Theres absolutely zero return policy unlike Adam & Eve which is also local. A&E have at least a 30 day return policy and go over the top for customer service. I digress.I bought the Rippler Vibrating Dildo for the wife in late January. She used it not even 3 times and today the USB rechargeable bullet wont hold a charge. She let it charge overnight too. Im about to call them now to see if theyll replace the toy or at least give me a credit for a new bullet. Wish me luck.

Ive been shopping this location for about 2 months now and have had nothing but great and friendly service from the staff.

This guy working seemed like he hated his job, and would rather be some where else. Not knowledgable about products. Maybe he was having a bad day, or the rain was putting him in a lousy mood. Not up beat, poor customer service. I wouldnt come back here because of lousy customer service.
