Best Jareds ever. The customer service at this location is consistently excellent with friendly staff eager to serve. On our most recent visit, Dennis and Amber went BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. They exceeded me and my husbands expectations to make shopping feasible which was challenging due to accessibility issues. By the time they were done, we were able to purchase the items we wanted without having to return them or do an exchange. Kudos to Dennis & Amber

I have made at least 3 different purchases from this store. None of them high end by any means. But still thought I was getting quality. The necklace I got for Christmas this year - already had a diamond fall out. We took it back to get repaired and that’s where it all went down hill. The salesperson was helpful and nice but still had to get things approved by Sam. Sam tried feeding me a whole lot of sales pitches on why I was being charged as much as I was. Let’s just say I could not believe any of it and just took the necklace and left. I could not believe what I was hearing so - before I went home. I stopped at another jewelry store to see what it would cost for them to repair it. In less time that it took to try to get it checked in the other jeweler HAD IT FIXED WITH A NEW DIAMOND AND CLEANED AND ONLY CHARGED ME $40. And I didn’t buy it from them. That jeweler has a new and super happy customer and I will NEVER do business with any Jared’s again!!!!!!!!

Dennis is so helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Hes not condescending or pushy. The whole time we were in there an awful woman was speaking over everyone and making a scene, he never took his attention off us. Its like we were the only ones there. Now I have a beautiful rose gold and diamond wedding band. He worked with us on an exchange and made us confident in our decision. Shout out to his family.

Sandy and Teresa are awesome. I went on my lunch to return an online purchase and there was a sign on the door that said appointments only. I called into the store and the got me right in. They could have turned me away but they didnt. I returned my purchase and Sandy also looked at a piece of jewelry that I didnt think would hold up and she gave me an honest assessment. I was in and out in about 15min. Good customer service.

Would never used Jared’s online service again!! But the folks at this store were awesome helping me fix the mess the online order caused. I bought 2 couple birthstone necklaces online for my 2 new daughter-in-loves one had the wrong engraving. I brought it to this store and they got it straight and ordered a new one. I can’t wait to get it. My daughter is engaged and when I know her wedding date I will go to this store and order hers in person

My fiance worked with the Jared location in Winston-Salem and proposed to me with a GORGEOUS custom designed 3 stone setting, emarald cut diamond ring. I absolutely love it and it is everything I ever wanted. With that being said, since we had such a great experience with Jared with that purchase, it seemed like a no-brainer that we would be using them to design/order my wedding bands. We scheduled an appointment at the Raleigh location on March 15 (our wedding was June 20th) to get started with the process. This is where things started to go wrong, even though we didnt know it at the time.We live in Raleigh so the location near Triangle Town Center was most convenient for us. On March 15th, we worked with a very nice gentleman (I hate that I cannot remember his name) on what exactly I was looking or with my wedding bands and he assured me that It would be no problem at all to have them custom made in time. He explained that he would need to hang onto my engagement ring so he could send it to the team that designs/produces custom rings so they could produce accurate CAD files based on the measurements/angles. We were told that I would be able to come back and pick up my engagement ring in 3 weeks max and that my 2 custom wedding bands would be ready in 8 weeks tops...2 weeks later, COVID hits in full force. I do not blame Jared in the slightest bit for a worldwide pandemic that absolutely nobody couldve predicted. With that being said, there are SEVERAL things that we feel should/could have EASILY be handled differently.1) We wish they wouldve contacted us and given us a chance to pick up my ring before the location shut down for quarantine... The company that we ended up purchasing my bands from said that they absolutely contacted every active client before their jewelry was locked away in a safe for goodness knows how long...2) After full lock-down for COVID, it took my husband over 7 phone calls and a total of about 6 hours on hold to be able to speak to an actual HUMAN. Even so, when he made it to that point, the customer service was just about as useful as the elevator music that he got to listen to while he waited.3) He FINALLY gets in touch with a manager in Greensboro NC that was willing to connect us directly to the Raleigh location manager. At this point we were literally 3 weeks away from our wedding. He follows up/contacts her several times to check on the status of my wedding bands and to ensure that they will be ready to be in our hands for June 20th, 2020. The Raleigh manager confirms continuously without hesitation.I eventually took over and Monday, June 8th, the manager responded to my text about timeline for the designs so I could approve them and they could begin production with a very vague ...I should have them by tomorrow based on last weeks production report :) Ill text you tomorrow once I can verify.Sounds promising, right? Wrong. I messaged her Tuesday the 9th and Wednesday the 10th to follow up because at this point the wedding was 10 days out and I was very concerned the bands wouldnt be done in time. Turns out I was correct. She gave me the run-around for several days. I messaged her in the afternoon of the 10th to see what time I could come by the store that day to approve the designs and She responded with a text saying Im on the phone with the designers now. Ill update you shortly.A couple hours later, I got a phone call from a VERY patient, understanding and genuine associate of the Jared location in Raleigh to tell me that they had been tracking the wrong rings the whole time. Mine werent even started, less than 2 weeks away from my wedding... Heartbreaking. Moral of the story? I think the manager took an extremely cowardly way out of a hard situation and she delegated the handling of a service issue to someone that certainty didnt deserve any misdirected frustration. Thankfully, a huge competitor of Jared was able to get us exactly what we were looking for literally on the spot and just confirmed the fact that we will never work with Jared again.

