Very happy with my 30 by 30 metal workshop it has 12 foot wall I did all the work myself except the cement work Olsen did that and I use 12 foot scaffoldling with wheels

Cant talk to anyone about what I need sales are always too busy. Leave your number and they will call back . Been Waiting two days no call back when I call back they say leave number again. Clearly dont need or want my buisness

Failed to have order ready on time. Then failed to cancel order and still charged account. Never called with any status updates and won’t return calls. When I did speak to them they claimed that product was damaged overnight and then the next delivery was on hold because delivery guy fell off the truck.

Right now I just had to measure the roof and turn in my measurements in and sat down with the employee named Gary he did all the math for me and thank you for helping me out too much Dairy youre awesome and a poly end of getting the metal roof from Metals Direct

Purchases a roll over and a 10x12 shop. They were able to give me the what building I could afford at the best price. I was able to pick the colors I wanted and the staff was professional and helpful. Overall I would come back just for the customer service.

You get what you pay for! $23,000 for the metal roofing and labor, from the contractor they recommend as The guy to use and it never passed inspection. I had to hire a nother roofing contractor to fix and properly install new roofing to pass inspection. I would never recommend working or buying any metal from this company! If you do good luck on a warranty....

The product is great. The people are friendly. But the instructions for carports for a DIY person are useless. Better off not having them.

I recently purchased a metals direct 10x12 shed for approximately $2,500. After being quoted approximately $1,200 to build the shed, I decided to do it myself because I heard that it wasnt difficult. I have found that the directions to build it yourself are terrible. I have called once to get a clarification since the directions didnt match the invoice with the items included in the kit. I continued on and found more things that werent clear in the directions. I inquired with the sales manager to find out if there was a youtube video that I could follow that gave me a clearer idea on how to build the shed. I was told that there was no video.Keep in mind that the directions to the shed were the same directions for any size shed/shop (many of which didnt apply to my shed). After building my shed myself and being about half way completed, I asked the sales manager to see if someone from Metals Direct would finish building my shed. He said that more then likely they would finish building the shed. Keep in mind I am about 1/2 way completed building the shed. They gave me a quote for $1,040 to finish this shed that is 1/2 way completed. I inquired to the sales manager to see if this was a mistake in the quote & never received a reply. If I ever purchase another shed/shop, I will seek a quote elsewhere.

We were ready to give them the credit card to purchase metal for our re-roof project, just wanted to confirm final price & a estimated delivery time frame. Ashtons demeanor & approach to me was concerning & threw up red flags for me especially when he gave me a spill of how hard it is to get metal, not able to give me a final price (even though 2 months ago he provided an estimate without any issue) & was pushing me away by his bantering. He also insisted for me to come in to his shop, I had to keep telling him that I lived 4 hours away & unable to come, why couldnt we deal with this over the phone. Ive never dealt with a company that pushes away a customer who is ready to give them money, unbelievable. needless to say I dont recommend them, I was able to find a local company that was close to their prices & was able to deliver within a week.

I had a good experience with MD. Eric was able to accommodate my budget and I am pleased with the product. I chose to erect my canopy myself, but you do need some assistance with the larger pieces.

Direct metals. Now know as Metals Direct put a shop on my property without a permit from the county and to close to the property line. Which cost me a bunch of variance fees to continue to build on my property.

Building a deck with 39 feet of metal awning. Metals Direct didnt have their product squared, which cost me an extra day of cost labor in cutting & adjustments. They also inverted the flashing, which was a miscommunication that didnt cost them, because they dont accept returns & wanted to charge for corrected part!! Ive done projects with them in 2011, 2013, but with this 2014 costly error filled experience, theyll never see another dime from me.
