I needed a contractor to install some in-ceiling surround sound speakers. TID was literally the only contractor out of several in the area who I reached out to that responded in a timely manner. Coordination and communication with them was easy.Im extremely pleased with the work they did. They arrived right on time.They covered my flooring and furniture before doing the work. The crew took a great deal of time and care to ensure they were placing the speakers in the best place, and using laser measuring tools for proper placement. They did a nice clean job installing a wall plate with proper connectors. They did not rush, they took their time to do it right.Once they were done they took the time to vacuum, and put things back in their place. All looks and works great. I would definitely recommend then or hire them again for other services they offer.

They were AMAZING. Our client is very grateful for their attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to seek out and solve the problem. We received three different opinions for the LiteTouch system, and they were the only ones that isolated the problem and fixed it. The other two companies insisted on replacement. Our client is aware replacement is in her future, but we cant thank you guys enough for buying her more time.

I needed additional data drops installed throughout 2nd and 1st floor of home. Sabin was very responsive with email communication, and once at the house was very good at working through problems that arose from going between the floors. I would highly recommend their service. They were very professional, came with PPE during the pandemic, and completed quality work. It was not the cheapest as I am sure I could have hired a handyman for less, but these guys are network professionals and you get what you pay for, which means you get the best service with TID.
