For those who done know , this company will NOT rent EQP to your ins company if you have had Covid before.

Antoinette handled my dad’s oxygen machine purchase as well as getting his Medicare going for a portable machine. She was awesome! She dogged the doctor’s office as they weren’t responding and finally got the paperwork she needed. Had to make many calls to get it completed. Persistence paid off. She called us numerous times to keep us updated and when the units arrived, she walked us through how to set it up. I want to say again how great she was to work with.

I would not recommend that anyone using oxygen therapy use a company that is not local to them. It is way to difficult to obtain and/or return supplies and if you have a problem it takes days to resolve. Save yourself tons of hassles and use a local company!!!!!! They ship parts to you and you have to do your own maintenence which is iimpossible of ypu are oxygwn dependent so you have tp rely on help from friends or famiky. Also the hold time when you call them is quite lengthy.

Amazing customer service and products!

This company provided NO user customer service for brand new $3,100. oxygen equipment purchased directly from them. The new oxygen machine kept turning itself off during the night. After making several phone calls to the company requesting local (reside in Florida) customer support, was told to just ship it back. The purchaser died due to this companies negligence the night he was told, “just ship it back”.Five days after customers death, I called the company to confirm correct shipping address. The individual I talked with was rude, aggressive, and not helpful. When told there was a $99 restocking fee I requested the fee be waived due to the circumstances of no local customer support and the death of their customer. I was told the company would not waive the $99 fee regardless of what occurred. This was a cash purchase over $3,100. and no local customer service as advertised on their website and the machine was clearly defective.It cost $70+ to ship the equipment back to the address they provided with a Return Number. This company is falsely advertising and negligent in customer support. Obviously they care only about money, have no compassion and no client customer service.

Stay away Buyer Beware!!!! This company is Making record Profits and advertises great customer care. I have been attempting to return product for over 5 month and its still here. I have made countless phone calls and only received one back after I filled complaint with BBB. Sticking to the facts, Why is the machine still here after 5 months of attempting to return it. Know Your Rights put your complaints in writing. Educate yourself and read complaints filled with BBB

My father had one for a year and loved it until the machine failed. Had that one repaired and putchased a second one. Now after a half a year the new one broke and the “repaired” one does not work on the first try after taking forever to het it back to us. I just tried to call them and got a generic voicemail !AVOID - AVOID - AVOID - in my opinion something is currently not up to the old company standards that won us over the first time.

Interview tomorrow Im super excited to be a potential candidate working for this company I will claim it in advance!!
