I just had the most amazing life changing haircut AND advice from Susan. She showed me all the types of products that were good for my hair and the ones that didnt work for it 😄 She took me right in and fixed years of bad haircuts. She gave me the best layers and took 3 inches off but my hair looks thicker and better than it ever did before. I havent felt this good and confident about my hair in a very long time. I will be going to her from now on!!! 💜💆🏼‍♀️

I went in 2 times and they still did not get my hair color the way I asked for it. I told them what toner to use and they said we r out of a lot of products due to the pandemic so my hair suffered for it. Now Im out 135$ and my hair is all types of colors and they wont refund me. Nichole is nice but didnt do what I wanted for my hair... other salons say they could of done it the first time with the product I told her to use which she did not have. Do not go there if u want blonde hair!

Most every time I go there I feel welcome. My hair is usually how I like it. It has kind of a casual atmosphere due to the stylists friendships with one another.

There was a new girl doing my sons hairIt came out so uneven and the cut was really bad. I was shocked they even let us leave like that. Huge chunks were like inch off from being a straight line. Why do they hire people that are so poor at cutting hair? It was like a toddler took scissors and went to town.

I really liked my hair from Sasha she did a Absolute awesome job on my hair and the other girls working there today on feb 3rd also we’re very helpful and wonderful and polite and I would recommend them again this is my place to go for my hair appointment needs

I went in with a challenge for the hair color and style I had in mind. I had a few people tell me it couldnt be done, but Lindsey at JCP hair salon took on the challenge and did a fantastic job. I love it!!!

Completely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! Will never ever get my hair done here. I went in to get my hair dyed and the stylist just continued to make snide comments on my hair. She basically refused to do my hair, insinuating it was too long and thick and too unhealthy. I had just had a baby 4 month prior so of course my hair was unhealthy... just ridiculous. I wish I could rate 0 stars 👌🏼

The other stylists might be fine but if you like good customer service dont make an appointment with Ada
