales pitch (like at dealerships)

I drove in this morning for my second oil change since moving from NY and I will not go anywhere else. The customer service here is amazing. Always quick, efficient and economical. The second you get out of the car the employees are happy, super polite and knowledgeable.

I would like to give a review for this Jiffy lube Rockville location, I’m 5yr customer and for the first time in ages my oil change visit was very quick, it probably took between 10-15 min. max to get the car service done, before it used to take 35-45 min , but this time it was very quick that I was surprised, also I was in shocked when I saw that they had been vacuuming the front of the car, (for the first time my car got vacuumed during oil change service) it was a great service overall. Customers service was great, very friendly, place is clean, they have a coffee machine that always have fresh coffee 😊

I generally stay away from Jiffy Lube from advice I get from Friends but I went this time since I was short on time and needed to do this rather quickly I was bringing my car to the front somebody stepped inside and took it in the garage from that moment 20 minutes after my car has new oil and has been vacuumed cleaned which is really cool I looked online for a coupon and found on their site $4 off I advise you to go to their site and search for similar offers before paying full price everything was done good, fast and professional

These guys are the BEST!!! I needed brakes, rotors, wipers and an oil change. They took care of it all in no time and for less than other shops. They were also some of the friendly guys I have met. You can tell they have a great team there and really enjoy what they do.

This was my 2nd time here. They are so polite, efficient, fast, and knowledgeable. First time takes a little longer as they gather all your info. Today I was out in 15 minutes. Oil change includes vacuum, fluid top off, tire air, and new oil filter. Lady at the front desk is matter of fact but very polite and sweet. I will keep coming back!

The service was very good. Their work was timely, and they were clean. The primary issue that caused me to give them a mediocre review is that I was sent a coupon for the signature oil service for $20, but when I got there they did not honor it.The actual cost was $15 more than it should’ve been. Awesome experience. From the moment I drove up, I was met with the nicest people. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. They had fresh coffee and WiFi in the waiting area. The process was basic, but so efficient. I was impressed the most with the customer service. Every single person that worked there was professional, yet personable. They explained every single detail before doing anything. I never felt pressured to get anything extra, but did leave with knowledge of what is needed by my next oil change. I regret not getting the names of the people working that day because I could be more specific and give them a shout-out... but it was a Friday morning! Pushy. Ive been here twice this past year and the manager(?) is very determined to get you to buy extra things. He seems to take it personally when you say no. Its not really cheaper or faster than going to the dealer, and the sales pitch (& aftermath) is a pain. I came because I hadnt taken the time to make an appointment at the dealer, but its not worth the hassle. I used this location often a few years ago - must have been under different management.

I love this Jiffy Lube . Monday after 5pm i was there less than 30 minutes for my oil change. The guys employees are awesome, kind and i received excellent customer service. Ill definitely be a return customer.

First I want to compliment ALL the service technicians and staff at this shop for ALWAYS being polite and courteous! I have been a customer here for 3 yrs.I barely had time to get comfortable in the wait area let alone decide whether to avail myself of the coffee offered, when my car was finished.

Excellent customer service! This particular location has always been a great experience compared to other jiffy lubes or other similar businesses, but it is clear they have really upped their customer service game in the past year. The greeting upon arrival was friendly, courteous, and professional. They made sure I really wanted the oil change (I have a high mileage car and bring it in before it reaches the typical mileage for an oil change). They walked through any services I might want to consider and explained what those services accomplished, how long it would take, and made a note in the system for the services I didn’t buy this visit. Everyone in the shop said goodbye and have a great day when I left. I don’t check their actual auto service work (although my tire that needed air got it) but I have never had any issues following auto work from this location.

I needed a new battery in my car. I rolled in and was greeted by a very nice lady who escorted me inside making sure I was carefully escorted. I was in and out of there within 1/2 hour. Delighted!

Rockville Jiffy Lube at the corner of 355 and 28 in Maryland should be given a gold star.I go to Jiffy Lube because Im charge of the routine service of alot of vehicles..our house, my mother, my in-laws, my oldest son overseas, oldest daughter school teacher.Ive gone to this Jiffy Lube for the last decade because I get consistently good, honest, courteous and efficient service.

The guys were super. I came in at 15 minutes before closing time with no brakes. The brakes were metal to metal. I was 45 mins from my house. They called it and decided to stay late and fix my car so I would be safe. Love them!!! I drove home safe and love driving my car again. They did super work. And at a super reasonable price. Go jiffy Lube!!! I will be back.

