If you want to be discriminated, come here , i wanted to try some lipstick with a reusable lip stick because a worker gave it to me and she told me i could try it on , then one second later a asian girl with a big mark on her eye told me to put my mask up because i was not allowed to try the lipstick. I was ok when she told me that but the way she disrespected me is another level of getting mad and dragging her , if you are the person who did this to me , i hope you are more disciplined and educated, learn how to respect the customers.

I went looking for a setting powder and had a horrible experience with customer service. There were a couple of assistants hanging around at the entrance of the store. I told them what I was looking for and one of the ladies was very mean and rude to me. She quizzed me to know if I even know what a setting powder is. Her demeanor changed only after she realized that I use some other high-end products.Would not recommend this store if you are looking for some help from staff.

I went into the store trying to find a specific lipstick. I was ignored by all staff members. Eventually a staff member asked if I needed anything. I asked where I could find MAC products. The lady was really rude and told them they don’t sell MAC. She was incredibly rude and impolite. I left the store in tears. Will not be returning to this store again. Ulta is so much more friendly.

Their Covid-19 regulations are on point just like their customer service and inventory. I come here at least once a month and I’ve never had a bad experience, I always get asked if I need help whenever I am browsing and the check out line moves fast.

I want to say that I DO NOT know anything about makeup... Never been big on it, but I wanted to blend my lacefront wig with my skin tone and my cousin said that I could get help with that....and she was absolutely right! Alexys was so friendly and helped me with everything I needed. She was able to match the powder I needed on the first try & she was able to answer all of my questions and she was very patient with me. She even advised that some things really werent needed which saved me some money. I had questions about eyelashes & once again....extremely helpful and explained the best way that it could be used. I will definitely be returning. Air hugs to Alexys!

Love Sephora. I always find it hard to find someone to help me though. I feel like I spend more time than I should just trying to find what Im looking for. If you do find someone to help you, theyre always wonderful, its just that if you dont hold on to them, and turn your back for a second, theyve moved on to someone else and then youve literally got to find another person and start all over.

My friend went to get a foundation and it took forever to get someone to help him , she then told him she didn’t know how to match and he said that was fine , there was no sponges or anything so he had to use his finger which is fine , she then asked “do you do drag?” He didn’t like the comment but he’s too nice to say anything , she didn’t really help at all but he was okay with it , she then said that she would take the foundation to the front so he waited in line and once he got to the front they said that there was no foundation there so he had to go back and search for it and get back in line. He’s too nice to leave a review but I wish I was there to pull a Karen 🤣

At this location the assistants are friendly helpful and nice. Thank you for your help.I recommend this location.

My fiance doesnt like guns but she can tell you the best places to buy them just because I love them so much. LIKEWISE - I can tell you this is the best place to buy makeup! And I was impressed with their social distancing and safety procedures.

I come here weekly and the customer service is outstanding consistently! Its also a safe space if you dont know much about makeup or you are learning. They will hold the basket for you, recommend items and make sure you are taken care of. (My preferred Sephora store)

My foundation was sold out in the store. A very helpful staff member ordered it for me and it was delivered to my house in 2 days.

I accidentally threw out my receipt to do the official review so I’ll have to do it here and hope it still gives Lisa credit. I go to get makeup about every 1 to 2 years (yes years) because I really wear it. I’m extremely naive when it comes to make up and every time I’ve gone in it’s been a wonderful experience. I walked in and told the man at the front I needed help with everything, top to bottom, and he called for Lisa. She was wonderful and slowly talked me through everything but never once made me feel incipient. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you again Lisa!

If you need to be correctly color matched, go here and ask for Suzanne!! I usually end up color matching myself, its been hit or miss with MUAs over the years. Suzanne has THAT EYE for color!!! She listened to my make up needs, the products I currently use, and she was able to eyeball my color match EXACTLY, without the digital tool. She found the perfect combination to create the look I wanted. I asked her to help me create a light make up look, buildable for day to night wear, and it had to cover my blemishes without being cakey. She found exactly the right products! Also, Amanda will point you in the right direction to treat yourself! She knows A LOT about all the products there and the current trends. Thank you!

