I would definitely purchase another vehicle here! They were honest and upfront about everything. The process was extremely fast and they made me feel very welcome and comfortable.

Buyer beware! Smooth talking and reassuring customer service. However. Fooled me (and many others) into buying a car with DIRTY TITLE! Upon texting him about this after receiving title at pay off, he says ALL CARS ON HIS LOT ARE SALVAGE REBUILT!!!!! This purchase has screwed up my life. The car has MANY issues!!!! He only says SOLD AS IS and refuses to acknowledge the fraud hes doing!!!! Purchase would have NEVER happened if I had known!!!!

We had a great experience with Blue Ridge. It was a 4 hour drive, but we decided to go and check out the car after speaking with the dealer. He was professional and courteous throughout the process. We test drove the car, discussed our concerns, and were offered a fair price for the car. Its been 6 weeks since the purchase, and the car is running great.

Do not go here! I live 1 hour away from this dealer. I was told in a text message on a Friday night, that they still had the vehicle, that a lot of people have been coming by to look at it and that it would be there when i came to look at it the next day. I called the dealership 1st thing Saturday morning, told them I would be paying cash for the vehicle if I liked it. Asked them about a carfax, they said they had it, but could only show it to me in person ???. I told them I would like to drive it, etc. I was told Vehicle is here, drives very nice, no problems, no accidents. I said I will be there around 12 noon. Again was told Perfect, vehicle here, you can drive. I get there at 12 noon - mad house, no where to park and only one other customer! Had to park on the side of 460! Did not see the vehicle I just drove 1 hour to see, that I was told, was there! When I asked about it, I was told it was taken to a shop to be inspected on Thursday. So, the vehicle had not been there since Thursday and I was lied to Friday evening and Saturday morning by 2 different employees here. I was told they had been trying to call the shop all morning to check the status on it (shop is closed on Saturdays). Vehicles can not be sold, by a dealership until they have been newly VA State Inspected - this is required by Virginia Law. A dealership can have their dealers lic taken from them, if they sell a vehicle that they did not get inspected prior to putting it on their lot! A customer can not even look at the vehicle until it has been inspected! It doesnt matter if it has a good inspection on it when they get it, it still has to be reinspected. When I was leaving, I took note to many vehicles that did not have inspections at all or out of state inspections. Needless to say, if you are going to lie to me about a vehicle being available for me to look at and drive - what else have you or will you lie about! So, do not go here! You have been warned!

I was searching for a Mercedes Benz Metris for my business in Minnesota. I happened to find the best deal at Blue Ridge Auto Sales. Flew in from Minnesota, test drove, made the deal and hit the road for a 1100 miles trip back to Minnesota. I was able to get everything done in a few hours. The whole experience was awesome. Guys at the dealership were super fun and honest to deal with. No surprises for me. They even picked me up from the airport. I would definitely do business with them again if they have the car I would be looking for even though the dealership is 1100 miles away.

Do your research when dealing with this place. We placed a deposit on a car after having what seemed to be an honest conversation with the sales rep. They only had the car a week and he said he knew very little about the vehicle (came in on a trade). Later that evening, I ran the Caxfax report and was shocked to find out the car was a salvage with a rebuilt title. When I went back the next morning, the same sales rep told me he now knew it was a salvage with a rebuilt title all along after he saw I had the Carfax report. He also said that 80 percent of the cars on his lot were salvage vehicles with rebuilt titles. If he had been honest with us all along, we might have still bought the car. We got our deposit back and left. Im sure they sell some good cars, but you need to do your own homework because they are not going to give you honest answers to your questions.

Test drove a KIA they said had been in a fender bender and had been fixed. We looked up under the car, and it was mangled; they had clumsily affixed another spray-painted bumper onto it to cover up the damage. Conveniently for them, the Carfax were unavailable, so they were able to avoid telling us the car had been totalled in an accident. If you are buying from this dealer, be wary! They will try to swindle you.

If you need a used car please check these guys out! Not only did they have a great selection with very competitive prices, their customer service is second to none! My car was totaled by no fault of my own and I needed to replace it with something quickly. Martin and his crew worked fast and went out of their way to help me get something on the road the same day. Today was our second time going through Blue Ridge Auto and both times it has been a great experience the employees are fantastic and the owner is very easy to work with for an awesome car buying experience I would recommend this be your first option.

