Very clean and organized harris teeter in the area. However, their Starbucks no matter which store you go to will mess up your order. Order a grande they will give you in a venti cup with only 2 shots of espresso same goes for their hot drinks. I hope work on their liscene Starbucks. Their employees lack the skill or usually they are working alone so they get stressed out or cant perform under pressure when their is a line.

… I only go to Publix and Walmart and the first time I go here I get these lemons. Middle of meal prep and I open that I was instantly disgusted. Moldy lemons

Losing the edge here FAST!!! Catchier had no clue how to do their job...was like going to another grocery chain that has lower prices. Bagged cold items with canned goods, chips between two bags of flour, bread on the bottom. Good thing they didnt have to make change.

Visited at 9 am on Wed. very little traffic.Donuts and pastries are great, all priced at $1. Great deals!Found everything, but my dogs treats which were supposedly on sale. Everything, but her Minis were on sale. No worry, I had already bought several boxes them below H-Ts on sale price at Targets regular price!We buy all our meats, vegetables and sandwich stuff at Fresh Market, which reduces time in big box and quality seems much better, even though prices are higher.

Always clean just a great place to shop fresh food. Good deals with your reward card.

Clean, organized, I found some different products that I have not seen at other supermarkets. It’s not my number one where price is concerned but it’s nice to walk through and find something new and different to try out.

I have been shopping there many years. I am looking for a spray stain remover..nothing.Thinking they may stock Meyers cleaning products..nothing. Canned Cat food shelves were just about empty.Whats going on.

Everyone that shops here is hot. Subs are good too. Parking lot stressed me out.

One of the better grocery stores in the area. The only reason I do not give a 5-star is because of the parking lot. It has small spaces (for those in SUVs/Trucks) and it is always PACKED! Every time I go, the parking lot is full. The store is very well laid out, the produce selection is always well stocked and FRESH! The butcher counter has great deals and the deli is great!

This is a good store. They are clearly expanding and remodeling at the moment which is causing some issues with item placement and even certain things to be out of stock. However I know this will be an excellent store once the construction is complete.

Always friendly staff, and pharmacy staff. Very grateful. Its refreshing.

Harris teeters, make your own salad at the salad bar.. Im telling you, $17 I can eat a meal for two days.. and the truck drivers difficult to get vitamin and nutrition healthy foods..

There are so many better grocery stores now in the area, so I’m not sure why people still go here. The produce is hit or miss and seafood marginal. They are often out of stock of key items. The self check out machines are finicky and often out or order.

Clean store. Plenty of produce. Usually very stocked. Self check out machines are very temperamental and not worth using. There are very few cashiers and usually lines so go anticipating that.

Express lane pickup is the best.

Had an excellent experience shopping at this location today for a regular grocery run!! Extra shout out to Sam who noticed I had a lot of items, and offered to put them in my car as I was leaving. Kate was also the cashier that I had, and she was very patient and understanding with all the groceries I had. If the owner sees this, please give these two employees some recognition. They definitely deserve it and went above and beyond to help me! :)

One of the better grocery stores/supermarkets I have been to, a decent deli and good selection of fresh cooked food. They have some great specials like 5 dollar sushi or a 5 dollar bucket of fried chicken.The staff is friendly and the store is clean cant ask much more from a grocery store

Harris Teeter is lockated on Millbrook/Creedmoor corner. This store open from 8 am to 10pm. Nice grocery plus many other counters like pharmacy as well, closes at 7 pm close on weekends. Small flower shop and nice flower bouquet also available. Hot bar, Starbucks coffee and freshly made pizza counter, big cheese counter with variety of cheese, fresh bread corner with specialized bread, cake, and organic vagitables, fruits, dairy and more.I like this HT more than other location. Clean, nice store with ample parking, convinient location and store hrs, curtail staff and items always available.

This place has gotten better with the renovation, although I still cant for the life of me understand the thought process behind the store layout. Now that everyone is ordering groceries online or shopping at Wegmans the parking lot is quite tolerable.

Restrooms are always filthy. People working behind the customer service country are rude and short with customers. Funny, I used to work at Harris Teeter back in high school. This would’ve been totally unacceptable back then but now it seems to be the norm.

This is a beautiful store. Its really large. They make Subs there to, the line stayed long they looked so good. I was in & out using the self check- out. The shelves were stocked nicely. I was totally impressed with how clean the store was. This was my first visit. I will return to this store.

MY FIRST TIME THERE!! VERY CLEAN STORE!! EVERYONE WAS MASKED UP!! EVEN THE CUSTOMERS!! I PURCHASED LOBSTERS AT THE MEAT COUNTER!! HE WAS VERY NICE!! ILL BE BACK!!

The check out person was excellent however it would have been nice if there was one more open check out line other than the self checkout line. It was close to closing.

Good for just about anything youre looking for dinner to its pharmacy,reasonable prices are available.

Some stores have done a great job figuring out online ordering and curbside pickup during the pandemic. HT is not one of those stores.1. They sent $10 off $50 coupons, but they can’t be used online... you have to use it on your next order2. The pickup is in the underground garage with no clear signage to direct you there from the front of the store where you would expect it to be. I had to go into the store to ask where to go which defeats the purpose of doing online ordering.3. The produce was rotten to the point it leaked through the paper bag and there’s no way to report this online, so I’m forced to go back into the store again.As frugal as I am, I’m not going back to redeem my $10. It’s just not worth the aggravation.

