I go here all the time. The people are friendly and helpful. The prices are fair. They just expanded too so now when I go back I have to see all the new things they have available.

They had exactly what I was looking for. Even though I interrupted her from whatever she was doing, Angie was super helpful and patient in helping me find the correct hair. She even helped me match my color.

This was my first visit to this beauty supply store. Im a License Cosmetologist almost 30 yrs and the young saleslady was following me around in the store. I was in SHOCK but she never came up to me and asked if she could help me find something. It goes back to BLACK WHILE SHOPPING Im so sick of this. Lets be clear Im not taking anything from anybody without paying because I love my freedom. I pulled out my Cosmetologist license & and my AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD and let her know that IM GOOD, GOOD ALL DAY EVERYDAY. NO need to follow me my Mom raised me right. I know all the Ten Commandments. I let her know to go try that with the real criminals. I left the store upset but didnt purchase anything. When will it stop.

They have everything that I usually have to go to two or three different beauty supplies to look for! The staff is personable and helpful; everyone treats you like a friend! The prices are reasonable and their loyalty program is a plus! I only wish I lived in this side of town so that I could go here easily more frequently. It’s definitely worth going out of my way for, sometimes, though. Thanks, ibeauty management and staff.

I LOVE this place. I live in Charlotte but when I come to visit family in a Raleigh I always try to make a stop here. Even if I dont need anything I will stock up on my favorite products because they are so inexpensive. Beauty blenders especially!! Its a lot cleaner and more organized than most beauty supply stores. The staff is very friendly and professional. They let you shop without feeling like youre being watched. Its just a great experience! Like Target for beauty supplies! I highly recommend!

I usually go to the Beauty supply store on South Saunders. This store was a big change and had an amazing selection of goods. The store was very organized and as other reviews have said, I feel like a kid in a candy store. I especially love that they carry NOW essential oils and their other products. I wished they had the full range of their oils, like sandalwood. Great customer service and selection.

First of all when I walked in the girl at the counter said How are you let me know if you have any questions. So I said I did and it was personal and she was ringing up a male customer and asked me again. So I went up to here when she was finished and acted like she didnt want to help me. And then Lily omg was a live savior. She helped me so much pick out the perfect wig and gave me so many details that I didnt even now. I was so happy with this purchase and all her information. The staff is very professional. Walking around the store can be a bit overwhelming in a good way. There are so many products to choose from, and I dont know where to begin. I come into the store for one item and end up leaving with several items. I like the set up in the store; its very spacious. I feel very welcomed.

Great selection! The employees are very down to earth, but will follow you if you are dressed casually. I was treated with more respect when I began speaking and didnt possess the vernacular that one would assume. The attendant hung up her video call and actually began to help me, instead of just repeating that I probably wont find the wig that I was looking for. They probably sold out. The young male thay supervises the store is very cold and lacking customer service skills.

My visit to the I Beauty store yesterday was great and it is really nice inside. The team that works there are very nice and friendly. Im so excited to know that there will be a new store opening close to home and I will be shopping there for my hair supply needs!

Great store, great products and prices however, I did not have that warm welcoming hello that I normally get this morning, 10/25/17. No biggie but, she seemed very pleasant over the phone as she handled calls, but when I go to check out, not even a hello, thank you or good-bye. Just a $1.07. I don’t think people understand that apart from taking your money, a pleasant demeanor is a win for customers. There are plentiful beauty supply stores in the area and the customer can easily take their business elsewhere. This is not the first time experiencing this kind of ‘customer service’ from this particular cashier at this store. I hate to feel like they’re doing me a favor by having my business.

My favorite beauty supply store where everyone is helpful and courteous♥️I had a small issue with the card reader and the manager not only made sure to fix it before I left the store but later called to apologize for the inconvenience and thank me for being a customer🙂I love the membership deals and specials!! After a bad experience at another location, I left and came here. Walked in the door, the employee was standing behind the counter taking a sip of water. She stopped as I walked in, looked, and took another sip. Never spoke, nothing. I walked right back out. If I am not good enough for you to speak to or acknowledge, even with a wave if you are sipping water, I dont see why my money would be good enough for me to spend here.

I really enjoyed shopping here! I discovered this place after the beauty supply store I usually shop at didnt have the type of hair I was looking for (Janet Collection Afro Twist Braid). The store I typically shop at often seems to be somewhat disorganized and things are hard to find. Customer service isnt always the best either, and I had to ask several times about the product I was looking for. This place is like a 180 degree difference! Its clean, organized and a staff member actually approached me to ask if I needed help looking for anything. I was able to find what I needed in much less time. I think this store will become my go-to for my hair care needs!

If I could I would leave 0 stars. They dont have any customer service skills, they have no help so your just waking around looking crazy wondering how much hair is. The owner or who ever she is walking around looking at you like your crazy and wanna rob the place. The cashier girl rude and needs a customer service class. I want return to this store

The absolute best beauty supply store in the city. Clean, organized, and HUGE! I literally pass several beauty supply stores just to shop here.

Not happy right now. They advertised buy wig in month of March get wig of equal or lesser value for $10 in April. Employees did not know about it told me to take picture of ad and receipt for proof. I did everything I was suppose to left client so that I can make it there before close on April 1st. Picked out 3 wigs I wanted and now they come up with something about a voucher they will send once I send pic on Facebook. If they told me that or had that in the posting I would have been completed it. Very irritated wont be paying any more attention to their posting especially if they cant explain the process to staff members. I left review on their Facebook page also, but dont public can see it. I think others should be warned and they should do better job of informing employees of specials they are running. Staff meeting/email/anything besides customer informing the about it SMH.

Ive been shopping here about a year now. This location offe4s free memberships. As a member your privy to more discounts, sales, most importantly you earn points for every purchase. After you reach 200 points (i believe) you can start using the points for$$ off your purchase. You can use 20 points per transactionsl. Each point is equaluvant to $1. So thats $20 off your purchase!!! Love this store never had any issues. I just wish they would get the dome caps I like to use when I make my wigs. I have to go another hair store just for this specific wig cap.

This was the worst experience of my life. I purchased lace front glue for $19.99. I made it clear to the clerk that this was my first time buying glue for wigs so I didnt know which one to get she showed me a glue they had behind the counter and referenced it to got2b Glu. I did hear g2bg was a good product so I said ok cool. She showed me the bottle and I read it as 9.99. Anyway I took the product home never used it just sat it with the things out of the bag and read my receipt. While reviewing my receipt the receipt quoted $19.99. I went to take the product back for an exchange, mind you I never opened it and I had my receipt and was told no exchange bc there are ghetto ppl pouring products out of a tiny hole and filling it with other products. I spent $89.00 in iBeauty and I honestly feel this is a horrible policy .Im never shopping there or recommending anyone else to either.

I spent over $90 and noticed once I got home that I was missing some of the items that I purchased. I called back to see if I they had forgotten to hand me that bag, and was told It was not there. They did not try to accommodate or work with me as a customer at all. They dismissed my claim and I will never shop at iBeauty again.