I can only tell you, Based on my experience that this is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I texted with them and confirmed the price, and that the vehicle was still available, and that it had no known issues and a clean title. They confirmed the price and said that I should come in. I asked again if there were any issues with the car or title and the answer was when would I like to come in. SOOO I requested a call back and was told to expect one soon. Three hours later I had not heard anything and sent a follow up text. I was told they were extremely busy and if I wanted a response that I should call them. Never heard anything that day at all. The next morning I called. The salesman I spoke with informed me that the price on the car had GONE UP more than $4000.00 overnight, but if I had a screen shot of the original price they would honor it. I said wow I actually do have a screen shot, he then proceeded to tell me that another customer was actually on his way with cash that I was too late. Then we spoke again about 30 minutes later (I called Him again) and he said his boss would honor the advertised price and I should head that way. I told him I had a trade and he said no worries and I said I had some cash and also excellent credit. He once again said I should head that way. I told him I was 3 hours away and wanted a ball park on what they would give me for my trade. I Sent pics, he asked what I wanted for my vehicle and he said he wanted to think about it. Two days later I have heard nothing. Decided to pay for a carfax on the car before driving up there with cash this weekend, Guess what SALVAGE TITLE SALVAGE TITLE. They can not even be honest upfront, I straight out asked the question about the clean title at least three time the first day, they refused to disclose SALVAGED TITLE, so please dont get scammed by these people. After reading other reviews it sounds like this is a common practice of theres. Just be aware.

Bought a 2011 e350 Mercedes . Salesman told me it was a two owner car, car fax was clean, and the previous owner traded it back to him for a 50k Acura or some story. Since the salesman was a former marine I made the big mistake of trusting his word. I paid cash for the car. Even took his word for it that the engine light was on when I test drove it and he said its just the gas cap. Once again I trusted him. Now lets talk about the car. 8 owners, frame damage on carfax,3k later in repairs and and now the car is worth nothing to anyone. ...THANKS GUYS, MAKE IT GOOD OR I OR FIND ME ANOTHER VEHICLE AND TAKE BACK YOURS!

!BEWARE! Today they attempted to sell my girlfriends daughter a car for nearly $8,000 that had an un-salvageable title due to a wreck it was involved in down in North Carolina. We were told that there was No CARFAX Available, but she was smart enough to Dial-A-Friend who ran the CARFAX report which was not only available, but very scathing, and very clear about the amount of damage the car had received. It had run off the road into a guardrail, and had failed to deploy a single airbag. How can a car such as this be sold as a safe vehicle. And, isnt it against some law for the dealer to claim that a CARFAX report doesnt exist? Anyway, just be on guard, and check everything out before writing that check.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a dealership. I asked the owner if I could come test drive the car today and was told it was ready and to call when on the way. When I called I was told he has to go pick the car up from getting a dent fix. After waiting an hour and a half I was told I had to wait to tomorrow after driving over an hour qnd being told I could get the car today. After another hour I told him I would just come back tomorrow because I will be able to pay cash but I dont appreciate being lied to and given the run around. The owner then said no screw that, im not selling to you anyways youre too much of a hassle for me. Then hung up on me.... I just feel so freaking disrespected at this point...

Bought my daughters car here and it was a total lemon. Several things wrong with it including no heat. We are over 9k into a jeep we only paid 6k for. BUYER BEWARE!

I think that Blue Ridge Auto Sales has a higher quality of cars than the other 10 used car lots Id seen this weekend. I walked in and told them what I had for a cash purchase I drove away with best car Id test drove all weekend. I got a great running and solid car that Iooks good close up at the cash price I could pay. They are friendly and they gave me one hell of a deep discount for the car and I am truly thankful to them. We have kids that will be driving soon and to save myself from another weekend of car shopping aggravation, Im going to Blue Ridge first for their cars.

These guys are absolutely waste of time.I called them 3 times for the listed car and I confirmed with them about the vehicle history. They said it’s clean title and never been in an accident.I checked the VIN by myself and the title is salvage.So they need to provide accurate information to the customer but not to mislead their customer.

I was going to buy the black Toyota Tacoma that they currently have for sale on the lot. I thought I should look up some of the comments or reviews on Google before buying from the small dealership. Some of the reviews were appalling which made me question whether or not it would be a good decision to purchase from them. I searched the Vin number of the vehicle on Google and found that it was a totaled vehicle that they purchased it for $14000 and are selling it for $35000. The title is salvage. Most insurance companies wont provide full collosion coverage on a title like this. I believe the majority of their vehicles are like this. Do your homework before you purchase from these fine folks.