In May my husband upgraded my engagement ring setting and we had a good experience with our sales associate. We were greeted and helped right away. My husband purchased the extended warranty and I have been back twice to get my ring checked and cleaned. I recently received Pandora charms for my bracelet for Christmas and needed to change out a charm and return gold earrings. Well the sales associate was so nice and helpful. She helped me pick out the perfect earrings and I also went and picked out a beautiful Pandora gold/silver ring. My Pandora bracelet was cleaned along with my wedding bands. Great experience.

I had an amazing experience. I called ahead and spoke with Ealy. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the financing option I choose. I expressed to him that I was kinda in a rush and he assured me that the process will be very easy and fast. My 1yr old daughter became grumpy and Travis offers his assistance with a soft cuddly bear. Everyone was so nice and the process and was a breeze. I live my ring, thanks, you guys!

Personally, I had a great experience at this store. In fact, I have been there several times for re-sizing my our rings and buying a wedding band. The people who work there are always pleasant to deal with. The young ladies are especially nice and not pushy at all. I am one that hates being hassled and followed around in a store and hate pushy sales people. The ladies that work there take their time and allow you to thoroughly see every piece of jewelry without breathing down your neck and pushing items towards that you dont want or is out of your budget. The staff that re-sizes your rings are outstanding as well. It only has taken me a few hours to get my ring back and being someone that has no patience, that is fantastic for me! I love getting my jewelry back quickly and they have always done a good job. I really like this store and I think you will too!

I spend $450 on Pandora merchandise for a bracelet. 2 of the items were clips for the bracelet. Less than 1 month later, one of the clips were missing from my bracelet. I went in and they hid behind the Pandora replacement policy, they dont replace lost, only faulty items. Well....a clip is made to stay on a bracelet. It did not stay on the bracelet. This makes it faulty. I cannot help it that I did not see the clip fall from my bracelet. You would think that their cost in the merchandise would be less valuable than a customer who has already spent good money to buy from them and was actually going to spend a lot more at their store. I know that the merchandise was missing...and I had nothing to show for the flaw, but I dont see why they couldnt stand by their merchandise. I have the same issues with Pandora. So I will be contacting them as well.

This place has gone downhill so much. Their employees dont know what they are doing. They have new people every time Im there. They have officially lost my business.Today, I came in with my silver necklace to have it cleaned. The woman cleaned it in gold cleaner and severely tarnished it. When I handed it back to have her fix it, she asked me what it was made of. My necklace is clearly marked with 925. After she passed it off to a coworker, he removed the tarnish but handed it back with a broken chain. I spent an hour and a half in the store dealing with replacing the chain, with is covered for lifetime and shouldve been easily handled. The guy informed me that the gold cleaner is what broke my chain and that I need to be sure to tell anyone who cleans it that it is made of silver. They WORK in a jewelry store. How do they not know to look for the markings? For what little its worth, they are pleasant.

Horrible! I waited an hour to drop off an item for repair and was the next customer in line when another clerk offered to help people who had items to pickup. One woman had just come into the store to pickup her ring but when it was sized incorrectly, she was passed to the repair guy who ignored everyone standing in line and left to help her find a new ring. After waiting another 30 minutes (1.5 hours in total) I decided Id rather give my business to a store that respected their customers instead of ignoring them.

Nice staff, but priced unreasonably for services. I went to resize a basic ring, I was quoted 90$ I went inside of the mall and was charged 25$ and the job was done perfectly within 15 minuets. I am not sure why I was quoted so much here but I recommend you shop around before getting any services done here. ( I did not have any coustomer service issues when went in like I was expecting when I read the reviews before going in, I was greeted kindly and treated well during the experience)

Bought my wifes engagement ring here. When we went to get a matching wedding band they didnt have one so we found an exact match at a different store. Jared mounted the two rings together for us. Ever since then we have to fight tooth and nail to get anything done. We were assured back in August that since they did the work that everything would be ok and they would still honor the warranty I paid for. Show up today and of course no one there knows anything about it. Once again we have to fight with them to finally get things straightened out. I would recommend shopping somewhere else. These guys seem nice on the surface but they are not when things arent as easy as they believe
