This was my second time getting furniture here and I will continue to give them my business! They are so professional and helpful!! I originally bought a smaller tv stand and when it arrived it was too small for my tv, I called and told them my situation and was able to come in, pick out a bigger stand (they had just gotten the same one i had but bigger and put it together for me) and delivered it to me, and took the smaller one for me! They made it so easy and convenient! Great prices and were on time with the deliveries!! Would definitely recommend everyone get their furniture needs here!

Hands down the best customer service Ive witnessed in a very long time! We are moving and they not only had great deals, wrapped the sleeper couch in plastic, delivered both the sleeper and the bunk bed set we ordered, but moved our existing couch into the garage AND then put together the bunk bed set for me. Wow. I was so impressed with how helpful the delivery guys were. Ill buy my furniture from these guys from now on!

Walked in in search of a bedroom set and very determined to come home with one... Terrible service out of 4 employees that were there 2 of them on cellphones and the other 2 talking about their plans for the weekend non of them greeted us nor did they approach us at any point during our 15 minute walk through the store. Oh but another lady walks in minutes after us and immediately she was approached, welcomed and offered assistance... hmmm Well that didnt make me feel discriminated!. Is it cuz Im Mexican 🤷‍♀️ just saying.

I purchased a mattress here today and I couldnt be happier. They had a really great selection, Jade my saleswoman was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without the high pressure sales you usually get. They were even able to deliver the same day and they removed my old mattress all for just $20 and the price of my mattress was good as well. Next time I need to purchase furniture I will be coming back for sure.

FABULOUS customer service, selection and delivery. We moved to Redding from Colorado taking very little with us. We came in for a sofa, hoping it could be delivered as soon as possible. We found the perfect sofa with chaise and they were able to deliver it a few hours later. The delivery gentleman were polite and courteous and the salesman was superb, not pressuring at all. I will definitely come back here for my furniture needs and recommend them to everyone.
