I ordered on Ubereats. I ordered the Mongolian beef, moo shu pork, and sweet and sour chicken. This food is just embarrassing. Mongolian beef was all onion with 1 or 2 pieces of beef. The moo shu pork was the same story but with cabbage instead. The sweet and sour chicken was so dry it was basically dust. I will never order again!

Delivery until 3AM is worth 5 stars itself. You can order entrees extra spicy and the man who answers the phone is so nice. Love this place

Great Chinese food! I really cannot believe this place isn’t ranked higher. I get the general tso’s chicken and it is delicious every single time. The owner at the restaurant is always fast to respond and check you out once you arrive at the front door. I get the lunch size with an extra egg roll and it’s always about $10, which is a great price for the amount of food you get.

Gross!!! There was three pieces of beef and the rest was onion. Found a hair in the fried rice.

Worst Chinese food we’ve ever had. Szechuan chicken had no taste. Sesame chicken was mostly crumbs. Egg drop soup tasteless and oily. Egg rolls were mushy and had an old oil taste. Even the crispy rice noodles were awful. An absolutely inedible meal.

Summer rolls with Ramen noodles and 2 little shrimp in each one..Wasnt peanut sauce in was orange 😕..2 bite size spring rolls...Vegetarian fried rice like they thru a house salad and broccoli asked to meat and it came with egg..They REFUSED TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY ON THE DELIVERY ORDER...THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!

Very good place. If you like authentic Chinese food, ask the waiter/waitress for authentic Chinese menu, you can find many delicious dishes. However, if you like Americanized Chinese food, they also have options for you. The place is not big, but the food are pretty good.PS: parking spots right across the building, on the side.

Its a quick bite but not the best quality in the area I Have had some dry chicken before and the dishes are not consistent. For a long time during the pandemic I was trying to find a chinese/asian place at an affordable price point to order from. Most of the places around here had badly packaged food (leaky soups or sauces on the outside of containers) that was overly greasy and not very tasty. Jade Garden has had consistently well packaged food that makes me feel good after eating it. The variety of food they offer is great, and theyve become a staple for me whenever I decide to order food. Also their sweet tea is fantastic.

Food is sometimes a hit or miss. Y’all gotta do better about them dumplings man and update your menu online!! Y’all called me 20 minutes after I placed my order to tell me you don’t serve something that on your online menu. The lo mein has gotten better though.

Had ordered them for the first time and WOW! They are so amazing and on point. I literally ordered late at night and they deliver with the nicest delivery driver AND it was hot and fresh! Definitely recommend and will be ordering for now on! New fav spot!!

This is our second time ordering from Jade Garden. Food was AMAZING the first go round, hence why we ordered again. This time, this longggg strand of hair was in the noodles. So, we called to share this disgusting discovery, to be met with the reply of “we make the noodles with the hair”. Seriously?! This is the response you give??? Never ordering from here again. Terrible customer service, and obviously a lack of concern for the health of their customers. Cooking with hair, wow.

I usually love this place, I ordered online and they called to let me know about a substitution for an item I ordered they were out of and that the delivery time would be a little longer, about an hour. That was fine, but it ended up being over 2 hours when I received my incomplete order and my food was cold. I tried to call but didn’t get any response.

Do not order from here. Flavorless meals with a side of poor customer service.I just ordered via Uber Eats from here and they forgot an entire meal and a side of soup. I called and calmly explained what occurred (I was not rude bc I understand things happen). I was passed around to 2 other workers only for an aggressive worker to take my call and say “we put everything in the order if you have a problem call Uber Eats”. Then the employee tried to say the Uber driver stole the items. I again calmly tried to explain that the bag was stapled shut so there is no way the driver could have stolen anything. He kept interrupting me and insisting it was Uber’s fault and at that point I ended the call bc clearly that employee had no intent to help me. I would have patiently waited for my missing items but that was clearly not their plan. I will never order from here again.