We went into purchase a vehicle last Tuesday. We were ready to buy it off the lot, they would not sell it to us at the time because it had some damage that needed to be fixed. They promised to hold the car for us and it would be ready in 48 hours. We tried to buy the car right then but he was too busy and had to leave soon so he would not allow us to. When I called back to pick it up I was screamed at and it was not ready. I called back the next Monday to make sure it was ready for pick up. Adrien told me it was not ready yet and still needed a handle replaced. I called back this morning and the general manager left me on hold, screamed at me, gave me false business owner information and told me he would sell the car out from under me. He then hung up on me. This is not a reputable business and I will be reporting them. I just wanted to buy the car. I also had cash for the car and was going to pay asking price. I do not recommend dealing with them.

I attempted to purchase a 2014 black Toyota Tundra that was advertised at the price of $34,995. I arrived on their lot 30 mins after they were supposed to be open. They sign in the window said “Open,” but no one was there and the door was locked. I called the number for the business, and my call was ignored and immediately got a text. Then the person called me back, and sounded as if he had just woken up. I told him I was on the lot currently, and he said he would be there later. I didn’t see the truck on the lot. He stated someone attempted to steal the fender extensions and it was at a body shop getting repaired. I went to look at the truck and everything looked fine. But...after a google search of the VIN, I found that the truck had ACTUALLY been in a wreck, had a salvaged title, and was bought by them at an auction for $14,000. They listed it at $35,000. They were totally unprofessional, didn’t respond to calls or texts all day, and clearly lied about the condition of the vehicle. This placed cannot be trusted.

I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from Martin and I have been very pleased in both transactions. I just tell him what and I want and when it comes in I go get it the car buying process is very simple cut and dry. Usually my entire process from start to finish takes about 1hr max which is GREAT because every other place I have purchased a car from is a ALL DAY transaction. I prefer to drive luxury cars but I change up too often to buy brand new. I am a forever customer.... GREAT overall experience.

I went in looking to buy yesterday. First of all the lot is tiny and on a busy highway.I had my young son with me and had to park on the shoulder of the highway to even get onto the lot. They were having to Maneuver cars out of the lot signaling when traffic was light. Went there looking for a specific car that I had emailed about the night before asking was it still available. I was assured it was and to call ahead before going to make sure. I live an hour away. I called several times on my way there left a message to have someone call to make sure it was available. Get there and according to the guy it was being “inspected”. Well I leave my name and number to be called when it was back. I go back online and low and behold it has a current inspection on the window in the picture. I call them finally get an answer the lady that answered the phone put me “on hold” was referred to a “some lady who was here earlier wants something”. Same guy I talked to it sounded like got on. I asked about the inspection and it being current with the picture. I was then told the state police an hour away needed to inspect it because it had a rebuilt title from being in a “fender bender”. I told him I’ve been in several fender benders and none of them required a rebuilt title for just a bumper replacement. He then took to telling me if I drove so far for a car I liked a “rebuilt title wouldn’t matter”. Actually it does and you can have a hard time getting insurance on one. I was then told “ we are selling cars right and left I’ve sold 5 today ALL with rebuilt titles”. “If you want it you can have the rebuilt title for the minor fender bender it was in”. I politely told him since this was not disclosed anywhere and a CarFax couldn’t be provided I would take my business elsewhere. I got a “whatever “ before being hung up on. I have never been treated as poorly doing business with anyone. If you bought a car from them in the past several days apparently they get “insurance claim cars”. Also to have a rebuilt title it has to be a 50/80% loss in VA. Which makes insurance an issue because they can’t judge the worth of the car. So you could lose out on full coverage for your vehicle. RUN!!

My family drove from Pembroke NC to look at a Suburban. It was well worth the trip with the best customer service that I have ever received. During the test drive my husband found that the power steering pump had a leak. When we told them about it, he called OReillys to deliver one within minutes. We hadnt ate lunch, so while we filled out the paperwork to purchase the suburban and sign the title, they ordered pizza and wings for us to eat....I would drive another 5 hours to buy from them....

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I traveled from NC to Virginia to buy a car at this dealership. I called and set up an appointment two weeks in advance and told the owner the car I wanted. When I got their the owner tried to ignore me then tried to sell me the car with wires hanging out of it then when I asked about the wires, he said the car is not ready for sale needs a lot of work. I was so angry why would you make me drive 3 hours for a car that is not ready for sale and still try to sell it to me. He walked away from me and sent someone to get my car and I left. Never Buy A Car From This Dealer. The cars at this dealership are In terrible condition only look good on pictures and the owner is a complete liar!

These guys are shady as the day is long. The advertisement on Craigslist said that it was a clear title. However when we got there it was a rebuilt title. So the car had been totaled, once had a salvage title, and was now somehow rebuilt. It had major problems and theres no way I would buy a car from these guys. Run away!

