Yes! This store is a life saver. If you cant find something you are looking for, chances are you will find it here and at a great price. Or trade things no longer in use and use store credit. This store is one of my favorite places. My kids love going here too!

I love this store for my kids clothes, for any occasion, they have it, from Halloween to play clothes. Even nice quality clothes for myself. The staff is friendly and helpful every time we come in. Clean, organized, easy and quick, which is perfect for parents on the go like myself.

We love the Baby Store! They always have a cute selection of clothes for our little guy, a $1 room where you can find clothes, toys, and books.. and has been a great place for us to find sporting goods/uniform needs for soccer and baseball!

Becareful buying toys.almost everytime Ive bought a toy that requires batteries it ended up not working. Bought a lighted mirror and the charger port on the mirror was broken so not able to charge it to use the light. They need to test their items better before selling. Other then that they do have a good selection of stuff. love the dollar section too

Hit or miss if you can find decent prices. Found shoes for way too much, but then we found a set of shoes on a dollar bin. Staff didnt even acknowledge us when we were in the shop, but we also didnt need any help. Certainly worth a look, but probably not somewhere Ill frequent.

The lady there is nothing but a scalper they sell second hand items at 10 to 20 percent above retail value, really tho you are better off buying item brand new and cheaper price, not to mention safer:)

Too picky about what they take. Refused to take a swing thats been used twice just a little dusty.. and wouldnt take a toddler seat either because the stores sell a newer model now.

Although the selection of clothes was great our experience was very uncomfortable. What seamed to be the owner was being extremely rude and condescending to her employee. These comments didn’t stop until the owner had to leave to run an errand. It was harsh enough to make me not want to support her business.

That baby store has been my favorite store for 9 years! My oldest is 8, an we all enjoy shopping there. Shopping for pregro/ new born all the way to cute cloths for mom an dad! She has everything! An i love her dollar room. Everyone is always nice, an its always clean.

I was visiting Redding and had meant to pick up a few cooler weather items at my local kids consignment but didn’t have time before we left. So, a quick google search brought up That Baby Store. I almost didn’t go because of the negative reviews but with the fact that it had a play area and was specific to kids clothes I decided to stop in. I am so glad I did! The prices were phenomenal especially considering I found several items that were still brand new with tags! The prices on those items were easily 1/4-1/3 of the original prices! She also has a “dollar room” that I was able to find several outfits for each of my kids in great condition! The staff was friendly, the store was clean and very well organized considering the insane amount of stuff they had! I loved that they had a whole area dedicated to sports gear and things like cleats, in fact I’m sad that this isn’t a store I can frequent since we’re not from the area! I don’t have any input in regards to trying to sell items to the store, but it’s obvious that they don’t take trash items. If we’re ever in the area again, I will definitely be stopping in!

This is not just a store for babies though goods for babies and small children are predominant. They also have sports equipment and other sporting goods including a large selection of backpacks. There are a couple of shelves with home decor items and numerous racks of womens clothes plus sandals, shoes and boots of nearly any variety. Most of the clothes and footwear were for women, children and infants.

We enjoy shopping here. Store is clean, organized and affordable. Theres something for everyone in the family.We love the Dollar Room....yes a DOLLAR ROOM 🤑 lol and they also have a kids room with toys which my little ones love (kids friendly store). I have been shopping here since my daughter was born their prices are okay the clothes super cute and there Dollar area is to die for they have everything from clothes to cribs car seats to bouncers Walkers to shoes. Go down and check them out

I have been going to this store for the last six years and have had no problem whatsoever finding what I need at a good price. This is a new and used baby store that is extremely organized and clean. I can bring my kids here with me because they have a play room available, and while the prices are not garage sale prices, I will happily pay a few extra dollars for the organization of the place and the good selection.I wont rate the store as excellent as I have sold/traded in items before and did not receive what I believed would be more fair prices, but at the same time, this is a brick and mortar store with overhead and insurance and wages. I dont know the logistics that go into all of that, so I wont knock the owner on it either.All in all, great store. Took my mom there this weekend and she loved it too.

The store itself is ok..like others have said you can get brand new clothes for the same prices as what she charges. There are some good deals but overall not worth going in my opinion. Store is a little dingy and there are a handful of clothes on the racks that have stains or are ripped. Used Cat and Jack clothes at her store are priced the same as brand new cat and jack at target. The employees seem like they dont really want to be there and owner does not have great customer service...seems uptight. My son wanted to look inside one of the playhouses she was selling up front and she said he wasnt allowed unless I was going to buy it pretty much. A little extreme I would say...he just wanted to look inside. Save your energy in driving here and go to the cat and jack section at target! :)

I brought brand new thing clothes in and before she even told me how much she was giving me she was throwing them in bucket then only have me $15 never going back there and also all there stuff is way over priced for 2nd hand stuff worse then the good will

Love shopping here. You can find almost everything you need, in great condition and for better prices than anywhere else. Also, they will rebuy your stuff for 50% of their sell price, which seems very reasonable and convenient, since some baby gear is essential for only the first 6-8 months.

Great to have a baby gear consignment store - lots of gear and clothes, prices OK, love the $1 room! Kids corner with TV, toys and couches for nursing/taking a break. Generally good in terms of taking your items although sometimes they can be very picky. Get cash or store credit same day.

