Drove up to the auto center oil lube. Had to wait about five minutes to get my truck keys handed into get my truck taken care of. But the auto center people are friendly and took care of my truck and me. I would come back and recommend them to family and friends.

The guys in the Auto Service area were great. They really made me feel like they cared about me as a person which translated to me as caring for my Jeep equally. If I lived on Redding I would keep coming back.

They got black smelly oil stains all over my car when charging the engine oil

This place is fun came in for a set of tires quoted 2 and a half hours it was done in 2 they called me because I asked them. I feel comfortable bringing my investment here there are so many cameras I see the negative reviews of others and am shocked I feel like George and his crew did everything they could to take care of me and the customers around me. Very quick and efficient. Not the most friendly staff. They seem like they dont want to be there which does make me wonder if they really care about the work they are doing. But none the less this visit was productive as my neighbor needed a new battery and they had what we needed and we were out the door in 5 mins. So thanks for the speedy in and out, that doesnt happen to often at walmart!

Fast service and affordable place for an oil change. We almost always take both our cars here. They provide a ticket with a barcode you can scan at any of the price check machines to see if they are finished working on your car.

This a horrible miss ran Walmart. They have advertised on the web that they close their Oil Change Department at 7:00pm online but they have posted at the store that they close at 6:00pm and the cost of gas now a days I feel like they owe me something.

Terrible. I was getting ready to head out of town for along trip. I took my car in early in the morning before it got busy for an oil change and tire rotation and they forgot to rotate the tires after quoting me the price for rotation. Once I picked it up they estimated 2-3 hours to rotate the tires at that point. They didnt seem to care at all that THEY forgot to rotate the tires and expected me to wait that long!

Had a serious trust issue after requesting a particular brand if oil be used on my oil change.and paid extra for this request,as i was told they would gave to pull thus oil from the store shelf because they didnt stock that in their pump in the garage. So to see them add the low grade oil from the pump into my engine for the first time ever was a huge let down considering i changed my factory oil to castrol when it had less than 100 miles on my brand new truck. Havent used them since. Also when they state how many grease zurks they lubed its always a different amount.ive changed my own oil every since

Automotive service was courteous and helpful. Prices are very reasonable.

Recycle my oil there because they always have ability to take it no problems , although usually busy . Also had a very good experince purchasing special order trailer tires for my rv best price & good service

Went to Walmart for tires!At first was told forst come first served, Well 2 1/2 hrs later my car had not moved, and ever car i had seen when i checked in was gone,the people that was waiting where gone,all new cars in service bays...only when i complained did they move my car in!! Need less to say i will never us Walmart service again..also the counter personal was very rudd as well..

Good service low price

While the cost is good, the customer service is awful. I dropped my car off around 11:45 am today, it is now 5pm and I have not gotten a call back. I decided to call them and I have been waiting on the phone for 20 minutes for someone to pick up. The system keeps repeating your call is VERy important to us. please hold while your call is routed to the next available associate.never again.

Standing in line waiting to check out and they took three other customers in front of us! There was 2 ladies working and had 2 registers open but WOULD NOT USE the second one to ring us up.

I washed my truck. Then went came to Walmart for oil change. They took about 40 minutes. I came out and found a dent and scratch on my tailgate. They denied it, I keep my truck very clean and washed. Im never coming here again.

There is nothing as cheap as their services. There are always too many customers for how many techs they have working.

This Walmart Auto SUCKS. Came here on a warenty tire issue ..... Needless to say my tire under warranty TOOK OVER FOUR HOURS TO REPAIR.. I Called corporate... Store Called me and called me a lier......

Do not go here. They are very rude, poor quality, And incompetent. They wont know what to do, if they do they wont perform correctly, and will get oil on you upholstery. I realize the opportunity to multitask here, but is not worth it!!!!!
