Great neighborhood store that has everything I usually need. Though, I wanted a yellow watering can from there but it was $15!!! For a plastic watering can! Also wanted to know the size filter that I had previously purchased, but the guy who checked me out said that they can’t look up purchase history. That would be really helpful.

Great place for most of your home remodel and repairs things just wish they had lumber… They do however have plywood and they deliver with in the belt line for free and only a 25 dollar charge for outside the belt line. Just ask around great helpful staff too.

Everything you need with a good hometown feel. Pricing is a little scattered. Same as big box stores on major items but a few dollars more on some of the smaller items. If customer service at some of the big box stores wasnt so good, it wouldnt even be a question.

Everyone is pleasant and it is well-stocked with most of your everyday needs. I went in for a few bolts and felt as though I was given VIP service for a $1 purchase. Do yourself a favor and skip the big box stores when you can and visit Ace.

Such great customer service, the employees in the aisles will listen patiently and walk you to the area you are looking for. Then they will suggest certain products based off quality and cost. Great local hardware store

Nice store, friendly staff. Not as much selection as in larger home improvement stores, but here you get better customer service and a more knowledgeable staff as well.Theyll typically have what you need, just maybe a bit less variety to choose from.Would recommend.

They dont give me grief because I cant wear a mask due to my health issue. Never had to explain this and that means a lot now days.

This is a very well stocked store and so convenient to my house off of Mills Street. And right next door is Logans.It also is refreshing when everyone who works there is great.

Ace can make you a new car key (with chip) for $85. They did a great job, and re-ground the key 3 times to make it perfect.

My sister ordered a table from there and requested delivery along with paper towels. Well today the manager Carol delivered her table and brought her 4 rolls of paper towels. She didnt charge for the paper towels because she knew they were needed. Very sweet especially in this climate of divisiveness. So THANK YOU CAROL, YOU ARE A HERO TODAY AND EVERY DAY FOR WHAT YOU DO!

They call it Westlake, and I had no recollection of ever visiting Westlake. But the folks at this location are great. As with any Ace, the people are helpful to the extreme. Im a handy guy, and I feel like I have command over my project, but it never hurts to ask questions, and the people here can give you a solution. Even if they cant sell you something to solve, they can still tell you what and where to do and go to get the project done. And thats what we all need... Ace!

This place has great service and the employees actually seem very motivated to work here! Ive been going here for a good amount of time and this store is in the spot of a historic train station! It really has that creative vibe and most probably the other ace hardwares you been to are nothing like it!I suggest getting popcorn while your shopping lol!

A perfect hardware store right where you need it near downtown with (almost) everything you need. Great for a painting project of any size, picking up some hanging hardware, a roll of duct tape, birdseed or a jug of simple green ( all things I have purchased at ace). And let us not forget the great staff!

Finally a hardware store with friendly, plentiful, and knowledgeable staff! They have a good selection of grills, paint, outdoor equipment and other items...although sometimes they seem out of the one item I really went there for. They often have fresh popped popcorn which is a huge trea.

Went to the Ace Hardware on Falls of Neuse. I dont know why I never think of this place 1st, but its a treasure - surprising amount of great stuff for such a small space, standard prices, super warm & friendly staff. Popped in for a broom, randomly found 2 other things I needed, & enjoyed a silly story!

Not the Same store from 30 yrs ago The new people act as if they dont care whether you shop there or not I bought lots of Ace material and paint for years at this paticular store .But that too is over Im glad I found out now so I can tell all my friends

After driving 30 minutes to buy a $600 pressure washer, the lady working the store could not even provide basic information such as ace hardware’s return policy for the item and the warranty for the item.. I walked out of the door shocked because I remember the Ace Hardware employees of my childhood being the best experts.. nothing like wasting an hour for a round trip only to end up empty ha fed because Ace Hardware employees don’t even know basic information. Horrible

It is kind of tucked away in a side road, but a larger store then most and I was in and out. The staff were very friendly.

Poor customer service. Employee could not make a key for me, who by the way was standing in front of him, because he had to mix paint for someone who was on their way?????

So just to be clearA manager in Raleigh NC was told that Westlake Ace wanted to fire him. He was told this in early 2017. So he started to note everything because of this. He was made to work off clock. He was told to Break the law by hiking up prices during a hurricane. Did not get paid for sick time because the payroll department Debbie did not fill like it. Took 4 months to get paid for expense because Kelly sapanas didnt fill it was important and lied to so he could delay and harrass the manager. When asked to talk to DM Kelly told manager he would and never showed up. Was asked personal medical questions by Kelly sapanas. Was intergated by Jeremy Van ommeren about safety complaint to OSHA and being upset about not getting paid for sick time. Asked several times for help on a sell and was ignored but went to another manager and gave him the credit. I see a pattern of disrespect and harresment to this manager. Then Kelly sapanas and Doug Barnes let the manager go on a false claim. And now Westlake started a war with a employee. Ace hardware really needs to step in and investigate Raleigh NC claims on Westlake.
