What can I say ☺️ its Publix. The only grocery store that makes you feel welcome. And the workers are always so nice.this young man at the forest hill location in Richmond VA. Helped this pregnant woman to her car, put the groceries in the car and then waited for her to get in and pull off. Just to make sure she was ok. Thats amazing customer service.

Easy to navigate. Everyone was super helpful. Definitely ranks number 2 in my top 5 favorite stores to shop.

We use Publix Pharmacy all the time for our meds. I highly recommend because they have fantastic service! The pharmacists are incredibly helpful at getting the best prices on meds for you. I highly recommend the pharmacy for all you medication needs!

Great salad bar. Awesome variety of international items to pick from. Wish they had fresh ginger, even in a jar.

I love Publix and usually frequent the other Publix closer to my side of town however circumstances brought me to this location. I use the self check out as i always do and never feel harassed but that was not the case this time. An employee by the name of Tamera with long dreads or braids was working the self check out or I assumed she was as she was breathing down my neck the entire time. Then when I asked her to help me ring up the water I purchased she refused and told me I could do it myself. Then I had to plead with her to help me until she finally did reluctantly. I’m not sure what was bothering her but she seemed to take her frustration out on innocent patrons. I shouldn’t have to plead with you to do your job especially if your just standing there doing absolutely nothing. I usually have an enjoyable experience at this grocery store but after this experience I felt treated like a criminal and as if I was bothering that worker simply because I asked for help. I hope someone sees this and corrects that girl appropriately.

The groceries are pricey but the produce and meats are fresh. Maintaining a healthy diet is important to me so I believe the cost is worth it. There are so many options whether youre a vegan, doing keto, gluten-free...whatever. My food is always fresh. Also, the customer service at this location is on point! Theres always someone ready and willing to lend a helping hand.

Prices are way more expensive! Produce is fresh and a nice variety. Staff was somewhat helpful, but nice.

I had a great experience this morning with Danielle, who helped with my Western Union refund and new transfer. Despite WU system giving us a hard time, she remained polite and professional the entire time, she even called them to make sure everything is alright and that was at 7 in the morning! Kudos to this Publix for employing such great people as Danielle.

I was in town for a wedding and needed a few items and was blown away by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff here. Everyone I interacted with really made my day. They made me laugh when they asked if I was from Minnesota?

Very clean and love the variety!. Plus they have the little kids shopping cart that my daughters love so much so its definitely my go to when grocery shopping

Super clean, organized, and great employees, but that doesn’t make up for how outrageously expensive everything is. I went by Trader Joe’s to get a few things, forgot my wallet, ended up going to Publix since it was closer and I was in a hurry - the exact items cost MORE than double what they did at TJs!! The meat/seafood prices are insane. The meal kits they have seemed like a great idea (we use blue apron, but were excited for a potential local replacement) until we got one meant for two that had the teensiest portions, like barely enough for one meal, and it was $18. They have good sales occasionally too, but I just can’t justify shopping here unless I’m buying one specific sale item or have no other choice.

Great place to shop..always clean. The best customer service. It has a good deli with hit and cold options at great prices..real food. Also has a coffee shop with great snack treats.

Im very happy their is a Publix supermarket here now. The deli bakery food bar area is awesome and their subs are totally legit. The store is clean and well lit. Great variety of products and produce. Great meat and seafood section. Their genetic brands are better than other store generic brands.I got my flu shot there and they have me a $10 gift card.The whole process took less than 15 minutes.

Great Managers, awesome produce and the people are super friendly in the store. Some of the sales are also out of this world. Great store to shop in for sure!

The employees in here are so polite well majored and do helpful. They make me wanna come back. Even make me consider an application. The customer service is well above exceptional. Also they are well known for their cakes and deli sandwiches

As usual, everyone is uber friendly, helpful and they ask if they can help carry the bags out to the car for you. One of these days I am going to say yes. Pharmacy staff is awesome. No more Costco for our pharmacy needs any longer.

I want to say that the manager Adam is amazing he did everything he could to try to make the following better. The cake I ordered was for a co-workers retirement. When I went to pick it up it looked like my 4 year old wrote on it. The chocolate was in the white writing and the writing was terrible. Adam tried to make it right he had the writing redone and brought the cake to my work the next morning. Unfortunately it was still not the quality I expected for $70.00 cake you could tell where the writing was scrapped off and redone. When we served the cake today the cake was dry and not the norm for Publix. Definitely disappointed.

Great store. Only store I could find the Just Bare Chicken products. They really do taste taste like Chick-fil-A. You have got to try them!!!!

Everyone is usually so nice here especially the short black manager lady. Everytime I see her she’s so upbeat and helpful to her staff and myself. The store is also very neat, clean, and organized. I used to shop at Kroger/Walmart all the time but I’ll be shopping with Publix and Whole Foods mainly from now on.

I had to get several items for a dinner and most of the items were things I normally dont buy often. I had no idea where these were so I asked for help and they showed me where the items were. I was in and out very quickly and no lost wandering.

All the staff are welcoming and friendly. The zoning at this place is just amazing. As a former retail worker it is a beautiful thing to see. Awesome job Publix employees.

I was short on time and ordered from this Publix on instacart today (1/28). this was my first time shopping at a publix. I paid ~$7 for 10oz organic spinach, and what I recieved was a tub of yellow, slimy, spotted spinach with a *use* by date (not sell by) of January 31. not only am I supposed to consume 10oz of spinach in just three days- when it should last around a week in a two person household- but the spinach I got is already bad. lol! anyways, support your local farmers over corporate chains like this one whenever you have the option.

This message is based on my experience with Jasmine at the cafe, and Corey who I believe is one of the managers at this location. I passed by the cafe as I was walking in and asked Jasmine some questions, and then proceeded to shop. When I was done I did not realize that the cafe was closing (I got there perhaps at 6:01 PM and Jasmine was cleaning up). She was incredibly nice and still offered to make me whatever was available. She made and remade my vegan frozen coffee drink (it was more her insistence rather my request to remake) and would not even take a tip because she said she was not allowed. Please give this woman a raise or something! She was incredibly friendly and helpful and left a good impression on this New Yorker! Thank you, Jasmine.Corey was another lovely staff member that I encountered at Publix. He helped me try to find what I was looking for and price adjusted the items to reflect the sale that was advertised. Thank you for your help, Corey!

Yesterday was my first time going to Publix. And I was not impressed. I was ignored at the customer service and was left standing there for almost 10 mins. Then they were about to help someone else who came after me and I know they saw me standing there. The signage for items that are on sale is not very eye catching. And why would you make selected items of the same brand on sale but not others. Ie. The Motts juice was on sale but only selected ones. Thats kinda confusing for the customer.

I can absolutely say. The staff was wonderful. I came in at 8:30pm to grab some things for a seafood boil. 2 staff members went above and beyond as to go to the back to see if they had something I needed. Oh yes it was first time ever coming in a Publix of any kind. Great first impression.😊