I drove two hours to look at a car that was listed on the internet. Add said that CarFax was available. When I arrived, the place looked like a dump. All the cars were crowded together. All needed washing bad. Person there could not speak English. After waiting for Salesman to arrive, he could barely speak English. I saw paint over spray over the rear end of the car. I found out later that it was a total loss vehicle that was halfway fixed. Not at all what the add lead me to believe. Stay away from this place.

Rudest customer service i have ever experienced. They had a pt cruiser for sale that i was interested in came by for a test drive and there were multiple issues with the car one of those issues was the ac not working. I mentioned this to the salesman and he said Ill make a deal with you if you give me a deposit on the car ill get the ac fixed and you can comeback in a day or two and pick it up which I agreed to. I also asked if I change my mind on the car could I get my deposit back and he said sure that wont be a problem. Came back 2 days later to a do a final test drive to realize that he did nothing to fix the ac, when i got back from the test drive I told him I was no longer interested and would like my deposit back. He then went on to ask Why? I told him that he didnt own up on his part of the deal he then went on to complain complain and complain and he finally shot out the door saying ill go get the ac recharged. So I let him leave to avoid any type of argument after he left I went on to ask the manager for my deposit back and he finally gave it back to me I basically had to demand it or I was gonna call the police. He went on to say dont ever put a deposit down on a vehicle why would you do that? I replied your salesman asked me to! anyways long story short these guys are horrible and I would avoid them at all cost! The Funny thing is after reading these reviews there is another customer that had the same exact experience as me what also is funny the ONLY GOOD REVIEW THEY HAVE IS FROM THEIR OWN SALESMAN NAMED MARK!!!!! And Mark is the Salesman that tried to Rip me off sorry MARK :)

This man had me drive all the way from Greensboro to Roanoke VA to look at two cars. He told us that both cars were clear titles... and there was no body damage to either vehicle! Needless to say one car had a huge gash and rust on the rear quarter panel and a child had used a magic marker and drew on the inside, along with several burn holes! The second car had a rebuilt title. And the damage to the car was very noticeable. I tried to contact family (single mother) for advice before buying and I guess I upset the man because I “didn’t trust” him and he quickly told me if I was buying to give him the money if not I needed to leave. He was a complete jerk and a liar! I would never ever use these people. There are still good people in the world but he is definitely not one of them. My prayers will be with him and his family

These people are shady and dishonest. I was really interested in the car that was priced at $3,900 online. I called them about the availability and price, and condition of the car and they said everything is fine.But when I actually went to check the car out, the price was $4,500!!! not $3,900.Also I found scratches and dents on the body which is not a big deal but still...also, they said it was power door locks and it WASNT working (I wanted to open the door for the back seat and I had to push the unlock button 5 times!). They also said the car was in great condition and had no problem, guess what, one of the headlights wasnt working. So, the salesman was pounding on the headlights until it light up and he assured me over and over that it was fixed and wont happen again, can you believe it?!Overall, bad experience, misleading information and Im really glad I didnt buy the car from them.Edit: Ive graduated and been working full time. Unfortunate how money change peoples perception of you although you (more or less) stays the same.

Told us all sorts of bulls*** in order just to sell the car and made us believe he was actually a genuine human. HA! Within the 1st month weve had to put it in the shop twice and dont let him sell you that crappy warranty. When hell say it covers everything No, No it doesnt!

Horrible customer service. Been waiting on my title and tags for over a month. Car is paid for. Keep contacting about my title and tags, Manager called to try to cuss me out. Poor customer service. Salvage aka junk yard cars that they try to make look good by fixing them. After I get my tags and title I dont want to ever have to deal with these people again. They are ripping us off. I WAS looking for a used Honda Accord. I found one at Blue Ridge Auto. I happened to drive by on Sunday around 8:30pm on my way back from Roanoke. Thought I would just take a look . They let me test drive the Accord that night and told me what they would sell the car for. They called me back Monday and we finalized the deal over the phone. They took care of some cosmetic issues during the day Tuesday and I picked the car up Tuesday evening. The financial transaction took less than 15 minutes. Simple as pie. No sales pressure. They detail their cars to make them look showroom new. They are flexible with your schedule. Time will tell if the car has any problems, but everything they knew about the car was disclosed to me and I am very satisfied with the whole process.

