My girlfriend and I went to shop for engagement rings at the beginning of August. Met with Debbie, and from the very beginning I knew she knew what she was talking about. She kept my girlfriends interest, likes and dislikes, as well as my budget in mind. Took out about 10 different rings and found 3 she loved, as well as, a wedding band to match perfectly! I went and bought the 2 she loved most a few days later. Now, Im engaged and my fiance is in love with the ring. Go see debbie for anything you need! She puts your interest first, not the sale or highest priced piece. Couldnt be happier!

I dont know if my situation was just the weird one out of all the 5-stars this place has received, but omg. I am so, so upset. My now-fiance proposed to me on the 17th, and of course I said yes. However the ring ended up being too big, so we went to get it resized the next day. Someone at the store told my fiance that they were a size 5 and the ring fit perfectly on them, but when they checked, it was a 6 and 3/4?? How does that happen? The employees there apologized and rush shipped our ring and said it will be here Friday (aka. today). Spoilers: I dont have my ring. I called this morning and they said it is scheduled to be delivered today. I called at 5:30pm and Phil wanted to have a slight attitude saying this was beyond their control (reminder: THEY messed up the sizing) and that I can always come back tomorrow (Saturday). BUT they left my fiance a voicemail saying the ring wont be here till MONDAY, so either they have no idea what is going on, they are not communicating, or they are lying to one of us. Is being engaged supposed to be this uh, stressful? Again, maybe we have an oddball situation, but we are NOT happy customers. I would recommend this place to no one based on my experience, and we would never go here if we could do it all again.Also, my mother has worked at a jeweler for over ten years. Under normal circumstances, Id be patient and wait it out. No. This is not good customer service. Period. End of story. Can confirm. 11/10 do not recommend.

This Kay’s location was the first stop we made for engagement ring shopping. I found both my engagement and wedding ring here, and the jewelers have always been helpful and kind. They also offer discounts on a pretty frequent basis, so just ask the jewelers about what deals are going on or coming up. The only “complaint” I have is that they only have 2–4 people working at one time, and there can be long wait times when you visit at a busy time (like weekends).For more context on why I chose Kay’s—while I originally wanted to get a moissanite ring from somewhere online (for sustainability and affordability), Kay’s had a pretty good selection and pricing that I thought was worth it for the included warranty. I tried on around 25 different engagement rings, and the only one I fell in love with happened to be on clearance! They also helped me find a wedding ring that matched my engagement ring, as we didn’t get an official “set”. For the warranty, as long as you bring the ring(s) in every six months for cleaning and inspection, they will replace any gems that fall out. They also offer free cleanings any time you stop by!

I bought a men’s cross necklace from here at the Crabtree Valley Mall location. They have very high quality men’s and women’s jewelry here! Also by the way Ms. Leslie Luperciobullock is AWESOME!!! My fiance and I went in, shared our engagement ring preferred style and our desired budget. They were very polite and friendly and respected my budget, which we did not experience from other jewelry stores. So thank you for being honest and respectful to your customers!The staff also showed interest in my fiance and helped narrow her choices down to two rings. This was my first time visiting Kay jewelers to buy my engagement ring. Debbie, the person who helped me with choosing my ring was exceptionally helpful and thorough. She was really nice and friendly and very welcoming. She made me so comfortable with deciding my ring that I almost forgot that it was my first time doing this. She explained every details about my ring to me and my mom first time and then also to my fiance and my dad when we went to finalized the ring. I liked the quality and availability of the product. I would definitely visit again this store.

I was very pleased with the customer service received on today at Crabtree mall. A young lady by the name of Ariana did such an amazing job taking care of me. Been here several times and never had this type of experience. She was very patient, pleasant and passionate. From my understanding, she was not employed here long. I appreciate when I run across people that go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. She did just that for me. Great job ARIANA!! 😁

My wife and I went to upgrade her wedding ring for our 5th year anniversary. We explained that to the sales lady. We purchased the ring and needed to have it made specifically to fit my wifes finger, we were told that we would have it before our anniversary, 3 months later and we still dont have her ring. We have been calling but no one answers the phone. We will be paying them a visit soon. Very poor customer service!!!!

