I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They aren’t too pushy either which some of these shops can sometimes struggle with. If you do ask for help they are very knowledgeable it will help you find what you’re looking for.The store is well organized, clean and well-stocked. I will continue to come here

Been my store for once year,If my speaker is disturbed and rude, for a employer washing videos on his duty because was my language Spanish ( It was only 2 employer and me)My spanish money is olso disturber and rude for the bussiness.

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered an item on online and used their curbside pickup option as was offered on their website. When I arrived in front of Vitamin Shoppe I called to let them know I had arrived to pickup my item. There were 3 customers inside so I gave them time to handle customers. I called once customers left to let them know I had arrived,NO ANSWER. Waited a few minutes still no customers, NO ANSWER. Called a few more times no one picked up 📱. By now I EXTREMELY😠😠😠😠 Because I have mobility issues and can not stand on my feet for long periods of time. I take my time go inside and store employee asked if she could help. I asked her if they offered curbside service, she said yes. I told her I had an online order and tried to call multiple times to let the store know I was there to pickup. Store employee said PHONES WERE NOT WORKING AND SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING She went and got my item handed it to me, no apologies nothing. I took the item that she handed me and left. LET TO ME CAREFULLY PEOPLE. Dont go to this location. Ive already let my family members no about my experience and I will be contacting corporate. VITAMIN SHOPPE you lost a lot of customers You want see me and my family at this location again.

Staff not wearing masks. They, including store manager, put on masks after I was already in the store, but were not wearing them when I came in and took them off again before I was out the door. Wont be coming back to this location, ever.

Good for the things you can find elsewhere. Most of the time someone will walk you over to find the item. They seem to drop items that I like that cant find elsewhere and that is annoying. It just no longer is available without any real information. That is not this store fault but with the main company. It is a bit of a challenge getting in and out with the intersections right there.

Its very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot for this Vitamin Shoppe on the corner of Six Forks Road and Old Wake Forest Road. Other than that issue, they are a typical Vitamin Shoppe selling both their own brand and other brands. I dont really like the way they arrange the products and they recently rearranged them. However, the staff is always friendly and they are willing to help you locate what you need.

This place is OK. It is better and less expensive than GNC. They stock a full gamut of vitamins and body building products, which seems to be the main focus. The staff are a bit of a pain, always trying to upsell more products. Actually for these products I prefer shopping with Amazon.

There was a Russian lady helping me and had a terrible attitude... She took other people in front of me because she apparently didnt want to help me. She was only taking white people, when people realized what she was doing several of the customers stood up for me but at that moment I felt discouraged and left before I went off
