I cant believe you tried to tell me I couldnt have my cold coffee in a paper cup instead of the plastic. If its going to be this much of a hassle. Ill just drink coffee at home. I like my house better anyway.

My girlfriend & I go into the Churncreek & Lancers store all the time! From our very 1st visit, we decided that it was going to be our very FAVORITE Starbucks store!! The employees are ALL (even the ones taking out trash, and cleaning the bathrooms) EXTREMELY friendly, professional, fun to be in the presence of. It only took us about 3 times of interacting with a new employee, befor we were greeted by our names. Other stores are no where near or even close to what we experience at our store!!So a HUGE shout out to CHURNCREEK AND LANCERS STARBUCKS! Whoever is responsible for the morale of this Store and the consistency of the way your drinks are made, deserves a RAISE!!

This town has one free-standing Starbucks store and one that is a kiosk inside of Safeway. I dont know how much business the kiosk does but this poor store is very popular and very overworked. The drive-thru line is always super long and theres not much room for it to be without leaving your car halfway in the road. I think that this store would be greatly benefited by moving to a new location where theres a lot more room for them to grow and for their drive-thru. As far as the service goes here I rarely ever have a problem. Once in a great while somebody will forget something or do something wrong but its pretty rare.

This is one of my favorite locations. They always have friendly staff and the drive thru is one of the quicker ones, even when the line is super long. Also, when the line is too long for me to feel like waiting in.. I just place an order on the app for pickup, and run inside. There’s hardly ever anyone waiting inside, and it’s ready practically by the time I walk in. Also, they have a large selection of merchandise every time I come to this one.. so it’s a good place to use your star rewards.

My order was wrong ... Ordered raisen bagel got grain oat bagel... My drink was wrong.... Ordered string cheese a fruit and cheese box 2 egg and peanut butter box my bagel bought a coffee cup from shelf ..... I needed a bag she walked away then the gurl noticed i was still standing there she told me pick up is over there and i said i know but i need a bag to carry my stuff i bought... She handed me the bag and again walked away.... To top it off at pick up window the girl handed my bagel to someone else that was a phone order then she handed me my drink no bagel then grabbed a bag that was off on the side and said here you go...

My drink was way too sweet I got a caramel macchiato and they didnt offer me a straw so I couldnt drink it until I got home because as you know all the espresso is on top. I was really thirsty so I was upset. I usually always get the caramel macchiato but this one was basically pure milk and caramel.

Very busy and slow on the day i visited. Usually they are quick and consistent with the coffee

My usual spot on lake wasnt open so I ventured to churn creek and Im so glad I did. There was a long but it moved quickly. Anelsy at the drive up window was so sweet and kind. She is the perfect person to speak to for that extra boost of serotonin. I had the most pleasant experience on top of my coffee being made perfectly. Also I ordered the salted drink how it comes without the salt because the salt is seasonal .the barista heard my order and asked if I was looking for the salted mocha which I was I just didnt know it was available. 10 out of 10 for customer service at this location!!! I will be coming out of my way from now on to have this kind of great service.

Last order not exactly happy with order, didnt realize a few dunks of a tea bag makes a good flavored tea. Tea bags need to STEEP for a min or two, or better yet leave tea bag in, two for a venti. Dunking it in out of water a few times basically leaves u with a slight flavored water. When you pay dang near $5 for a tea, you would think you would get ur money worth. I dont recommend the tea. Service was great overall super nice crew..

I came to get a drink and get some work done, but they did not have any outside seating or tables available which was a big bummer.However, I was in and out quite quickly and the lady behind the register was very helpful in recommending me a drink and a sandwich and and I was out in under ten minutes.

I go here often and never had a problem until one coffee I got made me sick for a day and a half. Stomach aches, sweating and diarrhea. Please make sure yall are checking your product.

Quality drinks and nice staff, just like every Starbucks. They usually have some unique art at the drive thru window. Seems like some employees here are creative types. Ideal location. Right off the highway if youre passing through town. Rather long lines sometimes, but they move pretty quickly.

I enjoy this Starbucks, but I had to leave a comment about my last visit. I ordered a Cheese Danish and requested it cold, this is during our current pandemic state. Not to be paranoid or anything, but if a customer orders a danish cold they are probably saying Dont open the danish, give it to me wrapped. Because that is what I meant, I just did not realize that in this state I would have to reiterate the decrease of contact we are focusing on at this time. They opened the danish and put it in the paper bag naked. Sorry guys your a great bunch of people with a bit to learn about your industry. Please work on being better.

I usually have a great experience here but the cashier here was very rude to me and talk down to me, then treated me like i was stupid. starbucks do better.

Just had the best customer service in my time at starbucks on churn creek, first time at this location too btw. aja i believe is her name, was my cashier today and i order a turkey sandwich, my card had declined and i was transferring money on my account. my phone was actually slow not letting me transfer and all of a sudden she comes up with my sandwich saying don’t worry about it, it’s on me. i was blow away, nobody has ever been this kind toward me at starbucks befor. i will definitely start coming back to this starbucks. amazing customer service, she deserves a raise!

Good Starbucks Coffee. Staff was nice. Floor on staff side of counter looked wet and dirty. Restroom requires a code to access; you get concerned looks from staff when you mobile order and just walk in the door asking for the code before ordering food. Also, restroom lighting is a bit darker than it used to be.