Leslie, the woman that helped us, was excellent. Not once did we feel uncomfortable with the budget we had and she understood that there wasnt any room to go out of it. She went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were satisfied with our purchase!! Not to mention the fact that we got the ring back way faster than we anticipated. We’ve been shopping with Kay Jewelers for 5 years now. My husband and I first went in for wedding rings and worked with Debbie; the rest is history. We shop exclusively at this specific location because of Debbie and Leigh Ann. They are wonderful and have become a part of our family! We now have three children and they, too, love stopping by to give hugs and kisses when we’re at the mall, whether we’re buying from Kay’s or not that day. They make this store and brand so special and we truly appreciate them both!

I went with my mom to get her three rings, two band and one main ring inspected yesterday 12/17/18. A new girl named Ariana was her clerk. She grabbed the rings and took them to the inspection station. When she came back she only handed my mom two rings back. The main ring and one band. We demanded to know where my other band had gone. They treated us as if we were lying. Then the manager Ashley Hilliard came out and said to us that we would have to leave and that if we did not, then she would call mall security. The clerk Ariana, which has only worked there for two days, proceeded to say that I had my mom had handed her two rings. The manager then called mall security to take take us out of the store. They did not address our issue. I called their claims department and is now waiting to see what happened. In the meantime now my mom is missing one band out of her wedding rings. DO NOT GO to this store. You will be dealing with thief. They do not respect their customers and instead of finding a solution they will just kick you out. HORRIBLE service and i would not recommend anyone to go there. STEER clear of the Kay Jewelry in Crabtree Valley Mall.

My wife and I had been looking around for her a new ring and she is very picky. We had been to almost every jewelry store on more than one occasion. I was so pleased with our service from the manager, Leigh Anne that she spent over an hour with us to find the perfect ring. The manager is extremely rude! My husband and I had a pretty hefty budget but apparently it wasnt enough for her. I kept looking at things a little over budget and she would make comments like, you cant afford that! We ended up walking out and took our business elsewhere, where I went over budget.

I was minding my business while I was walking around the second floor to do my exercise. But when I was walking past Kay Jewelers, some employees approached me, trying to get me to open my account with them, which I didnt want to. I told them, I didnt ask you to come up on me to try forcing me into buying diamonds from you all. So I just kept on walking because I wasnt going to lose it on them. Thank God I didnt because things wouldve gotten way out of hand and/or messier.I understand that no one in this planet earth is perfect, but the way those kinds of employees conducted business was ungodly and un-called for. Im sorry, but I cant be forced into doing something that I dont want to do. I dont like being told what I should or shouldnt do in regards to dealing with employees. They just picked on the wrong person today which got me walking away from them. I pray and hope that this incident will never happen again like it did at 4:50 this afternoon. I dont appreciate this harassment. Other than that, I say, Father, forgive Kay Jewelers of Crabtree Valley Mall, because they do not know what they do. After that, Im hoping that they might as well shut up/hush/be quiet with harassing the wrong customers or else it will cost them employment in the future.

Dont have what the website says they have. Extremely pushy on extended warranties. Really pushy. Must get commission on them its so pushy. Took longer discussing warranties than the items themselves. Not a customer friendly retailer for sure.

Love this store, the manager Leigh Ann is the best. I had a specific ring design in mind and she worked with me thru entire proces to make sure I was happy, the entire staff have been nothing but extremely helpful and professional every time we shop there, and as a side note we have been Kay customers since we first git engaged over 13 years ago.

They are very rude!!! Leigh i believe is here name will pretty much force you to open an account and then when you dont buy a ring or anything, she gets disgusted. Kays has too many sales goals from opening accounts to getting you to buy the protection plans. It just comes of very pushy. I did end up buying a ring, but the rose gold tarnished with in 2 weeks, so we returned it. Once again she was rude and made my fiancee feel uncomfortable. I tried to buy another ring from here but things didnt work out due too, me not knowing you only get a 25% overage on the first 30 days of the account. Anyways still looking for the perfect ring, probably wont be here.
