Clean store, great online and pick up experience. Will definitely do again

I just got off the phone with Sophia from customer service. She was incredible. I needed help and though it wasnt something she could offer, her attitude was so caring and she actually helped me calm down lol. You cant fake that kind of compassion. Thank you! I will definitely be returning!

Im so sick of this location. Im a Funko Collector and unfortunately there are some Target Exclusives that I can only get there. Too bad theyre never on the shelf because the employees and management keep them in the back for themselves and sell them online for profit. I have proof of this and Ive had them tell me to my face thats what they do.With over a dozen collectors locally that all have the same experience and the fact that Target doesnt care should tell you how bad of a company they are. Guess policy doesnt matter to you guys.

It was perfect and easy to do in store pickup. We have a newborn so getting everything quickly works great for us.

Friendliness of staff, logical placement of merchandise and convenient hours of operation make this my preferred store most of the time.

Very clean and always polite cashiers. Store could use more people on the floor. No one ever greets you. In my experience the best way to prevent theft is to greet people within ten seconds of seeing them.

Love how clean and organized Target is. All their products are nice quality.

Went today and got an Apple Pencil and a few misc things. The guy in the electronics was super nice and helpful even though I walked in on a Monday looking like I freshly rolled outa hell. Shoulda been a Walmart visit instead probably but I love Target.Weekends with a toddler are not for the weak.He rolled with it though and was awesome. Super friendly.

Dont Buy electronics from Target! After a very bad first experience with Target years ago with a very large screen TV. Did you give him a second chance after 10 years. Bought a tablet and was sorry when I got it home. It wouldnt connect to the internet no matter what I tried. After waiting 30 minutes on the phone. And nobody answering to help me I took it back. Dont waste your time you wont get any service there is are just to take your money!

How quickly they had my order readyLess than a hour

I went here today to get a pair of shoes for an upcoming wedding. I had trouble finding them. For some reason, Target doesn’t put men’s dress shoes in the shoes section of the store. They are in the guys clothing section. Even then, it took me a while to find it. It took me a while because the store was very disorganized. See the pictures. On a side note, I’ve had good service here every time.

I used the drive up delivery service so I wouldnt have to shop in a crowd of people. All of my items were neatly bagged and in good order and the young man who brought out my order was very polite. Im very grateful to Target for this service.

At my request, the woman who helped me brought stuff to my car when I had an in-store pickup...in the rain.

It was so easy and incredibly fun I feel like everyone should have that experience!

Wonderful selection and quality

Very poorly stocked. Empty shelves everywhere and very unorganized. Maybe it’s because it was the end of the day? Also, if you are worried about mask wearing, about 20% of shoppers were not wearing one. Another 20% were wearing one improperly.

Its so quick and easy and the people who bring me my items are so nice.

So grateful for the ability to walk in the store, not forced to wear a mask and get all my household items/groceries & clothing in one trip. Would be great if the inventory was regulated better but not entirely their fault right now. Some of the employees look panicked half the time but other than that appreciate them being open!

Much better than my last visit a couple of months ago. Store was very covid-19 safety conscious. Someone was outside cleaning carts and there was hand sanitizer everywhere. all employees were wearing masks, and from what I could tell, unlike my last visit, all the customers were wearing masks too. I visited this store in July only to find most customers not wearing masks.

See that spew about Target is here for you, safety, curbside pickup etc.There a catch. You have to have their app on your device to get curbside. Effectively granting them some access to your hardware.Of course some people, many elderly don’t have smart phones...I guess Target doesn’t care, unless you’re useful to them. Your business isn’t enough.

It is very easy. I have limited time to spend in a store. I am able to shop online on break at work (or even from home the night before), pick up my daughter from daycare then stop by the service desk for my order. It has always been ready and never a mess up.

It is easy-you shop on your phone from anywhere, you arrive when it is convenient for you, they bring the items to your car and load them. You only have to unload and bring into the house. I love this service.

I love our Target but seriously the womens bathroom is really unsanitary. To unsanitary with Covid going on. Im not the only one, Ive heard several people say how gross it is.

Frequent sale and clearance items at very decent prices!! They always have well stocked grocery shelves as well! The friendly associates and extremely clean, newly remodeled store will definitely keep me coming back! Also.. The new dressing room is AMAZING and soooo pretty!!

Target just has all the products I need. I always love the shirts and home decor. The electronics and toys are second to none.

A clean, pleasant and organized store. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Aisles are numbered and have explanations of what is available in these aisles. If you are looking for something specific, before going to Target, look it up on the computer, android or tablet so you can find the aisle to go to when you get there. Always a pleasure to go shopping here.

Cleanliness. During this pandemic it is my top priority and I feel target is doing a great job.

Its your typical Target. A bit pricey, but product is easy enough to find. This location is usually well stocked and clean, and finding employees is easy.They do keep a good number of check out stands manned, which is nice to see in such an automated world. Many places only have one or two people to check you out. When its busy, nearly all of the check stands have someone waiting to check you out. I dont believe this store has any self-check out registers, and I hope it does not get any.

The employees were efficient, welcoming, happy to help. A young woman who appears to be in a supervisory position came to my aid when I had chosen the wrong cashier line for an item pick up. The cashier at the item pick up counter handled my pick-up quickly and cheerfully. She also informed me of the benefits of the red card and I applied for a red card today. I also received assistance from a young man in the toy department, he noticed my confused look and offered to help. It is so nice to have sales associates notice and cheerfully offer assistance.

The whole reason I ordered for pickup was not to have to go into the store. I was told I had to go into a very full store and wait in line with 20 people to pick up my order. There was no one wearing a mask and no social distancing. I was appalled that Target was not following any of the CDCs rules for keeping people safe. Last time I will be going to Target due to putting profits before employee and shopper safety.

