Zippy, my 2008 Saturn ASTRA, has visited Rutledge twice: first when the clear coat started to come off the roof (last year) and this fall when it was coming off the hood, front bumper, and driver’s side door trim. Both times I went in For an estimate, I was greeted promptly, given a written estimate, and scheduled an appointment. Both times I needed a ride home and a ride back. They couldn’t have been more helpful or done a better job. Since Zippy has lived outdoors all his life, his paint has faded. They tint the new paint to match the color of the paint on your car. Amazing! Zippy’s roof paint from last year is still perfect, and now his hood and bumper are shiny and pretty, too, and match all his other parts. You’ll pay more than you would at a discount body shop, but the price is very reasonable considering the great service, friendly people, and high quality products and work, I wouldn’t take Zippy anywhere else.

This was the second time using Rutledge Auto and they have-- both times --been amazing to work with: quick service, friendly, a really great value and fine body work that looks outstanding. Will always recommend them for any body work.

Seems to be a good paint and body shop. My friend had his Dodge truck fixed there and it looks great.

Bill is fair and does great work! I’ve used his shop several times for fender bender repairs and one more serious accident repair. He will make sure that replacement parts are quality and will stand by his work. He also worked with an insurance company on my behalf recently which was telling me that Rutledge wasn’t a “preferred” shop. In the end, my work was completed by his shop with a higher payment than originally approved.
