Surely there is a better time than 6:30am on a Saturday morning to move around a bunch of dirt. This business has a tendency to work before their opening hours of 7am and wake up those in the neighboring houses just for fun.For someone who works 70 hours a week and only gets a single day off it really is the worst. Id wish they would keep the noise down and TRY to be courteous to those around them.Weve contacted them once about the issue but they obviously didnt seem to care too much about it.

I have been an infrequent customer when it was Lassen Landscaping. As Loucks it is now my go-to for anything landscape related. Great to work with and very helpful. I saw the gentlemans review regarding their concrete cleaning charges and must comment as I just recently rented their tow-behind mixer for 4 yard project. Cindy was very clear that all I need to do is hose off any concrete on the outside, tip the cylinder and spray the inside free of any aggregate until the water runs clear. My 12 year had it done while I was mag floating the pad.Highly recommend

I own a local general contracting company and Loucks Landscape Supply is the most custom service based landscaping company in the north state. Their knowledgeable staff truly reflect years and years of being in the industry. I am so glad they provide an alternative to the other landscaping companies in and around Shasta County.

After renting a Concrete trailer and taking the time to wash it out before bringing it back they still charged an additional $35 to clean it. I certainly will not rent from this company again. As a local business owner I believe good communication is key, and had there been clear instructions as to the cleaning process I feel this experience may have been better. Very disappointed in the added cost.

New owners and new soil mix. 😩600.00 and the soil was so alkaline it killed everything. Also retains to much water after three days of no water meter still reads off the chart.

Everybody is super friendly and helpful.

We go here to get rocks to paint in a lot of different sizes. They sell a 5 gallon bucket of rocks for $2.00. My kids like climbing the piles of rocks looking for the ones like like to paint best.

Helped my dad get a 1/2 yard of premium top soil in the truck. The gal in the front office was helpful and nice at knowing how much to put in my truck!!!

New owners so we will see. No longer have the 215 soil. WTF?
