I purchased my Bruno Elan straight rail stairlift from 101 Mobility of NC Triangle and was everything I expected from their company. Professional sales and installation and Bruno stairlifts are made in the USA. One-year bumper to bumper warranty, and the most important part was now I could get upstairs without all the pain the stairs caused me. Well worth every penny!

From the first contact with the business from a web search, which was answered by the owner, to yesterdays in home installation, two words can summarize the experience - PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL.In more detail, the owner and his whole team have communicated consistently and clearly at each stage of the process. The product demonstration was informative and instructive without being salesy, the recommendations made it clear that each person involved had listened to our needs and budget concerns. The installation was done with a polite tone, considerate of our house and personal space - but still done quickly, on schedule, and with a full explanation of the operation and features of the lift chair.Clearly, I am impressed and wish more business transactions could have this level of professionalism. Great service from start to finish! Mike, Keith, Mia, Joceline and Josh were very knowledgeable, helpful and patient to accommodate Dad’s visit with a new wheelchair in our house for Christmas. 101 Mobility have always made me feel they are looking out for me and not trying to make as much money as they can. They look for the best but reasonably price solutions for my needs. I did not get that feel from other companies who sells devices for people with disabilities and the elderly.

Mike and his team did an absolutely amazing job installing the lift in my fathers home. They came in and made the process completely seamless and fully explained the functionality to my parents to make it very easy for them to use and understand. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with 101 Mobility starting with Allison who found a way to work me into a tight schedule when I explained our time crunch. My experience with your technician, Josh, was also very positive. He showed up on time and was able to answer all of my questions with confidence. I received my estimate from Mike the same day, even though my appointment didnt end until 4pm. I found all three employees to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My overall experience was outstanding. I rarely take the time to complete a survey or provide a review, but this level of service warranted it. :)

We went in to have a scooter lift that was not operating repaired. Within the first 5 minutes, Alex had identified the issue as a loose wire which they fixed without the standard charge for the first hours work.Mike and Alex were very pleasant and professional. I live in Wilmington NC.I needed to have a scooter like device for my regional convention in RALEIGH, NC (2 hours away).The Wilmington office transferred me to the Raleigh office. The customer service was above and beyond what I expected.Not only did they​ deliver to the convention center and pick up at the hotel (two different locations), but they also showed a very simple and easy way to break down the scooter.Lovely experience! Knowledgable Staff & Excellent Service. 101 Mobility installed a new Bravo Stairlift in our home for mom. It was not a straight stairway and the curved build was spot on perfect in every respect. We have been using it everyday and it has performed flawlessly. They may not be the least expensive around but they are the best.

My mother had a trip and fall accident that resulted in her breaking her femur and required extensive repair surgery and has left her dependant on the use of a wheelchair until she is cleared to walk which will be months away. While she was in rehab, she called around trying to get estimates on rentable ramps because even though her house is single story, her front door is only accessable by steps. 101 Mobility was professional, compassionate and flexible. They went to my mothers home to inspect the area so they could give her the best quote and knew what my mother need. She scheduled for the install and they gave a 30 minute estimate of arrival aware and sensitive to our time constraints. Not only, did they show up at the beginning of their time estimate, they were there 5 minutes early. The moment I arrived, they started working in setting up the ramp. They also finished the job almost 30-40 minutes early as well. The two gentleman again, were kind, quick and courteous. When they were finished, they let me inspect the ramp to make sure I approved before signing anything.Thank you 101 Mobility for being there for my mother and ensuring she could access her home safely while she continues to recover.

Mobility 101 did a great job, start to finish. Even after the fact, there was great customer service. I did not know that if the cab was not balanced correctly the gate would not open (the first time I crawled over) and then I did not hold the up/down button long enough after the click. So, yes I panicked and thought that there was a problem with the lift. They responded very quickly! Thank you to Keith, Josh, Alex and Mike. Knowing that if you need their services you are probably already stressed or have a health condition that causes you to need help. They are a great team who will make sure that you are well cared for.

From sales, to admin, to installer -- the people, the process, the products were a 10. Keith, our sales rep, was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what we needed and had a quote for us within hours. The admin at the office was quick to schedule for us, and our installer (I wish I remembered his name) was also very good and professional. We just had grab bars installed this time, but I know who Im calling if/when we need more sophisticated equipment for my elderly parents. Thank you 101 Mobility!
