Was in on the morning of Monday 9/13/21 and the lady working on her own was very rude. Very disappointing.

I am in town and visited the store today just to browse. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I was surprised with a generous gift when the founder and owner of the Virtue line surprised me in the store! What a pleasant shopping experience in a happy place. Thank you Brian and staff.

Located right next to Vineyard Vines in North Hills Mall. It’s good for specialty and higher-end products for men and women. They have a vast selection of men’s skincare, like Jack Black and Kiehl’s. Customer service is nothing special. No paper receipts here, just email. So if you need one, don’t forget to tell them because the last time I went the sales rep just slid my card and I was on my way out. I didn’t like the overpriced Kiehl’s soap, so I would’ve returned it, but kind of hard with no receipt.

I came a couple of days ago in search for a skin therapist, because they do have a spa. I met Santana and received their Modern Facial! I haven’t had a facial in almost a year, so I’ve been long overdue. The esthetician there is amazing! She was so gentle and knowledgeable. She answered every single question I asked regarding my skin and skin care routine. We ended up adding on a eye contour treatment. The complete facial experience was relaxing and I can’t wait to come back in a few months.

Walked in and asked about spa treatments and got a brochure... It felt like a here you go educate yourself... I was hoping for details on massage therapy sessions, facial treatments, subscriptions and so forth. If perhaps I may have been treated less dismissive this review would have 4 stars. Nevertheless, my wife got really good info on hypoallergenic facial products.

This store always has the best in the beauty industry- Trish McEvoy, NARS, Virtue, Smith & Cult, etc. I have sensitive skin and was shown many options, in addition to getting some great samples to try. Also, they always offer a touch up on my makeup before I leave and I always learn new things. Great, informative staff- the manager is great with customer service and I’m really picky about those things. Haven’t tried the spa yet, but was told which services would be helpful for my skin.
