The staff is not welcoming. I felt I inconvenienced the salespeople by purchasing 3 items for $200. I have stopped going there, though very close to me. Tices Corner has a much better service and no parking inconvenience.

I love shopping at Blue Mercury but the the Ridgewood location is not what it used to be. The news tore manager Loretta is awful, unprofessional and needs a makeover, she does evoke BM by all means.I have tried multiple times to ignore the awful shopping experience since it is close to me but every time it try the experience just gets worse. Also, do not leave one person on the floor who does not speak English, its frustrating to communicate. Plus, the employees need to dress professionally, some of the women need to put more clothes on, navel exposure is unprofessional. Now I shop at Tices much better shopping experience. Marla, I hope you are reading this review, I have been a loyal customer for years.

Rude staff. Asked a question and got an eye roll with the answer as if I should have known the answer. I was about to purchase 4 products and they kept pushing me to try and buy other products (all the same brand) that I had politely said I didn’t need. After the fifth time of telling me to try a product, I asked for my credit card back and walked out. I’d rather go out of my way to drive to the mall and deal with parking than go back there again. I would give negative stars if I could.

I was treated in an accommodating and excellent manner. The friendly and personal experience enhanced my knowledge of their diverse range of products, and I went home with a lotion I fell in love with, as well as testers of a few other products to try at home. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for high end skin care products who appreciates fantastic customer service!

There is not enough I can say about this store and the expertise of all the staff, especially Heidi Schimmeyer. The layout of the store makes it easy to navigate when looking for any of their amazing products. There is always a smile and someone to help you. Heidi has been a Godsend with my skincare regimen and my skin has never looked better. I have attended many events and my makeovers have been spectacular. And of course the staff makes the events extra fun and festive. I recommend this store to anyone that will listen. Ive been to other Blue Mercury stores and none of them compare to the Ridgewood store.

The 3 starts going for the feeling of being pressured to look at different brands than I went in looking for. I just felt pressured by sales personal. It wasnt a great experience.