Took my car to have the oil changed and sat in the waiting room for a good 10 minutes and no one every acknowledge me at all.I finally ask one of the employees and he said that he would be right with me.He did come back and ask me my name and I gave it to him.They completed my oil changed and the surprise came.My car as long as I been going there has taken regular oil not synthetic and guess what they put synthetic oil in my car.Therefore I had to pay more for my Oil change and they would not cover the difference.Guess I wont be going to Jiffy Lube Anymore.

They explained everything in detail and gave helpful suggestions! I like that they didn’t try to sell unnecessary services and told me that I had some time with a service on my transmission. Very profesjonalitet and polite. Service was quick. Had the signature service plus cabin air filter replaced. The only thing was that my Tire Pressure for two tires was still low after asking them to Check it. There is no leak. I think they forgot.

I do all my own work but I was 2 hours away from home and my brake lights came on stating they needed to be replaced. I got out and the front brake pads were really worn down so instead of risking an accident and driving home I decided to do it there.Pulled up and they asked what needed to be done. I informed them the front brake pads needed to be replaced. They took about an hour and a half to determine what needed to be done. They told me they looked over my car and determined it needed front pads... after I told them that.I was there for about 4 or 5 hours watching them from time to time. I found it interesting that theyd need to open my hood for this job and they couldnt even get it open so they gave up. Eventually when it was done they took it for a test drive (the guy stalled it twice and couldnt really even drive stick).200 bucks for only the front pads. I was willing to pay as I was in a bind, but I could have done it in 30min to 1 hour tops. I got the car back and found it odd how I couldnt clear the brake warning light. Figured itd clear with some driving. I drove home and while braking it felt very weird, and didnt brake efficiently at all (Brake distance was MUCH longer). I got to a gas station and filled up my car and found out they left my hood open (which could have flown open and caused significant damage), on top of that I discovered the brake pads were installed incorrectly!The next morning I ended up having to do a brake pads job myself anyways. 200 bucks wasted, I would have been at the same risk if I just took my chances and went home to do it myself the first time around. This is a reminder to myself why I cant trust others with my car, or my safety. I called the place and the guy denied even opening the hood when I watched him through the glass pop the hood, struggle to open it and then give up only AFTER he tried denying I got my car worked on there.First time using Jiffy Lube... and at that.. Jiffy Lube? How about Jiffy Nope?Waste of time and money here seriously. If I could take my money back, I would. Had it been someone more trusting and less knowledgeable about cars theyd have driven it, and with the pads installed incorrectly, youd be looking at rotor damage and risk of life being lost or property damage. Luckily the hood latches for Mini Coopers are one of the only solid built things about the car, otherwise Id probably have had my hood ripped open, glass busted, probably had the top damaged or worse, have it fly off and hit someone on the road behind me. I watched the guy do it and he lied... ridiculous.

These guys know cars. That sounds silly, but you can tell that the crew really understand what your car should have. They dont try to load you up with expensive extras. They just do good honest work.

The inspection comments from a tech from another jiffy location told me I needed x,y,z changed/worked on. Today, I went in for an oil change at a different location. Mind you I never did such work as recommended from the other location comments. Makes me wonder if they actually care about my vehicle or if theyre just trying to sell services. For example, I changed my wipers about 3 months ago. The tech today said he recommended that to be service. Uh.... did I mentioned I did this already on my own. If you dont know your vehicle or basic mechanical information. These guys will sell services that may not be needed. The Rockville location wont let you use coupons more than $10.00 so dont waste your time if you like to save money. Go to another location that does or another shop thats not jiffy.

The oil change went fine. However, this Jiffy Lube smells HORRIBLE. I never write bad reviews, but I had to let other people know. It was raining, so I was stuck inside while waiting. The lobby smells like smoke and urine. I was sick to my stomach for hours after spending 40 minutes in this place.

Super courteous, thorough and quick! They did a lot in 30 minutes. A neat aspect b of using Jiffy Lube, it turns our the prior owner used it too, so all the cars maintenance history was available to us.

I received an oil change at this location an hour before closing. The service was fine until i drove away and heard a loud scraping sound beneath the front of my vehicle. I pulled over immediately and was shocked to see a large panel left unsecured, hanging by only one of the four bolts used to keep it on. Luckily i was able to place it back myself as i have limited tools that i carry for emergency. Unbelievable that at a slow point in the day(i was the only customer) that kind of mistake could be made. I was lucky not to have had any major damage. To top it all off, as soon as i paid, the cashier and technicians vanished, having left my keys in the car, door open, engine running. Needless to say, i wont be back.