Let’s talk ab that Shanghai spring roll! D bestest, crunchiest piece of drug I’ve ever had! So happy y’all delivery fee is only like $2 on Postmates. O and all the soup are so good!!!! Realistically priced!!!!!! Like they have good food for all budgets.

Food was quoted for 10 minutes, 45 minutes later I finally received my barely cooked food. We were only patrons at the time so I dont understand what took so long to get the food out.Food was not only under cooked but even just the smell you could tell it was old rice and not fresh food. Very disgusting and disappointing. Over-priced and not good quality.Not to mention $5 UPCHARGE for pork fried rice.Save your time and money!

I order Hibachi chicken and vegetables. It’s definitely not Hibachi! It’s more of a teriyaki style. It doesn’t taste bad but is not hibachi. Spent $2 on white sauce. It’s not the usual white sauce I’m used to. It’s sweet and taste lemony. I don’t like it. Also I ordered firecracker shrimp that are basically just very simple plan fried shrimp with a spicy mayo on the side. Pretty disappointed and probably won’t try to order hibachi from here again. I’m guessing. They are better at their Chinese foods.

I ordered food from here@ 740pm, I called at 9pm asking where is food they said it was on the way. 915pm I called GH they said that it was delivered. It had not been! I called back and they said it’s on its was 930pm and still no food! Smh customer service sucks and they lie! I can’t!

Very low quality. Everything was bland and rubbery. The mongolian beef was one entire slices undercooked onion with 5-6 small slices of beef.

Came in to pick up my to go order. The gentleman working was very nice and extremely helpful even keeping my order warm until I arrived. This was my first time inside the restaurant. Parking was not an issue since there is a parking lot on the side of the building. The restaurant did not appear busy. My food was delicious! Everything was correct, I plan on eating in next time!

Their veggie fried rice is phenomenal and appetizer fare is great (wontons, crispy noodles, egg rolls). Theyre also generous with sauces. Since this is all I eat, theyre 5 stars in my heart, but their meat dishes are somewhat lacking according to the people Ive eaten here with.Basically, order the fried appetizer stuff and veggie fried rice and youll have zero regrets.

Very mediocre food, and they got our order wrong. Ordered string beans and pork, they sent this inedible goop and bland, flavorless dumplings. Won’t order from them again.

I ordered the honey chicken 5/10 the chicken was a bit chewy hard didn’t taste fresh almost like it sat or got over fried idk but it wasn’t bad but wasn’t the best either , wontons 10/10 , spring roll 10/10 basic Chinese food delivery option which was nice I would order from them again but trying a different entree I ordered thru grub hub six minutes from my job and took and hour before I could eat it after ordering didn’t expect to wait that long considering it was down the street

It seems they have different cooks for lunch and dinner. I ordered the braised ribs for lunch and they were tender and sauced great. The next day ordered the same thing for dinner it was hard, dry and little sauce. I dont know if it just ledt over over cooked or microwaved food or the night cook just sucks but because of the inconsenstisy, I will not order again because I dont know what I will get. On top of that, the person who answered the phone was very rude about my complaints.

Dont forget l paid for the food with post mate. My money will go to others. Dont go there. Nasty customer service. Take your money to another restaurant.

Felt like some late night Chinese food. I found this place that was still open. Here are the reasons why it was so bad.. First the cashier was hard to understand over the phone. I only wanted 2 combos, when I got there they charged me $35 for about $16 worth of food. Apparently this place will not do certain combos and instead gave me 2 large General Tsos and then 2 separate small containers of fried rice. The cashier did not apologize or offer to correct this. I didnt want to be rude and walk out, so I paid it. I will never be returning to this place. This restaurant is also so sketchy, and you are not able to self serve your own sauces. There is a price list that states each sauce pack is 25 cents. No value, smells like cigarettes and on top of all of that, the food sub par. Super disappointed!