The staff are really rude. When we asked for help locating an item a staff member just pointed in a direction and said over there, when we still couldnt find it she was directing our moves like to your right, down one shelf. The store had me and my friend and 3 other customers in the store and they were all together. More than 2 staff members were behind the counter with no one in line to check out, and a couple on the sales floor. I would think that someone couldve walked over and help us. That store can use some customer service training.

I had my first experience yesterday with Ms. Lisa. I dont wear makeup but the way she transformed me took my breath away. It was my Birthday yesterday and she made it even more special. If you are looking for an amazing makeup artist please visit Lisa cause shes amazing with her hands. Will definitely be going back to visit her real soon

I was told that the best thing about a Sephora store is that they have such a variety of makeup and were so helpful. I went in (almost 2 hours drive one way from my home) looking for a new makeup line. I was prepared to spend the money to try an entire new line however when I got there they repeatedly asked me which brand I wanted to try.... well guess what that’s why I went to this store. I wasn’t sure and wanted advice from professionals and they couldn’t help me. I told them that I was unsure but was prone to breakouts and wanted good coverage that lasted all day. The lady told me that nothing lasted all day and every brand could make people breakout. Clearly that was NO help! I went in willing to spend whatever was necessary to find a good product and left empty handed.

I came here yesterday just to pick up a few things and a wonderful lady named Suzanne helped me, she is amazing! The time she spent helping me find the right products for my skin and she even gave me a facial, also did my makeup wonderfully. This lady is really awesome! Ive never had such great service and someone that seemed to care about what products Im buying and actually knew what she was talking about. If you stop by here ask for her you wont be disappointed!

The staff dont know what brands the store carries. I asked one about whether they carry Pat McGrath Labs makeup. I already knew the answer was no but the sales clerk looked completely confused. This is very high-end makeup that she should have at least heard of before since she works in a makeup store. Also, when looking for face moisturizer, the makeup consultant spent no more than 2 minutes with me, failed to answer my question regarding the ingredients in a product she was trying to sell me, then moved on to another customer. These kids simply do not know the products they are tasked with selling.

Worst customer service ever. At the counter I reminded the checkout associate to apply my 10% discount. The lady said she put it on there. Fast forward, I get home and check my email receipt. The 10% was NOT applied. Customer service number did NOTHING. The STORE did nothing. Even though it was THEIR mistake they told me that I needed to bring everything in and return everything. BS! I dont live around there, I was in town for THAT day! They want me to fly down and return the items? They cant give me $10 in store credit? (I used a GIFT CARD anyways). Ive been a loyal customer for YEARS and Im BEYOND ANGRY. DISGUSTING. Its the principle. Your mistake Sephora? You fix it.

Customer service was disgusting. I had an appointment at the beauty bar for a 15 min eye makeup demonstration . The lady was rude and the makeup done was even worse . Even being a novice , I can do better makeup on myself . The makeup person was non co-operative and never smiled for once . I ended up looking pathetic and the experience was terrible . Never going back there.

I took my daughter to Sephora for a makeover as part of her Christmas gift. I wanted her to learn to apply cosmetics correctly and in an age appropriate manner. Jewel was our makeup artist and she was absolutely fabulous! She took her time and explained each step and application. She then helped my daughter shop for the essentials. My daughter and I were thrilled with the makeover. I highly recommend Jewel at Sephora. Thank you so much for this memorable experience.

I am really impressed with the way this company went above & beyond to correct a negative experience that I had in the store. The store manager, Elana, contacted me to offer a way to make up for my previous visit. Both Elana & Amanda S. were extremely helpful in matching me to the right foundation & made me feel pampered & valued as a customer.

I love the employees here, theyre very nice and always offering to help. Even on busy days I can typically find someone to help me. I do wish it was easier to find some products but nonetheless its a great store

Doesn’t even deserve one star honestly. This was my first time shopping here and I must say that it was by far the WORST customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I walked into the store and although one of the workers was right there I was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I approached her to tell her that I needed to be matched for a fenty foundation, she handed me a buzzer and told me to go up to the area once it went off. The buzzer went off a few minutes later and I go up, there are two workers standing there(one male one female) so I had no idea which to go to. I tell the lady that it’s going off, she doesn’t say ANYTHING! She took it out of my hand then walked over to the foundation STILL NOT SAYING A WORD. I follow behind her (honestly should have left the store then). She looks at me, grabs a foundation and tries it on my skin. DOESNT OFFER A MIRROR FOR ME TO LOOK. I asked about the foundation oxidizing and she said “looks fine to me” then asks if I want the concealer too and walks away. Because I’m not sure how much of the foundation she applied and she practically scrubbed it into my skin , I couldn’t tell where it had been applied. Now I have to take time out of my schedule to go BACK to the store and return the foundation because it doesn’t match. Seriously if you don’t love your job GET A NEW ONE!