It was a very well organized place with a huge variety of items. It was a pleasure to shop and it was reasonably priced, a little on the high side but considering the actual price of a new item, it was a great discount.

Came here to look up hours of operation and discovered so many bad reviews WOW I’m so thankful there’s a used baby store in town. I’m not mad that I got a brand new avent steam sterilizer in the box for $8 or a bundle of avent bottles practically brand new. Hardly used newborn items, new in packaging diapers and the prices she offers to sell items is reasonable as well- it’s a business after all. Definitely worth a stop in, you’ll find some nice things in great condition for well under retail price, and isn’t that the point? If you’re looking to sell your baby clothes for 70% of what you paid try Poshmark or mercari but I think you’ll find the hassle of barter then the 20% fee they take once your item has been bidded down to 10% of what it’s worth then the printing labeling and shipping ... it’s better to just take your goodies to this store and unclutter your home. The owner is very sweet by the way. I’ve met her a few times

The place is good overall. I agree better to buy then sell. I have had very friendly and unfriendly employees, it depends on who you get. I would recommend checking it out.

This store is a joke. Will never come here again. Out of all I took she took 3 items and gave me $3 for them. Some were brand new with tags.

Good deals on items sold, I was happy with that. Customer service was terrible though. The women there were having a full on conversation with a group behind the counter. I was ignored until an employee came from the dollar room to check my stuff out for me.

Rude! I brought in items and the owners extremely rude and acted as if I didn’t matter. I carried out my child and two trash bags full of clothes and didn’t even offer to open the door.

Bought a pack and play crib and when I brought it home I noticed it smelled strongly of perfume. I called them to see if I could exchange or return it and they said no. They were not super friendly about it.

Thats 20 percent of what I bought it for brand new and that baby place owner didnt want to give that to me... its yellow size 3-6 month... so soft on the inside... great for cold month. The prices are so high because the manager goes to other stores around the area and buys things at a cheap price new and bumps up the price in her store lol new or used it’s the same price... its better to just find deals around town lol

Only reason she is in business still is because there are too few baby stores in Redding. The owner is rude and has very poor customer service. Most of the stuff you get is same price as it would be almost anywhere else. Her $1 area is nice selection, but half the stuff is either ruined or missing pieces. Bought a onesie there. When I got home and went to wash it, thats when I noticed the leg was ripped. Plenty of moms in my Facebook group have had similar stories or even worse stories about her yelling at them across the store. I stopped going here due to how unprofessional she is.

They buy clothes Mondays , Tuesdays, Wednesdays 10-5 only. Dont bring it in other times, they will ask you to bring it back at these times.The only place in Redding area to find used sports equipment. Soccer (cleats, skins guards) baseball (cleats, pants) football (cleats) and more.

Owner is rude to her employees, I overheard her tell her she needed her to think more, That she needed her to use her brain more, very unproffessional. The way people were treated when they brought stuff in ess a shock. Im thinking it wouldnt take much to put them out of business!!! When ever you ask for help its like your inconveniencing them. They are way over priced, I spent 8.00 on overalls and went to goodwill and got them for 1.00, so mad. I spent 100.00 and left there feeling like I should went to the mall and hit the sales..... and got new items.

Went to try and trade some name brand baby clothes and they didnt take them. Should have known since this is Redding and they dont know what name brand is.

I bring in a bunch of name brand baby stuff yesterday not stuff you buy from Wal-Mart. They tell me I can look around while they go threw it. That was a bad mistake. So Im looking around when there done they find me ans tell me 32$. I laughed and said Ill see what all they wanted. I go up to the front and look around for my stuff. I ask the worker who was ride from the minute we walked in,where my stuff was and she told me it was probably underneath the clothes of the next customer the manager was helping. So I look at what I have left and of course they took all the Nordstrom shoes, and 501 wranglers that where still brand new. I didnt have a choice but to take the 32$. I told the ride worker while being polite the hole time, still even after they ripped me off, that they got a killer deal. She tells my they pay out 15-20%. BS. And I will be looking into that. I dont expect top dollar or what I paid for it but I didnt bring them in junk. And they all could pass as brand new but without tags. They worker and manager where so rude. I should have lisented to my gut when I first walked in. And who runs a business like that? You would think that they would set aside the stuff they wanted of yours, so you could see exactly what they want but they know they are ripping you off so they just throw it in with everyone elses stuff.

I am a new father I am 20 years old and am stuggling to provide for my family I went in there with my last bit of money to buy a car seat. The car seat was the wrong sizwe and they refused to return it . I didnt use it at all I called 10 miniits later and try to teturn It and they wouldnt even let me return or exchange Itafter purchasing it and they said the bestwe can do is buy it back for less then wah I payyed for it

The people that work at this store are very rude,To be honest i dont even think they like kids. I came in with a swing hardly used before and the lady was going to give me a great price on it,But then the owner im guessing seem to get upset and a attitude and told her that it was too much to give me and told her to drop the price to pay me for my swing.They are rude,selfish people.They dont try to help you around,And i think what bugs me the most(Like i said) They are not fasinated in kids at all,If your gunna own a baby store dont you think you would like kids?BTW,The have the worst hours i have ever seen before.
