These people are overworked (due to lack of interior space and the amount of customers they serve) and really nice, at least most of them, they arent overly social like I like but most of the time they arent off putting usually... ordering through the app for curbside is cool, you can avoid the line by using their to-go feature, you can order online or on their kiosks, and some stores even have a drive thru, I wish there were more of these stores out there, heck even there customer service is 24 hours... it is hard to believe that a store could be better... I wish they had electric charging for vehicles and a place to eat that was better with an umbrella roof that didnt have holes in it to allow rain and it doesnt shade well and if I could charge my phone and eat my meal that would be nice, and a store with more interior would be better because it is small compared to other stores, they have way too many gas pumps, because of how many customers they serve they do what they can and this place could use a drive through like they have for curbside, that would be nice... but overall theyre still 5☆ or maybe 4.9☆ because Im a harsh critic, oh yeah you can even order in this plastic bag and avoid humans all together if you like... they have some room to grow as staff and as a company, but I like the direction that theyre heading

25OCT21 🎃🎃🎃 Gas prices are going up again. I paid $3.29/ gallon for 87 octane. But, SHEETZ is a great place to buy gasoline and other sundry items. The store is always busy but they manage to make check out fast and easy. 😃👍😃👍

Went in tonight to get the chicken snap wrap. It was a bit of wait but didn’t mind. But my food was wrong she made the chicken sliders. I return my food to get the correct one. And she still half way made my food. Another employee was very helpful. But this is not the first time this particular one mess up mine and several people orders. I don’t appreciate spending my money and not getting the correct food.

I thought being sort of off the beaten path this place would be good...but I was wrong. The bathroom here (the mens room) was the worst I have ever seen. I dont think it has been cleaned in a few days. I almost could not use it...I needed to stop so I did what I had to do. If I stop somewhere I buy something, so I decided to get a mocha...this was frothy black coffee which had no flavor...I could have bought that for much less without the flavor. I did not discover this until I was on down the road. I will say the people working there are super friendly so that was a plus. If you stop here check your orders and for the love of all that is good AVOID the water closet

The morning ladies ( Ellie and Susan) are always a joy to interact with. They are both so very helpful and pleasant.Continue the good work! Kudos ladies!

The cashiers are usually really fast and nice but there is some younger guy (Junior) that should not be up at the register for he is slow and rude. Maybe a little customer service training will be needed.

The food portion here the employees dont give a d*MN about anything here.Atleast try to care.

I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt when it comes to having a hard day but this is the third time in a row that we have been to this location and the service is unacceptable. it should not take almost 30 minutes to make cheese sticks. and they should not be put in the fryer 10 minutes after we have paid for them. I really hope they fix this. the excuse I was given was they have new people training so it must be new people every time I go in.

Store is usually fine on all fronts, but the tire air machine has been inoperable for MONTHS now.

I tried the peanut butter brownie, it tasted like peanut butter ,some chocolate, not so bad. There wasnt any brownie pieces at all, I thought it was a cookies and cream until I tasted it. wasnt what I excepted per picture and description. Also youd figure any food/drink making would have you wear a hair net, especially when your hair is long and flying everywhere like the gentlemen today.

I was really excited you guys were re-opening, and love the space. In terms of food ordering though, you’re more like wawa now which I hate. I try to order a simple EGG & CHEESE sandwich. Which means no meat. What comes on it, LOADS of meat. It’s really not that hard people.Update: sandwiches also have wrong egg choice, and we asked for boom boom sauce on one sandwich and it’s on all of them. I think you need to retrain your staff. If they can’t make a sandwich you’re wasting good money on incompetence.

This sheetz has honestly downgraded in their service the past couple of weeks, which I can understand with all thats going on. But this is honestly the first time theyve messed up my order. Instead of diced onions on my sub they stuffed it with diced tomatoes, I didnt even want tomatoes on it. Not to mention the app doesnt even work for me at least anymore, I cant order anything for pickup without getting a message saying I ordered too many times or network error when Im either using my data or on a REALLY GOOD internet connection.

Great staff, store is usually very clean. Wish they had water on the fizz fountain (its usually filtered and tastes better), but besides that, very happy with the place. My orders are accurate and Ive never seen them out of stock on preferred tea and occasional coffee choice.

The workers were nice but the bathroom is wild.

Best place ever! I get my gas and breakfast before I head off to Norfolk at 5:30 in the morning. Ellie and Todd are my favorite people. Kind, courteous, friendly, smiley, and always professional.

Would of given them 5 stars, but for some reason. The dude was standing there next to the fryer for several min. Waiting on my fries, while my burgers (sliders) got cold. Always quick and friendly staff! They usually have the cheapest cigarettes around, and used to love their MTO (made to order) service when I was a little younger and would use sheetz as a meet up spot to cruise & tear up the streets! The subs are great for on the go, I havent had anything there that I would turn my noes up at.. I think I used to get loaded cheese fries or something too, I remember craving them from time to time.

I love this Sheetz, the have really reasonable prices and a wide selection of many items. I just hate when I order online, go pick it up to get home and see the screwed, the whole order up.

They dont wear gloves or wash hands.Watch them when they prepare your food. I had to ask person to wash hands . Then he picked up a pair of used gloves. I asked him to put on clean gloves. I walked out without my order and will never go there for food again. I advise you to do the same.

I live right near this Sheetz & frequent it often. Sometimes theyre slow on food but hey, it gets busy in there & a little mixed up. Food is always delicious!

Love the coffee..always come here when Im in the area..i just wish the coffee were hotter..im one of the ppl that likes their coffee extra super hot..i wish they had public microwaves like 7-11..if u bring in a wawa cup & give it 2 them they let u pick out any sheetz cup 4 free & get free coffee in it too..i hate wawa coffee,it tastes horrid so I was super hype 2 let them have my old wawa mug for a totally awesome FREE sheetz cup ♡♡
