Ive never stepped foot into Bath & Body Works, but I tell you, when I did today, I was greeted immediately by very friendly staff, and they wanted to know where they could steer me to get the product I was after. Would definitely tell friends & family. Would definitely go back again!

I’m addicted to candles and any product this store carries. I love the white barn brand attached as well. Redding has a snugly stocked store but it’s always up to date. Well staffed. Clean and great service.

This place sure has grown, everyone is smelling good here.. they even have a sink to wash your hands after you try everything out.

Very nice staff. Less variety of scents than other years and less 75% off sale items during the semi-annual sale.

They are handling the pandemic really well! I felt very safe sniffing everything! Hanitize at the door and stay in your lane.

I understand how they want to do things right with the virus related mandates, but beware, the hand sanitizer they spray on your hands is bad for anyone with asthma because of perfume additives. I immediately started wheezing (yes, I was wearing a mask), and had to leave quickly and go outside for fresh air.

Love the luscious fragrances for home and body. Always season appropriate scents. Love the warm and cozy scents of Autumn. Constant compliments.

Great place to shop for yourself or for gifts. Great sents. I shop here all year around but especially around the holidays. I buy almost all of my gifts here. Also they have great service.

Very first time ever not receiving ANY costumer service at all. Store was completely empty and there were at least 5 employees. Pretty discouraged and disappointed.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although my fav smell is in limited variations.

We came in a day late on one of their hand soap sales but an employee wearing an arm sling brought up an email coupon that was pretty equivalent in savings. She was very kind and provided a great shopping experience.

The people here are super helpful and very nice. They also have great scents, but sometimes they can be overpowering; good if youre trying to hide man smells though! They are rather highly priced for some of their items, so I definitely suggest getting added to their email list to get the coupons and deal days.

Always find the scent Im looking for. Great place to find that perfect fragrance for your house.

It was busy (xmas) the line was long, seemed like they were down a cashier. After I paid about 15min later I noticed I had grabbed a tester, I took it back found a clerk explained, she said just go grab what you need & Ill take care of this one. Very understanding, considering how slammed it was

When you call the store to ask about a policy on the wallflowers that quit working and they explain everything except the time frame. You load up your newborn to go to the store and even get serviced by the associate you actually talked to on the phone to then only be told about the time frame of the warranty and they say I thought I said on the phone it had to be in said time frame, well obviously not or I wouldnt have went all the way there with a newborn just to be told no. Ive used wallflowers a very long time, but I think its time for a change.Customer service is key and all I wanted was a straight exchange for one that works. I didnt want cash or a upgrade for a fancy one. Just one that would actually dispense the fragrance. I also mentioned that the color changed on the fragrance it sat so long unworking they argued it was a different scent then I said it was, which was uncalled for and rude.If the associate needs to uphold the policy then offer store credit toward a new one, that would have at least been worth the trip, instead I left with my broken wallflower and will get my home fragrance elsewhere.