This place Racially profiled me and my best friend by an unprofessional Sales lady named Lisa. She didnt asked if we needed any assistance and treated us like 2nd class citizens. I dont recommend this company.The DIVERSITY TRAINING didnt work.

Bought the makeup I went in to get and wanted to get my lips done since Ive never been good at finding a color that looks good with my skin tone. Sat and waited 20 minutes and no one was able to help me. Employees would see me and walk right past me. This same thing happened when I went in with my friend 2 days ago. Very upset with their you dont belong here atmosphere. Will not be going back.

Love the amount of make up and selection. Has anywhere from basics to advanced products. Price wise isnt so budget friendly, more of a splurge place unless you make really good money. The staff is very unfriendly. I have been outright ignored several times when I ask for samples or help. I feel like unless you dress super nice and are all done up they think you dont have money and wont bother with you. I have gone in with scrubs on after work and been ignored so take it from there. I have better places to spend my money if this doesnt change.

I walked in 15 minutes before closing looking for an item and Staff was super friendly and helped me find what I was looking for very quickly, without making me feel rushed about the time. My first time in the store and maybe my last. Me and my boyfriend walked in and no one offered to help or greeted us, all we got were stares. My boyfriend then politely said “excuse me” trying to get the girls attention and she continued to walk past us without saying a word and pushed us off to another employee mouthing words and making hand gestures which I thought was very disrespectful. Fortunately the lady she pushed us off to was very kind and willing to help.

I had two ppl that was so helpful because i am completely not in tune with my under tone. But im so glad they were there to help.

Only give 3 stars due to crowds. Definitely not sephoras fault, just hard to shop if you dont know what your looking for.

The Sephora location in Crabtree Valley Mall is packed from wall-to-wall, but is kept very clean and well-organized. Its very convenient to other stores, stocks new products quickly, and is filled with friendly, helpful staff who are more than happy to assist.

I gave a three star rating for Sephora itself because when I first walked in the store, the ladies upfront did not greet me, or ask if I needed help!HOWEVER, the young lady Alaina gets a 7-Star rating because she diligently helped me find the foundation for my skin (Woman of Color) which I got compliments! She needs a raise ASAP! Much success Alaina! Hopefully this gets to her.

This Sephora is okay. They usually have items I’m looking for in stock . The only con I would have to say is that when I go to color match their not usually the best , it just depends on who you go to.

I was trying to write a review and tell people how amazing the manager is at the Sephora in Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh, NC. I live on the coast of NC and drove to Raleigh for a day of shopping. I visited the store to get some items I needed and after a long day of shopping I accidentally left my purchase in another store I visited. That store returned it to the Sephora store in the mall. The manager at your store looked up my information from the receipt and called me to say that someone returned the items to their store. She offered to send mail it to me at my address on the coast. I thought I had lost the items and was out over $100 in purchases. She was amazing and friendly so wanted to give her credit for going above and beyond. I’m in the customer service industry and would like to give her due credit. Please thank her again for me and appreciate what a valuable employee she is. If I could provide a review, I would give her and the store 5+++. Great experience!

Went in the Sephora at Crabtree as a VIB MEMBER with the intent to buy all new makeup for summer. I had a few things in mind that I was looking for, such as a certain coverage and summer shades that would need to be color matched. Im assuming they didnt want me to buy new foundation, a contour kit, new lipsticks, and a new mascara like I had planned because the girl who Helped me, didnt help at all. She put powder contour on my face and rudely asked me several times if I was watching in the mirror like I needed her to show me how to do my makeup. She spent about five minutes with me and didnt even get me close to considering the pitiful product she put on my face. She had a terrible attitude, not to mention her breath. As a VIB, I am supposed to get free full makeovers, but just got a powder dusting instead. Apparently she didnt want to make a sale. I will not be returning to this Sephora because of this specific experience.