I ordered this late last night through Uber Eats and it was horrible! First my order was wrong , but that wasn’t even the worst part about it . The food was horrible tasting , OMG .. I’ve never had nasty , bland Chinese rice , and I never thought I would ever have nasty General Tso chicken before .... until now !! I was better off getting a Frozen Asian meal out of the grocers freezer...

This food is Amazing! The Jade House soup is wonderful. Love the Pu Pu Platter and Chicken wings. Weve ordered this so much recently. Deff found our new place! ❤

I didn’t even eat from here and I’m giving it a 1 Star. I deliver and it’s awful. I delivered twice from there and waited over 30 minutes on both orders. I was told “5 more minutes” 4 times. They weren’t even busy. Also love how they have a no smoking sign up yet they have a jar filled with used cigarettes on the window pane. If I could rate this place worse, I would. I didn’t want to touch the bag the food came in, much less eat from there. Really crumby, filthy place.

Fast delivery and nice portion sized Mala chicken. It is as authentic as it gets in a place like Raleigh. If anyone is missing home and wants to get a taste of home, this is one of the best places in town.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I was in the mood for Chinese and my usual place was closed for the night. So I took a chance here, and I regret it soooo much. The fried rice tasted like brown instant rice. Any of the sauces taste watered down and gross. I couldn’t even finish the shrimp and broccoli. The boneless spare ribs resemble dog food. It’s horrible, don’t waste your money!

Wait times are ridiculous, even for the simplest of orders. You could be the only one in there and wait almost an hour for your food. The inside smells like cigarettes. Food is always overcooked. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Ordered sesame chicken and donuts for my late night.I was wary of other bad reviews, but because the only other one that was open was absolutely disguting, I decided to go with this one. I ordered directly through the website. 13.02 with sesame chicken, fried rice, spring roll and 10 fried donuts are a really good deal IMO.It came 25 min later than it was supposed to, but I know that the drivers can be backlogged. The chicken wasnt crispy as I hoped, but it had plenty of meat unlke other places that have more batter than chicken breast. Fried rice was okay. donuts were good, though!

Its nice, pretty good sizes for the price. I had the red curry, and it was very spicy. I think it should have come with more rice, but Im also not a huge curry eater.

So I’m honestly worried about eating this food.First of all the customer service is AWFUL! Like awful. Idk how they have one good review unless they write them theirselves. Told me 15-20 mins fir my order. I showed up 30 minutes later..... still no food and everyone scrambled to the back. The owner comes out and says 2 more minutes. 10 minutes go by. Finally got food.... 40 minutes of prep time for this meal and $16 I would expect it to be pretty decent...and it’s not even hot.....ARE YOU KIDDING!

The food from Jade Garden tastes like the food from every Chinese food restaurant. And that’s what I was expecting. They are also open late (until 3AM Pre-COVID), so it’s convenient as well.Nothing special, but I’d order the General Tso’s from them again.

I stopped there about two weeks ago to get something to eat. It was my first time there. Let me tell you it wont be my last. I ordered there chicken wings but decided to wait till i drove home to eat them, BIG MISTAKE . Let me tell you that those wings were so good i was made at myself for not tasting them before i drove home. Needless to say i ordered more and took that drive 😂 back across town to get them. Those didnt make it back to the house. 😂🤣😂. You all should try them for yourself and see exactly what i mean.

I ordered the beef and broccoli and it was very good. The gravy was not watered down and included a very large portion of beef. The rice was separate, so the entree size was great. I will definitely order or visit again.

I read the reviews after I ordered my food but before I received it, so I was really expecting some bad stuff. But honestly I was very pleasantly surprised, it was delicious! I got miso soup and Thai curry with tofu and was thoroughly impressed. Only complaint is slow delivery time - took about an hour and a half when the estimated time was 55 minutes. But the food was fresh & hot and the driver was extremely nice and apologized for the wait immediately without me saying anything.Felt like I needed to share my pleasant experience after reading the bad reviews!