This Store offers Awesome Styles for the whole family, but some items are a bit over priced. The store itself is pretty messy and un organized, I like a nifty shopping space myself. I feel like a lot of the time I shop there the items are sold out and the shelves are empty, leaving me with limited options. The kids love the caramel popcorn though., And FYI the small order is enough for 2. Happy Shopping !

The cashier Scott, the tall handsome one with the great smile went above and beyond for me. He helped me with all my purchases and also talked to me about the Target RED card and how I can save 5% all day everyday. He was a great guy, I wish he was my son.

Target is such a lovely store. The employee who helped us gave me more information for using Cartwheel.

I pre ordered an album that sold out almost immediately. I received an email that my credit card company didn’t allow the purchase because apparently target put a hold on the $ then tried to put a second hold and they cancelled. The album is no longer available for re order so I am out of that possibility. They should have sent me an email saying to update my payment method or try another one, but instead they just cancel it. I will never pre order music from Target ever again. Such a simple fix could have been implemented and I would have been very satisfied.

Im a local of Redding, CA and Target is a staple store for the city. Ive noticed in the last few years, the customer service has gotten better and it makes me appreciate their service they give and makes me continue to come back.

I shopped online and picked up in store. Website was easy to navigate and product was readily available. Check out can be completed as a guest or by creating an account. I went to the store twice for pick up- the first time I went the store was crowded and there was a long line for order pick up - I didnt have a lot of time to wait so I left. The second time I went there was no wait and I was in and out very quickly. The product was exactly what I ordered.

Tried returning a item I had the receipt for the manager was not nice at all she was very short with me .i believe her name was ty . I had the receipt but the letters where faded . She never tried scanning the code herself she was so rude to me in front of other guests finally I just said to put it in a gift card because the item wasnt what I was looking for. I went online to find out the return policy states I can do a return with my valid Id and I had the receipt with the item as well that was not faded at all 😒

Great service, very clean and tidy, great selection, and overall a great store for easy access to anything you ever may need!!

I am always disappointed in this Target. Whenever we can avoid it, we do. The lines are mismanaged and you end up getting stuck in the store for way longer than necessary. No express lanes, no self checkout, and a weird store policy to move people around in lines when they are getting long that actually leaves you there even longer. No joke, was stuck in a total of 5 lines, consistently moved around by a lead on the floor, took 25 minutes longer than the person who was in my original place in line. Frustrating.

Ease in picking up

Nice store very large parking lot although now it seems like everybody in town would rather shop at Target then Walmart parking lot seems to always be full they could do a better job at setting up their registers the way the registers are set up theres always lines people are confused. Prices are decent return policy is really easy and the grocery department is getting bigger all the time.

Bigger Target with very good selection. Updated stock and easily accessible aisles that are clearly marked. Clean and staff was very friendly and available.

I really dislike the Cartwheel app. #1 You have to sign in to your Target Acct in order to scan sale items. #2 It is a bother to have to scan items with your phone that are on sale before you get to checkout. Why does Target put this burden on the customer? This whole process needs to be simplified. Ive talked to others who say they just dont shop at Target anymore because it is a frustrating experience. Getting something at the sale price should not be this hard.

The messiest store I have ever seen in my entire life, nearly 40 years of it. Clothes all over, nothing folded, stockpiles of stuff just thrown into corners..it was absolutely gross!

Now that they have a bit of a grocery store in there it makes sense to go there for the sales on some things. I am no a fan of how the registers are laid out- 3 deep- kinda odd to me. Clean store-

I have shopped at target consistently, usually my first choice in department stores; however my list visit was extremely upsetting. I was shopping with my list of needs and browsing the newer items and noticed 2 security staff following only a few feet from me. Having worked in retail myself I understood that for some reason they must think Im a concern and that they were just doing their jobs.I am not a shoplifter or thief and had nothing to hide, so I made no fuss and continued shopping normally. I even asked for assistance in finding some items on my shipping list. The young red headed security woman sarcastically informed me that they did not carry that product or that they only had one option for another product, instead of giving me any genuine customer service, her and her coworker spoke rudely about me within ear shot and offered no actual assistance.I am a petite woman and I have never been profiled or suspected or followed in any store ever in my whole life.I was starting to become very offended and frustrated, I am a very non confrontational type of person, so I asked the young lady her name. Though her name tag said Bryan, she rudely told me her name was Micah. As I began to walk away from the beauty department, (having found the face cleanser she claimed they didnt carry) to womens wear for socks, she told me I needed to leave the store. She gave me no reason, and I cannot understand her blatant discrimination and harassment toward me.I headed to the register to at least purchase the items I had in my cart and asked to speak to the manager. As I was being rung up by the cashier, another employee came up with no name tag claiming to be the manager. I explained to him my frustration and that I had more shopping to do. I asked him about their loss prevention methods, why I was not offered proper customer service, and wanted to know if I was actually expected to leave and why.He said that the security is not their to give service, that their policy is to harass and accuse anyone suspicious. That I did need to leave and not come back, and that he would check into why I was suspected in the first place. He walked away and did not come back.I paid for my items spending nearly $200 and as I left the store, saw security ordering a coffee at their Starbucks.Once I got to my car I was so confused and so frustrated I decided I would rather take my business elsewhere and get my money back, as well as the contact info for corporate.Once inside I asked for a manager again and a different woman came out and told me that I should not have been asked to leave and that they could not ban me unless I had previously trespassed.Because of this discrimination and inappropriate and wrongful accusation I will not patronize target again.

I like Target. Except for checkout. They always need more lanes. I would shop here more if it wasnt so awful paying for my stuff.
