The shop displays was attractive and good and friendly staff service.

This is the favourite brand of many young girls. The price is reasonable with trendy designed items. The store is always filled with the new clothes.The fitting room is broken and the lighting isnt good but I could understand that the staff is working hard to serve us.Everything now is on sales from $3-$10 and the staff must clean and organize thousands of items every hour. Must be tiring, pls understand for them.Forever 21 here is much bigger but for the bikini or some dress, the size is mainly for asian women. As it is located in Malaysia, ladies!If you want plus size, go back to your country. I do found many XL items there. So dont be ridiculous

They throw out lots of discounts. I can find anything and almost everything that I liked. The accessories are cheap. Clothes are okay. Some cant fit my size, but all are suitable for tall girls. The fashions are up to date. Clothing material is okay. Seldom crowded.

Too much stock - can hardly pull the garment out of the racks as this store has a serious stock issue. Good for bargains hunters in the discount corner though but only if our have the time and energy to go through piles and piles of clothes. Fitting rooms were dark and aged.

No plus size section!!! No returns. No instore credit only exchanges. Dressing rooms are terrible, many are broken and had to wait long time. Not good deals here, more expensive than U.S. forever 21
