THE BEST VAPE STORE IN ROANOKE, VA!!! Sherry and Celeste are freaking great!!! They definitely know what theyre doing when it comes to customer service. They have a huge inventory on everything. I can be very indecisive when trying to buy vape juice, but they are quick to help me find what I want and/or recommend a flavor. Cloud 9 is the ONLY vape store I shop at!

I love the shop. The staff are very friendly. They are willing to help you out. I love that they let you sample the juices out before you buy them. They even tell you which ones are there best sellers. I definitely will be back for some more juice and maybe even to get another mod. I also noticed a couple bad reviews. If you ask me those reviews are completely false. It sounds to me like they are in there feelings because there shop isnt doing as good as Cloud 9.

Great customer service! Knowledgeable and polite, being my first vape mod buy, the gentlemen who I talked with helped me pick out a great build. He showed me how to assemble the build and discussed up keep with all the components. Very pleased.

This is the worst establishment I have been in. The service is awful. The attitudes are awful. The prices are awful. The costumer service is deplorable at best with a total lack of knowledge when it comes to there products and complete lack of respect for their patrons. This is not a business that will stand behind any guarantee of customer satisfaction or being able to correct mistakes they make to consumers threw there ignorance of there merchandise. I would not recommend this vape store to anyone. I have never enjoyed my experiences here and with the abundance of vape lounges in the area I recommend to anyone to go somewhere else even if it further away. Cloud 9 is just not worth it at all! Only reason it gets one star is because I can’t rate zero or negative.

Great store. The selection of vape juices is quite extensive. Prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They even have a vape lounge and samples of their juices. They also have a wide variety of vape pens and kits.

Cloud 9 has the potential to be a great shop. The prices are competitive, and the selection is broad, however Ive been disappointed with the quality of the products and the juice. The service has been a bit lack luster, several times feeling as though I were being ignored in favor of other customers. There is a lot of room for improvement, but its still a decent shop for this area.

The owners husband runs the shop. likes to pick fights with other shops in the area and get drama started. He likes to find out what other shops sell so he can get it and undercut them. Bad business practice if you ask me. They wont get another dime of my money.

There’s true beauty here, I remember the time I brought my old vape from nam in here, the dude behind the counter said “That’s not a vape sir, that’s a rifle.” Not sure what he meant but boy did I get a hit out of old Bessy with the juice I bought in here, was like a shot ran through me.

Staff at both locations do not seem knowledgeable about products. Also when i go into the plantation rd location its as if Im bothering the guy who works there. He cant get rid of me quick enough and hes never answered any questions ive had. Customer service 👎 I wouldnt continue going there except for the fact that I LOVE a couple of the e liquid flavors they make! Ive looked on the website but cant find information about any of the flavors ive purchased including pg/vg ratios. Just seems strange😞

I got my first vape here and after a few days started having issues with it. I took it back and they were very helpful and polite with getting the issues resolved. Highly recommended .

Honestly, some of the best prices on E-Liquid, house blend or premium, in the area. I imagine a lot of people say this, and you should just go ahead and listen to them now. You shouldnt have to find out about it the hard way like I did. Ive been vaping a number of years now and have changed my shop a number of times. Ive done the S.V.E., a couple random ones that have popped up. Tried C.W. and even went to P.V. for a while. And I have just finally gave Cloud 9 a chance a couple months back, and regret blowing them off as long as did. Cheaper prices and a larger selection by far. Checkem out, seriously.

This is absolutely the best vape shop Ive ever had the pleasure of visiting. Staff is very friendly, although one of them mumble talks so theres that. Other than that minor infraction, there is nothing bad about the shop itself. There is the largest selection of gourmet eJuice Ive ever seen, as well as a decent selection of house juices that they make themselves. Of course, the house blends arent as good as the gourmet, but they are surprisingly good and very affordable, clocking in at around $16 for two 30mL bottles, if I recall correctly. You have a decent selection of mods and RDAs/Tanks/Whatever goes on top here, and most are at an affordable price. Most 60mL bottles of gourmet eJuice will run you around $20. They have a nice little lounge area complete with a next gen gaming console and a few other little things I cant remember off the top of my head. All in all, this is an amazing place to spend time at. Although, a word of warning, the parking lot is horrendously small.

The mods rdas/ rdta and subohm tanks they have in stock are the newest out and they have it price competitively enough that you dont need to really check around at other vape shops. I almost bet they will always have the newest stuff in stock. I only go to this vape shop in Roanoke.
