Even though he was covered up he took the time to promptly look at my truck and give me a ballpark estimate. He understandably explained that he couldnt give me an exact estimate until he took it apart to see if there was any other damage and he needed to do additional work and Order additional parts. Extremely polite. The reason I went to him is I seen the work hes done onto other vehicles that was excellent.
