Shipped 2 scanners at 2 different types.First one this store packed themselves. I paid over 100$ for them to pack it. The buyer said the box was far too big and it was under packed. Scanner was busted.Seconded scanner I packed myself. UPS ended up breaking that one too.It’s terrible. Go to FedEx if you need someone reliable.

They dont sell paper.Kinkos sold paper.I miss Kinkos.

This store is awful. I went in on November 10th. 2020 to mail a 20 lb box of candies and candy bars to my brother, who lives in Rome, Italy. They would not mail the package. I went up the road to a different UPS store (by Montanos) and they said it was not a problem. It cost $315 to mail, which is too much, yet it is candy and cookies made in the USA, that he can not get in Europe. I will not be back!

I always have good and fast service at this UPS store. Staff is friendly.

Theyve always been efficient and courteous to me.Yeah, costs of shipment seems high but they offer options USPS wouldnt. I save money using UPS Store and dont have to put up with the attitude at FedEx store at Towers.Clerk there walked away from me when her shift ending in the middle of our transaction.

Tammy the CSR, is not only professional but extremely helpful, friendly and outgoing personality. She took care of answering all my questions and opened a mailbox for me..while being proficient and fast. I will always use the Electric Rd location for its outstanding service. Thanks Tammy for all of your help!! You know the true definition of customer service :) . You were so helpful to me when the Salem location was extremely unprofessional (which I will be putting a review for that location). Thank goodness the Electric Rd UPS store has a different owner!!! I will never go to the salem location again.

Fantastic customer service! I had left item in different state. Store staff called there, arranged for someone to drive to address where I left item, pick it up, package it up and have it sent. Timing: overnight. Cost very reasonable. I had not been able to arrange any of this on my own with other shipping stores in this locale or in other state despite multiple phone calls. This store able to arrange all of this in a few minutes and took the initiative and time to do so. Highly recommend.

This store doesnt keep their posted hours.On a few different occasions I have shown up to send a package 10 or 15 minutes before they are scheduled to close, just to have the place locked up, lights off, no one there.It is QUITE annoying when you have to have something postmarked by a certain date and they F* it all up!

Went in to get a few documents notarized and the gentleman working was extremely pleasant, attentive and helpful.

Ive had two bad experiences here because of employees not understanding what is needed. My in-laws almost got ripped off here when they tried to ship some art we made at one of those do-your-own-painting studios because the employee just didnt understand that these were personally made projects rather than precious/expensive artwork. They kept trying to make us insure it well beyond the value of the paintings and we ended up walking out/shipping them via USPS instead, less questions asked and for a LOT less with insurance. I also called today to ask about having a poster printed and was asked a LOT of questions about the specific topical written content on the poster - so nosey! I wasnt asked that by any of the other four companies Ive spoken with for a quote today - I just wanted to know how much itd cost to print a certain size poster, not go through the entire thesis with the employee. I think now that she wanted to make the poster herself rather than just print something I brought in - although I did explain that to her. Wont be back.
