I went to buy a pack of cigarettes from the ampm. the cashier gave me my receipt back and laid my cigarettes on the counter. I grab the receipt because it was presented to me first. And then the cigarettes were placed on the counter that I didnt see. I drove 50ft out of the gas station to the stoplight and realized I didnt have my cigarettes. I turned around went right back into the store and asked if he saw a pack of cigarettes laying on the counter. Of course the common crook of a criminal other than employee took my cigarettes in that 5 minutes and claims he never saw it. This place is a complete rip-off. The people are rude. The bathrooms are nasty. The gas prices are usually inflated compared to others. I strongly suggest that you do not use this gas station. Dont say that I didnt war

I stopped on a bike ride to come in here and buy snacks, so I had my bike helmet on. I was told I had to remove my bike helmet. I asked why and the cashier simply pointed at the sign that says customers must remove all headgear. Ive never been told I have to remove a bike helmet to buy a snack anywhere because a sign says so. I walked out and wont be back.

I cant believe Exxon actually endorses this place, as it is easily the worst gas station in Richmond. Dont believe me? Just go there and see for yourself (if you leave here you know how terrible it is, and if you dont well, avoid it!!) Hopefully gets replaced soon!!
