Huge thank you to Edwin!! I was left stranded with another towing company last night (never contacted me, didn’t pick up their phones), and this morning another towing company cancelled on me right when I was expecting them to show up. I was upset but 2 minutes later I got reassigned to K&G Towing. Edwin called me within minutes saying he was a few minutes away! He came immediately, explained a lot about what may be going on and was friendly and professional. I am so thankful especially being a female who doesn’t know about cars and was stressing on being alone and if anyone was going to be towing me. Thank you again to Edwin and if this ever happens again then I will want to reach out specifically to this company. Save yourself from the stress of other company’s and just contact them directly.

Kid is so awesome and the staff at K&G are very helpful and extremely customer-focused! I have been to Kits shop a few times already and have never had to return for the same problem! I highly recommend this car repair shop as Kit specializes in foreign and domestic cars and he is a Level A mechanic so he knows how to get the job done right the first time!

Trustworthy mechanics can be hard to come by especially those with good quality repair and solid repair values.If I might though, Google states the shop is open on Saturday but, I understand its not because I asked in person however, I know you can schedule online and it might be a little confusing for someone who may schedule a repair online such as myself.

I like this place very much and found the K & G Auto services staff honest and professional. No hidden costs or pressure on customers. Its always nice to deal with professional people and I am glad I have discovered this place to return again to solve problems my other cars have. I am happy with the pricing and the fact that they also did discount for some parts for my car. Overall, 5+ out of 5, and the + is for the excellent customer service.