I went out to look at it and it was trashed. It had been sideswiped on the drivers side, and the driver door wouldnt even open. The whole car was damaged inside and out. Its obvious from both being there in person, and other reviews, that they buy repossed cars at auctions. I live by this dealership and have seen the owners peeling out in the cars that are for sale on the lot. I also saw another employee peel out one day and throw a gigantic drink container full of drink into the road, aka littering. Everyone in town avoids this place like the plague for buying a car, so dont waste your time if you are from out of town. The prices seem great, but Id rather pay more to buy from a more reputable dealer.

Terrible customer service. The man brushed me off as if my questions or my presence was nothing to him but a waste of time. He was unable to give me prices of vehicles on the lot, and unable to give me any information about financing, or trading in. Seems like to me they have a bunch of auction cars with dirty titles as nothing was labeled, and he couldnt give any info on warranties. I dont recommend this place.

Martin is a great guy, honest and willing to adrees any issues. Great price on car too! Been dealing with them for 3 years now, always a pleasure!

The process was fantastic and fast. My Sales Rep was Nelson and once the price was agreed it only took about 20 min to process and drive off the lot. I would definitely buy another car from Nelson and this dealership.

Bought a 2006 Mercedes from blue ridge. Was told I had 10 days to decide if I liked it. Took to my mechanic and it has 3 pages of problems. Not only did Mark the manager tell me and my wife he drove it from Richmond but also said the car had NO PROBLEMS. Then he charge me 30% percent to return it. Horrible business... Do not buy a car from this lot or the one the have 3 miles down the road. Worst mistake Ive made in along time!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I walked in to see what vehicles were in stock our price range. The lead salesman, Martin, start showing us some vehicles, but I thought it was odd he never showed us anything below our max budget. We test drove a 2 cars. One was a nice enough vehicle but wasnt what we were looking for, the 2nd was what we were looking for but was well above our budget and had mechanical issues. We talked the price down under the assurance that the check engine light was on because the car had been sitting. While we were filling out paperwork a client of his came in and reeked of pot and wasnt there to make a payment or buy a car.Well we drive the car to Walmart and the check engine light comes back. We turn around and Martin says hell take care of it. A week past when we were supposed to hear something back he hasnt called or updated us, meanwhile weve got a car with no ABS, Traction control or Curse. I call him and he almost immediately starts yelling at me. The rest of our encounters go roughly the same, he yells, calls us names and generally treats us extremely poorly.At the end of this story we still have the vehicle, took a month to fix the light and it has cost us a further 1.5k in repairs. There are still repairs to be made. Turns out the car is from up north and is a complete rust bucket underneath, making repairs that much harder. The only reason this isnt a 1 start review is because after much yelling the light was fixed. We had to pay half, but its better than nothing.I also find it odd that anyone who has written more than 1 review doesnt seem to rate this dealer very high, but there are a bunch of 5 star reviews that this is the only place they have reviewed....

The staff was very helpful! What they advertised on Craigslist and their web site was accurate. We purchased a used Mercedes with no pressure from the staff and the check process was quick and easy. Terrible place to buy a vehicle. Its called bait and switch. They bait you in with a low priced good looking vehicle and when you get there for a test drive it magically disappears, but they just so happen to have a great vehicle for you to look at. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Drove from over three hours away to look at vehicle at this dealership 2012 Nissan Altima was told it had a clean Carfax and passed Virginia state inspection which it shouldn’t have sold tires, drove the vehicle on a test drive and found with the transmission was shaking had a mechanic look at it and he verified that codes have been erased and under further investigation I also found out that the vehicle had been in an accident and did not have a clean car fax Buyer beware!!

I saw a Trailblazer on their online inventory that interested me, so I called and was told it was at their Orange Avenue location. When I arrived, I was told it was actually at their other location, so I drove over there. Upon arrival, the dealer there told me it was at the first location, at which point I politely but sincerely asked if they were playing some kind of game. He then told me it was at a shop on Williamson getting brake lights repaired, so I drove all the way over there. When I arrived, the mechanics told me the dealer knew theyd have to be with me if I wanted to look at the vehicle, so since I was unaccompanied I couldnt check it out. Im not sure what kind of weird games the staff at Blue Ridge Auto Sales are into, but I had cash in hand ready to buy that SUV. Ended up buying a wonderful little RAV4 from another dealer that afternoon, so alls well that ends well.

I recently purchased a car from here and I was very pleased with my overall experience. They were very courteous towards my fiance and myself. During the tour of their lot and and no point did my fiance and I feel like we were being pushed too hard towards buying a vehicle or like we were being scammed. At the end of the day we ended up driving off the lot and a beautiful 2005 CTS.
