So glad we found this hidden gem. The food is delicious and the customer service is great. It feels like a small down deli.Also theres so many fresh baked goods.

I have gotten bagels from this place the last few weeks and have yet to be disappointed! They have a wide variety or bagels and cream cheeses I never even thought of! I personally love the brown cinnamon sugar bagels with chocolate chip cream cheese! So good and I look forward to trying different bagels and sandwiches!!Highly recommend it if youre in the area and need breakfast or lunch.

Terrible service the guy said he would make my bagel the way I asked which was simple bagel cream cheese Nova and lemons and when I opened the foil up it has nova and cucumbers lol seriously luckily I did not bite into it bc I am allergic to cucumbers! This place is a safety hazard please advise them of food allergies if you dare go there! Some restaurants are careless it’s so sad food allergies are real!!!!

The Rachel (hot pastrami with melted Swiss, cole slaw and thousand island dressing) on toasted everything bagel. Excellent for breakfast or lunch.

They microwave the egg for sandwiches, its a gross yellow ball of egg, super low quality and microwaved in plastic. So tired of this, Neils bagels does this. Thats why I only go to einstein bagels, they make fresh egg. Kind of dumb too they have a huge kitchen yet microwave egg. Also sausage was odd, later that day I had bad bathroom problems from the food. Would not recommend .

Quaint place filled with good smells. The bagels that weve tried were good. They give a good amount of cream cheese and lots of lox! Not the highest quality place, but it definitely hits the spot. Very reasonably priced as well.

Highly recommend their bagel breakfast sandwiches, their egg preparation is IMO perfect, haven’t found a breakfast sandwich egg I like better. Bagels are good for Maryland, service is good, gets busy sometimes so call ahead or be ready to wait 10-15 mins.

We were in the neighborhood, so we figured we would give it a try. The bagels were OK, and the used fake eggs for the egg and cheese. It did the trick, but overall I’d give it a B-

This is a bagel place but I got the steak and cheese. The bread was soft and buttery. The meat and cheese was on point. I highly recommend the steak and cheese.

Decided to try this place out after about 9 months of living in the area. We ordered Reuben sandwiches and a bowl of matzo ball soup. The food came very quickly and the sandwiches were completely loaded with corn beef!The restaurant is also very charming and welcoming. I would love to come back and check it out when it reopens for dining. It seems like a fantastic place to get breakfast on the weekend.

Great service and fresh bagels. My favorite is their Jalapeño Bagels but you gotta get there early because they only make a limited amount.

Old, hard, stale bagels. I had two different bagels early in the morning. Clearly they were not fresh. Several days old. Been coming here for years. I dont mind the attitude, but quality has suffered. Time to get my bagel elsewhere.

After being stuck at home for over a month, my girls and I wanted bagels. Bageltowne did not disappoint! Fresh, warm, delicious! We got a dozen and lox spread. I swear these were the best bagels we have ever had! Thank you, Bageltowne. We will be back:)

I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and waited 20 mins for the and then when I am fed up with the wait for cold bagels which owner let sit out and put as an order for “tony” when my name is max and I never gave a name for the order. The old Asian women responds and says “next time say something when their done”. This is the owner’s wife saying this u fathomable statement. How the hell can the customer waiting for their food tell owner/worker when thief food is done, pretty sure the people cooking and serving my food should let me know or announce when it’s done.

I got melted chicken and pasta on the side, the pasta cup is way too small, the sandwich was good but nothing special. Very plain, I got it for takeout but if you eat there they have kinds of sauces on the tables.

Love that its a small business. I was treated well. Prices are reasonable.The bagels really arent special. They either dont boil them properly or not all. The flavors were good but if youre looking for a proper NY bagel, this is not it.Didnt try the lunch options.

Got avacado toast when I got it they were closing so I couldnt come back in but the avacado was literally black not brown and it smelled and tasted sour. If your avacado is bad dont put it in there. Wasted 25 dollars wouldnt reccomend here. Not the first time they have given me old nasty food.

I have been going there since i 20 now 41 and single rite now by the way.. No matter what you lochs egg bagel lunch its all on point... Bagels are fresh crunchy doughy etc.. This is way all the Potomac people drive to bageltowne deli.. Trust me

Great sandwiches, fresh deli meat, homemade side salads. A bit pricey to eat everyday for lunch. Take out is fast and accurate. The sit down area could use a good cleaning floors, table seating. Need additional staff to clean inside sit down area.

This is our favorite place in the area for weekend breakfast and brunch. Good location. Great food and a huge selection at that. Good deli meat, soup, bagels and sandwiches. Excellent service.

1 Star... Wouldn’t recommend. Subpar experience, lackluster (on the verge of downright rude) service, and overpriced food that is not nearly the quality you’d expect.

This was my very first time in the establishment and the service was not friendly. I usually dont split hairs because everyone has a bad day every now and again... but there was not an inkling of friendliness to either one of the ladies I encountered. I had to use the restroom and albeit decent enough, when I finished there was no paper towels to dry my hands with so when I came back out to pick up my order (with wet hands) I advised that there were no paper towels in the restroom and was given a brush off. On top of that I ordered an onion bagel with scallion cream cheese. It tasted burnt on the outside which made it difficult to choke down so I ended up throwing 3/4 of it in the trash. Wont be going there again

Food and service were great.Floors and tables were dirty leaving much desired in cleanliness.Their fountain drink machine was down but they had a great selection of drinks in a cooler. Chicken noodle soup favor was fantastic and the ham egg cheese bagel was freshly made delivering a flavorful blast of breakfast to my mouth.

Amazing!!!! I only eat their Smoked Salmon bagel called something platter, their bagels are really good. The place feels like some old cultural bagel shop/deli in Newyork city. PS the prices are slightly higher but hey why not they are so good. Come for breakfast with family, ull love it.

Homemade everything and everything includes classic deli fish and meat and egg salads, sides, latkes, bagels and schmeers, sandwiches, and soup as well as a few eclectic favorites like avocado toast and bibimbap. Huge selection of tempting baked goods as well. Comfy table and chair or bench seating inside with big picture windows at both ends for great natural lighting. Ambient noise is at a comfortable level allowing for easy conversation. Also patio seating on the sidewalk in front is usually shaded all morning and early afternoon. Weekend breakfast bar includes self serve oatmeal with toppings and a custom omelette station. Near a bus stop and with plenty of parking, its worth going out of your way if you want an authentic New York deli experience.

This place is an embarrassment to anyone from NY whos ever made or eaten a bagel! Tiny, burnt, hard as a rock, and the balls to charge $3.00 for 2 pieces of dough that didnt even have a hole in the middle. Nothing resembling a bagel at all.
