Would love to come here more but employees don’t wear masks. I’m vaccinated too, but couldn’t afford to miss 3-4 weeks of doctors appointments if I did catch COVID. So if I do need something from here, it’s usually get in/get out as fast as possible. Walked in today and every single customer, including children, were wearing masks; all employees mask-less. Looking for somewhere else so that I don’t even want to come back in the future.I did like that there was an employee sanitizing after each person on the registers. Seems kinda pointless if you’re getting near everyone without a mask, but it’s something.

Place was dirty. Floors had stuff on it. Workers were freindly

The self checkout for all the registers is a great thing it allows for faster service

I’ve been trying to go to this store for 3 weeks. Impossible to do with a 9-5. Thought I could make it on a Friday when they close at 8, apparently not, because they make up their own hours. Never in my life have I seen a business that chooses to close 2 hours early.....I changed my mind. With staffing shortages she was probably tired. She has every right to close when she feels.

Could use more personnel on sales floor to assist with questions; they focus at registers now.

Good experience the cashier was helpful. If I must give a suggestion check the shelves for out dated food.

Yea place is cool...some items are too pricy I mean I can get some items at the dollar tree for one dollar why would I pay 5 here?

Great Customer Service!

Im not up for the self serve machine to pay yourself. there is no cashier at all, they are there observing and that is more risk for covid and virus it seems. more touching more crowds. They also have a bucket of chalk for all the kids and people to touch ,not sure how safe that is either.

Love this place,can find all the important things chief and good.try to shop there ones , you will like it.

Like it because its a great place to pick up stocking staffers or fillers for gift baskets

I was able to find a few things I needed, but was very disappointed that they didnt have any Steelers merchandise. I was visiting from FL and only had a limited time, but when I lived in Richmond I could always count on them from my husbands stocking stuffers.

I was pretty much scammed by another shopper infront of employees. Be careful

I always find the cutest most unique knick knacks here. Its great to take the nephews to and let them pick a toy out without breaking the bank. Their seasonal stuff is always where i find the hidden gems.

Clean store and friendly staff. The merchandise is exactly as expected for the price, however there are some great finds here. The chargers they sell do not last long, but I believe you get what you pay for!

This is a great store around the holidays for stocking stuffers and you cant beat the prices! They have a good variety for both boys and girls but I dont have as much luck buying for adults here. They have a good selection of candy and lots of unique choices you cant find elsewhere.

Five Below is great. However I dont understand how your name is 5 Below , but selling items greater than $5. I mean dont get me wrong I love this store but the name contradicts its self. lol.

Decent cheap stuff! My daughter loves getting a toy or two each visit and $5 pop culture tshirts help fill up my closet. Not the best quality but what more could you want for $5.

Dollar Store has same variety, obviously less quality, but at 1/5 the cost... can still get some good buys at 5 Below.

Five Below is great is youre looking for a value item like a toy, a shirt or some cheap holiday decor.However, due to the nature of the store selling items that never sold in larger retail stores and having frequently changing inventory, I dont think they can look up specific items to see if they have it in stock, making specific items hunts a bit difficult.The store is also usually a cluttered mess, even not during the holiday season, but once again I blame the frequently changing inventory and constant flow of new product. You may need to browse the whole store throughly to find what youre looking for.The employees themselves are usually nice or indifferent. Ive never had an outright rude employee, but if theyre not happy, then its clear they dont want to be there (but who can blame them when youre getting retail minimum wage).

The deals you can find here are endless. My kids and I both love coming in here.

The woman at the register was doing an amazing job! She was multi-tasking like a pro she had 2 registers open and handling customers amazingly.

This store is just really kool. i love it. you can always find unique items and everything is literally $5 or below in price which is nice for the cute trendy stuff thats in there.