Always good in Starbucks quality - nice people, good service, but could be better in drink preparation. They always put way too much ice in the cold drinks and the drinks arent the same if you order the same thing on different days. It seems like they have different workers in there far too often so maybe theres an experience issue.

Busy in the drive thru as always but a plus side about this location vs the Lake Blvd. location is they dont hand out another persons drinks as yours as frequently as the Lake Blvd one.Quality control through a drive thru can be hard when busy but Ive had the Lake location give me someone elses drink more times than I can remember.

Good until some servers if they get annoyed with a customer they dont try on the drink! But depends who your working with, either way its delicious and Id consider going here.

Always great and fast. In and out in about 2 minutes through the drive thru and the drinks were how we requested. What more could you ask for?

I assumed since only the drive through was open now that it would be faster being that no one is in the store ordering but no it took darn near 25 minutes to get a cup of coffee. What exactly are they doing in there thats taking so damn long.

All it takes is for one incompetent employee to spread covid-19. as youll see in my picture, one of the employees, packed together with the other employees, where is her Mass without covering her nose. None of the other employees comment and management doesnt correct the situation.Fortunately this employee didnt come anywhere near my merchandise, but did she spread covid-19 other employees who did?

Starbucks is Starbucks. This one is good because of the staff. I had a peppermint mocha today. Not something I normally drink. It was really good. I may get another before the season is over.

All electrical outlets were covered and disabled, the toilets had pin code locks on them. I dont know about the area but isnt the selling point of Starbucks the fact you can order a hot drink while doing work on your computer for a while?Apart from that at least the coffee was good for how busy it was.

This is the friendliest most efficient Starbucks I’ve ever been to!

The cold brew coffee at this store is dilute and watered down. I don’t know if the formula has changed, if money is trying to be saved or the new young staff are being poorly trained. Used to be one of my preferred Starbucks stores but no longer. The only reason for the 2 stars is that the girl at the window tried very hard to make an unhappy customer happy.

It would be nice if there were more low tables. All of the high tops were empty with people watching for someone to vacate lower tables.

I come to this Starbucks often. To day was a weird day. Kelly who was working the front cash register was acting like she was so stressed that she wouldnt even stop to answer a customer if it was his coffee or not. And of course it was his coffee and had been sitting there for a while. When you canttake the time to meet your customers questions then your customer service sucks. Then the woman who served me my drinks acted like she was upset because I asked for a carrying tray which she literally threw across the counter at me. I think these people need to go home and start their day over.

Not one electric outlet... bummer...Baristas really nice. Good service. However, if you are coming to this one Starbucks to work for a while, go elsewhere. There isnt one electric outlet to plug your computer. Im not from here and maybe theyve had a lot of problems with homeless people parking themselves for ages using the Internet, charging their phones and not buying anything. However, if you are like me, who looks for a Starbucks to have breakfast and lunch while you work at the store. This is not the store for that.

This place is the worst! The manager was disrespectful and I would never work for them. They harrassed my friends for being outside to long after they bought coffee. And for no reason at all! Ive heard other stories as well. Not professional at all.

Drive through line runs weirdly through the parking lot, making it hard for in-store customers to park and get out. Also, the drive through line is always long. Better be prepared to wait in the morning for at least 20 minutes.

It needs to be visible! No signs! Even from the darn parking lot! The building sign is hid behind another building way in the back of parking lot! I had to use Google maps to find it and even then it was confusing and I ended up making u turns all through the parking lot lol. I thought it was me, it ISNT. It really needs to have more ATTENTION AND GUIDANCE called to WHERE IT IS AND HOW TO GET TO THE DARN DRIVE UP and the actual cafe. I have given up and gone elsewhere a few times. It isnt me!!! Grrr.

Easily accessible from rte 99. Plenty of parking. Comfortable shaded outdoor seating. Ample space inside for order line, pickup, and laptop work.

True Cold Brew, hands down! I do recommend ordering it online and requesting no water. Youll get a true brew.

This is my least favorite Starbucks in town. The seating is a bit awkward, there are no power receptacles, and the staff seems to often be more concerned with their tasks at hand than the guests in line or ordering. I will say that the drive through service is decent, however be warned the entrance and exit points for the drive through are awkward.

The Starbucks on Landers by home Depot is one of the most efficient and friendly Starbucks I have visited, and I drive close to 30,000 miles a year and have visited alot of Starbucks! Most stores are consistent with the product, but this location wins hands down for customer service!

I love Starbucks but every time I go here and order any sort of hot tea the tags are thrown in with the tea bags instead of resting outside of the cup. Ive gotten 5 teas over the last 2 months and 4 of them all had the tags thrown in with the tea bags.

This store gets my order right in a timely manner.

Coffee was weak and it tasted like creamer in a cup with caramel

Me, my girlfriend and her son were overheating and needed Starbucks to chill down. We pulled into the drive thru and the attendant questioned the order which is fine to get it correct... But she was short with my girlfriend when she tried to order a drink called by another name. Long story short, the attendant was rude throughout the whole transaction. People that work in customer service need to understand that if they dont like their job then quit. Its not our fault you hate your job. Do the job right or not at all...
