Ive never had a bad experience. I always order hibachi. They give plenty of food. Theyre affordable and quick. They also practice social distancing.

Teriyaki chicken and hibachi shrimp was amazing! the rice was a little strange it was either undercooked or had seeds. the vegetables tasted fresh. the white sauce is really good too.

This places has ROACHES!! If you don’t mind the extra protein you will enjoy Quicken Chicken. I ordered for lunch. Picked up my food and 1/3 of a way through I found a BIG ROACH COOKED WITH IN THE VEGETABLES. I return and demand a refund Immediately!! I WILL NEVER RETURN EVER AGAIN AS LONG AS I’M LIVING ON THIS EARTH!! Not to mention, the restaurant reeks of mild dew. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I work in Kinston and decided to try a new spot for lunch today. I consider myself a chicken wing connoisseur and Ive been hearing people talk about this place quite often so I decided to try it out. I ordered a Combo #2 which is 10 wings, fries, and a drink for $8.99. Thats a pretty good deal. I got half extra hot and half lemon pepper. While the lemon pepper wings werent the best Ive ever had (not that they were bad, they were still good) the extra hot wings were very good! Nice amount of heat and a tremendous amount of flavor. The fries werent bad either and were seasoned perfectly. I would definitely eat here again!

Food was pretty good & enough to share. They charged 80 cents for water which should be free. I asked to change a side as I didnt want fries, they said no substitutions. While eating an employee came by & ask us to consider leaving a tip. Tacky. Food was good but probably will not go back.

The food was very good just wish they had more of a variety to choose from. And a few onions offer something in their fried rice... just rice and sesame seeds...

Adequate industrial-style stir fry and deep-fat fried Asian food. The Habachi chicken was fresh, cooked in clean oil, plentiful, and not salty - it came with enough vegetables to stave off scurvy and some decent fried rice.This isnt inspired cooking, but it is filling, quick, fairly cheap, and a lot easier on the stomach than chain pizza or mcNasty burgers.It wont sober you up on Friday night, but it will take the edge off of Saturdays shakes...

During my visit to Kinston (my hometown) I got take out. The food & service was excellent. I hope this restaurant will remain here for the city. Whenever, I visit again I plan to eat here.

Steak hibachi was delicious and tender, plates are full, service is excellent. Highly recommend. Price is very reasonable.

I wanted 10 wings, half Teriyaki and half Lemon Pepper. I was told no, to make separate orders for a dollar more. How do you refuse to satisfy a customer and you just Had a GRAND OPENING? To me, thats not getting off to a good start.I will come back one more time. If I have a similar experience, I am done.

This place is really overrated and overpriced. Who burn scallops and vegetable? Please do not forget the wait time for orders or eat in. Who wants to wait over 45 minutes for food overcooked and has a burnt taste. The most eye-opener was that they actually allow the white sauce to remain on the tables when it is not in use should be placed on ice or refrigerated. Look out for food poisoning reports real soon with these types of practices. Additionally, why should it be allowed to have customers using the sauces because no everyone is clean or have proper manners anyway? Please get yourselves and employees together if you want to stay in business, but I will not be revisiting your business for a fact.

Ordered a garden salad got a chicken salad did not care for the chicken on the salad

The food was good. However, the presentation was not what was pictured in the menu. No carrots or celery and no blue cheese. Hot wings are the average corporate offering (first visit-use standards). Had to ask, and almost argue for ranch dressing... My wife got the salad; not much more than a 1/4 cup of chicken and the lettuce was in large chunks, as were the rest of the veggies. Ill try again for the price, to go only as the lunch wait with only 3 customers was 20 minutes. Not going back for a sit down meal as we have the corporate lunch time: with the drive we were just on time from 5 mins away.

They was fast making it. However the young lady at register didnt get my order correct over the phone. I found out my order was messed up when i got home. Once i called to tell them she tells me i have to pay the difference. Now why should i if you messed up.. the food was on point but the customer service is jacked up. Im might just go back to Wok n Roll.

Went here with my kids last night, read good reviews. First of all, there is hardly any seating for families. There were only 2 four top tables, the rest are two top, and then seating around the bar. It was freezing in there...not sure if their heat was broken or what, but the thermostat read 54!!!! We were going to eat in, so we sat at one of the four top tables to look over the menu, then went back up to order. Once we were done ordering, there were so many people waiting for take out that they were sitting at the only four top tables available, so we ended up having to sit at the bar. We ordered our food at 6:04pm. My kids were freezing, so we decided to change our order to go. My husband also wanted something to eat, which I was going to order once our food was ready but since we decided to get it to go, I went ahead and ordered his at 6:18pm. I didnt get my entire order until 6:48pm. To me, this is a ridiculous wait time. Everyone elses orders behind mine were coming out. The prices are outrageous for this quality food. It was mediocre at best. Ninja Hibachi is Goldsboro is WAY better. This place definitely has some kinks to work out.
