Hats off and a huge Thank You to Sandy and the staff here at SPC. When my mother had to enter an assisted living facility Sandy went above and beyond to help us navigate the process of acquiring the best oxygen equipment. Then she helped us order a custom wheelchair for mom. The oxygen tank refills/ delivery of oxygen is an easy process and delivery is on a timely manner. SPC has been wonderful to work with and I have developed a special relationship with Sandy. This company provides excellent customer service and I will continue to do business with them as long as my mother is on this earth and when I need care. Thank you Sandy!!!Linda Wogaman

This place has by far the worst customer service EVER!! My husbands bed broke at 7:00am and we tried to call several times and we never got a response at all, they told us that no one could help us. They said we had a balance due and they could choose not to help us if they choose to. I then proceeded to tell them that my husband’s bed was literally on the floor and I had no way to get him out of the bed because he is disabled. They told me it was my problem and they had no emergency number at all for help. Vianne was EXTREMELY rude and told me she didn’t have time to talk me and no one will return my calls. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Delivery driver Dave is Awesome and he gave me his personal number and went above and beyond to help us

We have used SPC for over three years for Oxygen and DME for my husband. The staff especially Sandy have always been very informative and attentive to our needs. Sandy was always good to keep us informed of deliveries and she knows the equipment she delivers and sets up for us.

The CPAP supplies ordered by my physician have yet to arrive and its been over 3 weeks. I will find an alternative supplier in my area. This business is not well run and they do not answer their phone.

My Mother tried to use this company for her oxygen. She received awfully rude service and spoken to very rudely.It was easy account for them since medicare but they didnt want the easy money.It was one of worst customer service experiences of my life and 74 year old mothers life. Beware of SPC

There are some places that just go above and beyond. SPC is that place, especially Sandy. I have been overwhelmed with the care decisions for my mom after her stroke. I wanted to see what it would take to get her an electric wheelchair. Sandy walked me through the whole process! Doing all of this during COVID lock downs! SPC got my mom mobile! Even the other day I had a question about her chair and Sandy seriously called and handled the question I had immediately! Its a long review. But when you are overwhelmed and need help... I can tell you to contact SPC! Sandy made me feel like I was an old friend of hers and went above and beyond!

The idea of having to use oxygen was very stressful this first time. However. SPC in general and Sandy, in particular, spent the extra time to train me to be comfortable with the equipment and usage. She also suggested the Aflovest which I have been using daily to help with my recovery from bronchiectasis. I trust her and the company implicitely..

Beware of using this company if you need timely service. They received a prescription from my doctor more than a month ago and didnt touch it even after I followed up with them. I would avoid this company and take your business elsewhere. Taking one month and multiple follow ups to only begin looking at your prescription is unacceptable. Now instead of filling my expensive prescription for free I have to hit a new years deductible and pay a substantial out of pocket expense. If I could leave 0 stars for the 0 service I received I would.

Sandy is truly and life saver. Every time I call , and thats a lot, she is so responsive to my Moms need. She truly realizes that having an aging parent with medical needs is stressful on everyone. Could not be happier with the supports our family has received. Sandy and the team are AMAZING AND CARING PEOPLE!

I had the experience of meeting Sandy from your company on 11/19/2019. She brought a new wheelchair to me & adjustments were made so that it was easier for me to roll around in. Sandy was such a wonderful & professional person. I can not speak more highly of her. She made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before she left. She also told me to call her if I had any problems. In today’s world, you don’t get service like that & with a great big smile as well!! Highly recommend Sandy & this company.

The pending order I have with this company will be my last. They NEVER answer their phone when i call to place an order or check on an order-NEVER. Too unprofessional to use anymore.

I have benefited from the services of SPC since 2015. I have found the employees to be professional, courteous and prompt. The equipment supplied by this company is of high quality and state of the art. I have especially been impressed with Technical Specialist Sandy. Each interaction with her has exceeded my exceptions for service. At one point shipping a forgotten power cable to my vacation destination on her own time and paying the UPS charges from her own pocket until I could reimburse her. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my oxygen equipment met my medical needs. Ive never experienced this level of customer service before. It is obvious that Sandy truly cares for the health of her customers. That is why I give SPC Medical Equipment of Richardson, Texas my highest rating.

They tried to bill me for the rental that my insurance ended up paying. They tried to charge me for supplies that my insurance will pay even before the claim went through my insurance. Stay away there are nicer people to work with. It is hard to get anyone to answer the phone unless you are a dr office. My insurance would pay for me to try different masks but they charged me and gave me used head gear when my dr office gave me the complete set for free.