Ive ordered from this place 5 times in the last month. I cant get enough of their fried dumplings. Ive tried dumplings at other restaurants and they cant compare to the ones here at Jades Kitchen. Unbelievably good. Also, Ive ordered the General Tso, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and Sesame Chicken and theyre all 10x better than any other place Ive ever tried. The portions are large and the price is reasonable. I dont give 5 star reviews unless I really mean it. I dont usually discredit others for giving negative reviews, maybe they had a valid grievance with this place but I can tell you that the food is amazing. I will keep ordering fried dumplings from this place for as long as theyre in business.

We ate at the place. I had the chicken pad thai. It wasnt the best one in the world, but it was good. The dishes were pretty big, it was enough for 2 lunches. Boxes were styrofoam :/ We were the only people in the place (Friday 8 PM), so it was quiet and good for chatting. The place was clean and the waiter was nice. They were playing classical music, which I think is an interesting selection for that place.

Uber eats and NC state are the only reason the place is open. General Tso’s chicken was so dry the great flood couldn’t save it. Thank god April showers bring May flowers. So un-flavorful a life long smoker with his tongue removed couldn’t taste it. Make sure to soak your chicken 1hr before eating.The only thing going for this place is portion sizes. But that’s what you get when you cater to uncultured college students like myself

New management took over several months ago, and since that time its been steadily improving. Every time I get food here, the staff are incredibly polite and helpful, and the food is better and better with every order. Its not the best Chinese food in the area, but its not half as bad as the older reviews. Never tried their delivery service, but its always ready within 20 minutes and very hot when I pick it up.

I have been to this restaurant under several different managers and it never seems to change much. The food is about what you would expect from a Chinese restaurant.I had the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and it was OK. The chicken was less greasy than other places I have visited, but the rice was drier and less flavorful.

Ordered food from here for delivery. Food got here in a little over half an hour and was still hot. They also included a napkin, fork and several packets of different sauces (which a lot of delivery places dont seem to do anymore). I had the California Crispy Wontons which were some of the better ones I have tasted (I only know 1 place in the Raleigh area with better ones). I also had the Fried Jumbo Shrimp. They were good, crispy, and not overcooked. My main course was Pork Fried Rice. The Pork was extremely tasty. The rice didnt really seem fried but was still tasty and had a few pieces of onion, a couple of very small slivers of egg and about a half dozen peas. On its own I would have rated this place with 3 stars, but because the food and delivery were better than the other places around here that I have ordered from I gave them an extra star. I would recommend Jade Garden if you are in the area.

I love the late night delivery! I work night shift and its been after 1am both times Ive ordered. The first time I chose the hibachi it was not awesome. This time I ordered the BEST wonton soup and BEST cashew chicken that I have ever had! The food comes piping hot and the wait time is very reasonable.

Chicken wings were tiny, divided sections of 3 wings = 6 wings?? and for $8? I told them to keep them!!Thai chicken with veggies was good, but for the portion size it is $12.95??THIS FOOD IS WAY OVERPRICED FOR THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY...New owners are just plain greedy...wont eat there again..

Got pickup and ate in the restaurant, the food was ok, considering North Carolina, but wasnt great, if you like to pretend Raleigh is a city. Good prices, would recommend as a lunch option if you cant get to the Triangle. Friendly service (which for me means minimal service, because I like it that way)

Was never greeted although I stood in front of cashier for minutes, cashier wasnt attentive which made me feel unwelcome, waited what seemed like 30 minutes for my food (my order had been sitting on counter due to a mix up which they never apologized for), I told them it was for eat-in but food was packaged for take-out, food was not hot. Food tasted fine but its not worth the inconvenience and frustration.

I live in the neighborhood and this place is godawful. It’s honestly depressing to be inside of. Please someone replace this place with smothering worthwhile. The only thing it has going for it is it’s open til 3am. I can cook better rice in my toaster. Oh yea and it’s a karaoke bar. That’s not a bar. Go back to my second sentence.