More pricier than WalMart, but they offer items you wont find in most major chains.

Like I would at any other grocery store, I went in to pick up a few last ingredients for my dinner that night. However, my experience here exceeded my expectations when I went to the meat/seafood counter in the back where I was greeted by Darius. He was EXTREMELY happy to help me and his cheery mood honestly almost infectious. He changed what would normally be a dreary trip the grocery store into a truly enjoyable experience.

Once COVID is over this should be a great place to shop. Management thinks nothing of permitting unmasked persons to peruse the aisles, breathe all over produce, and touch what others will pick up, purchase and bring home to their loved ones. The undead unmasked are a Harris Teeter staple along with milk and white bread.

They have the best handmade subs in the area. Well i alway get the cold italian. And this is the best for me.

One ding only because the parking situation and traffic situation can get crazy around Cameron Village. But the HT itself is clean, the staff is helpful, recently renovated, well stocked.

Great selection with competitive pricing and a very friendly staff. Only complaint is the lack of cart return in the parking lot resulting in the occasional lazy / inconsiderate patron leaving their cart wherever they please.

They carry dry ice but they were out. Didnt get what I needed but the service desk staff were so helpful. Your attitude is more important than what you stock. HT got that right.

Harris teeter is great but its not too late to go to Aldis for produce and Harris teeter for frozen foods.

Always find what I need at the Cameron Village location and the employees always smile and greet you and act like no question is too much for them. They are adhering to Covid requirements, which is nice.

Stephanie (I think that’s their name) in the pharmacy is always very nice and I never have to wait very long! She always goes out of her way to make sure I’m getting the best price on my prescriptions. After having an annoying amount of sub par customer service issues and mixups at other pharmacies, it’s nice to go somewhere that the staff are kind and show that they care - even during a pandemic. I highly recommend!!

This Harris Teeter was my to go to supermarket ( Im a local ). Customer service is not the same anymore. They walk away from you while youre still talking, they wont acknowledge you while youre standing there, I have to wait until they finish their jokes and discussions within each other, etc... Yes, the place got a beautiful makeover but now they need to do the same with the employees. They use to greet you! I dont go in as much anymore.Wegmans is on my list now.

Nearly everything is insanely overpriced. I moved here from Chicago and you charge way more than there! Your taxes are less, youre closer to the ocean, and your rent/property value is less, so youre just gouging folks who dont know better. Also, why in hell do you have an entire microwaveable section in your deli with no damn microwave???

I like Harris Teeter for the variety and speciality products. I really wish the prices weren’t so high on just the regular day to day needs (cheese, milk, etc.). I’ve seen things here a full dollar and some change higher than even places like Target and that seems way too high.

Totally digging the renovation at this Harris Teeter. Parking is still horrible, but a quick in and out is usually what Im there for. Amazing produce selection! And the prepared food selection is pretty good as well. The store has a completely new vibe.

The only supermarket chain without contactless payment (Apple or Google Pay)! I found myself like an idiot at the checkout without being able to pay for my purchases!

Higher prices but good selection

Very disappointed of late with the covid response. They are not requring masks even after the city of Raleigh required it starting last week, nor is there any signage saying masks are required. We also saw 2 employees walking around the store with their masks under their chin. Customer service used to be better as well. VIC prices are good, but others prices can be high. Make sure to carefully inspect the produce as some can be suspect.

Wouldnt listen to me about my store card not working, even though other workers were telling me that other students had the same problem the same day. Who ever was managing today would not listen at all, I literally only wanted my discount for my items, and they were being so obnoxious. Terrible customer service, every other grocery store would have just scanned their store card for you. Awful experience trash customer service.

One time I cut a corner too close with my cart and knocked over a red wine display and the employees were very kind to me even though I made a huge mess. Five stars.

Harris Teeter was always one of my favorite stores to shop, I just hate the one in Shelby closed.

Did not like the professionalism when I was being checked out and the manager and clerk had called me my man and buddy. They should be more respective in how they recognize and speak to a customer.

This store sells rotten and molded produce. I ordered all the ingredients to make chicken enchilada soup. I received a molded infested rotten onion that someone actually picked up, placed it in a bag, and scanned it! I guess there was no inspection of produce. Wow! One would think that with COVID-19, the safety procedures would be enhanced! This is totally disgusting. What happened to inspections or molded food being tossed out. I guess you guys have to make a profit on all items, molded or not. I still cant believe it was actually delivered. Guess who has to go out to the store for an onion. It really defeats the purpose of postmates.

Great $5 sushi

Store is OK. But worth avoiding if possible due to horrible parking situation that has only gotten worse.Not having shopping cart corals in the parking lots is not only inconvenient but means, despite already having a parking shortage, we have to wait that much longer for a new spot to clear up while the driver/shopper walks their empty cart across the parking lot back to the store and then walks back to their car...and then leaves their spot (finally!). I think they would relieve the parking problem if they actually took a few spaces out. And having four dedicated, able-bodied veteran spaces (which they doubled from two) is just an insult to everyone else in parking conditions like these. How about letting disabled people get the best spots; or parents with multiple toddlers? Bottom line, if you need to Id suggest just taking one of the ill-conceived veterans only spots.

It’s a bright and vibrant layout. Communication between the staff isn’t very consistent, but it’s a nice well rounded market all in all.