Greg and his team had my car in and out in 20 mins after I dropped by on the way home from work. Changed oil, filled tires and washer fluid and carried out a thorough check in the meantime. Very nice and professional people. Gave me a good quote up front, answered all questions. I will go back!

This place is very unprofessional youre better off asking the homeless man on the side of the road to change oi then these people. Terrible service from top to bottom. They stripped out my drain plug And allowed me to leave while I dripped oil all the way home I got back to my driveway my truck was 2 qt of oil low. I went to Jiffy Lube on a Monday morning and the manager was not there and they could not do anything to fix my car . Told Me to keep adding oil and keep an eye on the level until they had a chance to get their manager in there the next day .

I sent my son to get an oil change. Generally I like this place for an oil change but I am disappointed about the hard upsell and pressure on him to get an engine flush because the oil change was overdue. I never buy extra things, apparently I shouldve made it clear to my son. I wont make that mistake again since I had to pay and extra $80 for something we didnt really need.

More importantly, the staff and techs were attentive, informative and polite. Oh, I almost forgot. The Tech observed something faulty (he knew the tech name and explained it to me) he replaced it and my RED LIGHT went out!!!

Recently visited this Jiffy Lube location to get an Oil change on my car. They left it spilling oil after the visit; the next week I returned, they told me there was nothing wrong but it continued to spill. I’m not sure what is going to happen with my car but it was in perfect condition when I brought it in.

The gentleman that greeted me was basically lifeless... another employee that told me about my service and what oil I’m getting was helpful... but then at the end I couldn’t use the 2 couple I always do because they all of a sudden don’t accept coupons “ over $10”... wish I knew that before I came to this location.

The team at Jiffy Lube was extremely friendly and helpful. I thought there was something wrong with my battery/starter and they took the extra time to help me figure it out and save me money.

Can change oil and filters ok. Be wary of other repairs. We stopped by for a quick oil change and decided to take their suggestion of new brakes. Shortly afterwards, we began to hear a clunking sound. Took it into the familys mechanic and the wrong brakes were installed.

Bad customer service no vacuum the inside didnt asked what type of oil/service just assumed from previous services.....

The oil change was fun and I appreciate that they top off all the fluids. But I had just gotten my car washed, and their “window cleaning” left my car dirtier than when I took it in there. The water is so old and filthy. Also, my drivers side window was halfway down and they only “cleaned” half of my window. Why bother? The dirty water got all over my seat, and of course on my dress when I got in to drive off.

Quick-service. The waiting area was clean, organized, and a pleasant place to wait. Candra was very helpful in assisting with the transaction and was also very curtious when walking me to my car.

The customer service was great, however they dont know what theyre doing there. This was the first time I went to this shop after buy my new car with less that 15k miles. I went in for an oil change and they informed me I had a transmission leak and should take the car in to my dealership to get fixed. Concerned I had a serious issue with my vehicle, I spent the next morning taking off work, dropping off the car, getting in to work late ect. only for the dealership to notify me the Jiffy Lube was wrong. When they changed the oil, they got oil all over the transmission. So this place doesnt know the different in oil/transmission fluid is and does sloppy work where they were the ones who got the oil on the transmission in the first place. The dealership cleared it off and I was good to go. Wasted a lot of my time....

I almost never do reviews but these people were so rude that I had to share my experience. My car had a bad battery and needed some service, but I told them I am hopefully buying a new vehicle tomorrow and I just wanted the oil change. Clearly they make money for any upgrade they sell, but they go so rude about it. The tech automatically became mean and told me its dangerous to drive, etc., which I understand, is their job, but definitely need some training on how to deal with customers. Never going back there again.

Went to get my aunts oil change expecting them to know what they were doing on my aunts car. But turns out when I was getting the oil changed again I could not get it done since they tightened the oil filter house too much so to change my oil it had to be broken and I had to spend on a new filter housing. Also when I was there I was told to change my air filters. When I told my aunt I changed them she said she had already done it. So why did they tell me the filters needed to be changed, I was even shown very dirty filters. Which wouldnt make sense if my aunt had just changed them so I do not if I was lied to.

Never would have guessed that an oil change would cost me over 200 dollars of stolen items in my car. On top of that my windshield wiper fluid was not filled which is supposed to be included with an oil change. Awful service, and the employees are thieves. DO NOT GO HERE!
