We love our sleep number bed!!! It has been a great bed. Love how we can both sleep how we want. Weve also referred friends in the past who have also purchased beds and we have gotten awesome rewards. We just recently received $150 and were able to get a CalKing bed sheet set and a pillow for free!! And Hilary who helped us was Awesome!! She was so patient and knowledgeable about products. She helped us maximize our rewards!!

Let me start by saying Hillary at the Sleep Number store in Redding is incredible. She took her time with my husband and I to try different models of beds. I have owned 2 Queen Size Sleep Number Beds in the past and have slept on them for over 25 years. We decided to get an i8 King Flex Top Split Adjustable Bed and it just arrived this last Friday. Brian who set it up was wonderful and had the bed assembled in no time teaching us how to control the bed with our Smart Phones (Super Easy). The Bed is wonderful better than I would have imagined it to be, now we have lots of room and our dog does too. Highly recommend a Sleep Number Beds.

We have had our new adjustable Sleep Number bed for almost a month now and truly feel spoiled. It is so comfortable for each of us since we can now adjust individually to our own comfort level (and the partner snore button is a big plus!). I just want to shout out to the Redding store staffs especially Hillary and Steven.We were first greeted by Steven and he gave us a very thorough introduction. Due to time limit, we returned again the next day. Hillary hosted us and walked us through the whole process again, trying the mattresses again, explaining even more to us what to pick.. we ended up getting sheets and pillows. It was a great experience with them.

Hillary had shown us every bed on display, let us try every pillow, (making sure to follow COVID guidelines they had in place) and was very patient with us, and actually encouraged us to try every feature of the different styles. Her knowledge on the product she represents is outstanding. She helped us with big savings and really went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Went in ordered bed and the salesman Robby told me I had to buy today before sale ended. Come to find out the bed went on sale for 200$ less so Im very unhappy with salesman and store still waiting on bed

So back in December my fiance decided we needed a new bed. The bed we were sleeping in was over 20 years old so it was time. I broke my back in a car accident over 30 years ago and he has had 2 surgeries for a broken clavicle. We were tired of getting up every morning aching and groaning about being in pain. Waking up tired after tossing and turning all night. We walked into Sleep Number on a Sunday morning and the minute we came through the door Hillary greeted us with a huge smile and her and I immediately hit it off. So let me say....I HATE SHOPPING!!! I seriously buy EVERYTHING online and since COVID started I barely go out in public. We ended up spending about 3-4 hours in there and you know what???? I had fun!!! We laughed and laid on every bed probably 2 -3 times (I kinda felt like Goldilocks) LOLAnyways we ended up finding the perfect bed for us. It was delivered and set up for us on December 22nd and we have not regretted our purchase for one second!!!! It was probably one of the best decisions we ever made and its SO nice waking up refreshed and NOT groaning in pain!!! Plus dealing with Hillary was awesome!!! Shes not pushy, shes honest, friendly and down to Earth! She has a smile that lights up the room and I would definitely recommend asking for her if you are in the market for a great bed and a good nights sleep!!!! 5 PLUS STARS for Hillary and Redding Sleep Number!

So excited to get our second Sleep Number bed and so glad I went in to Redding and met Hillary who helped me get the best bed for the best deal! Cant wait to enjoy our upgrade!

My husband and I went in to look for a new mattress because we were looking to sleep better as well as not wake up with aches and pains.Hillary was extremely knowledgable and took care of us right away. She showed us the whole process of selecting a new bed, the sleep number system and how it benefits your comfortability as you sleep. We probably spent 3 hours or so testing mattresses and asking questions. She stayed later than she need to and helped us the whole time!She was so sweet and caring! I would give her 10 stars for her service if I could! In all, we got our mattress delivered in October. The guys who brought it in and set it up were very knowledgeable and helpful as well. After having the bed for over 3 months now we can say that we are IN LOVE with this bed! Thank you so much Hillary for your patience and kindness with us as we navigated a tough decision! Highly recommend.(p.s. I also got the sleep number weighted blanket that Hillary recommended. I ended up asking for it for my birthday the other month and now I use it every night! It was just a little extra touch to help me stay cozy and comforted! Thanks again Hillary!)

We went your store just to look, price beds. The store was very clean,spotless infact. We met Abigail Davis, she was friendly, pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. We tried all the beds,and we bought one. It was hard to choose just one. Wonderful people work there. I was impressed by how much they helped us. They even helped me down load the sleep number app. Explained how to use it,how it works and how the points can help me get other things. I would recommend this store and the two young ladies that work there.

Originally a very good experience. I am a disabled senior and wanted a very comfortable bed that I was able to both lay down and sit up in. I was impressed with the presentation and came back the next day to buy the bed. All well and good until it came to delivery. I realize we are extra careful now because of Covid-19 - BUT A week before delivery I got a notice that delivery would be delayed, then another notice that it was postponed until further notice. The building I live in has no problem with deliveries. I paid over $4,000 for this bed and expect it to be delivered. There is no way to contact the local office - doors are closed and locked. I have left messaged which have not been returned. I am very upset by this.

Hillary T was great, friendly and knowledgeable. We knew it took awhile to have them go through all the stuff and pick a bed, so we made sure we had plenty of time. The only draw back we found was with their slow, slow, slow computers one witch died and we had to start all over, so it added probably and extra 40 minutes to our visit.

Walked in laid down and that’s all it took. I’ve been looking at this decision for two years. Finally pulled the trigger.

My husband Richard and I were very impressed with our representative Joshua at the Redding Ca store. He answered every question we had and was very attentive when adjusting the bed for the correct numbers. I have had a medical problem and need to sleep elevated. Joshua worked with us to get the right bed that we are sure will work perfectly. We have had a different sleep number bed for many years and now we need to try one that elevates. Our old bed is still very comfortable but we need more than it can do. We are looking forward to receiving our bed and getting a wonderful nights sleep. Thank you Joshua for your help.

I was very skeptical of having a sleep number since its essentially a fancy air mattress. But People, read it when I type it: Go test these out! It will literally change your life. It changed mine forever. I will never buy another bed unless my sleep number wears out or breaks. Then it will just be another Sleep Number! Staff and store is super cool!

I have been working with the store manager Josh Grom to purchase a new mattress. He has been very patient and helpful with all of our questions. The store is really nice and clean and everyone who works there is helpful and kind. I would highly recommend shopping for your new mattress at Sleep Number and be sure to ask for Josh Grom!

Really bummed because even though we had more then half to put down and we wanted to save on the delivery fee. They couldnt do financing for us and you ALWAYS have to pay the 199.00 delivery fee because they come from Utah.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Amazing product!
