Dont bother going to the minute clinic for anything but Covid. I went after being sick for a week. I tested negative for Covid and they wouldnt test me for anything else. They told me I hadnt been sick long enough for medication (8 days). So I came back 3 days later. They still didnt attempt to figure out what was wrong with me and sent me home with antibiotics. Waste of money and time. They do not care about their patients.

I visited this store to pick up a prescription on August 25, 2021 and was appalled that one of the employees working in the pharmacy was not wearing a mask- this was the week after the Wake County mask mandate went back into effect. There were two people I could see working in the pharmacy at the time, and the tech who helped me was wearing her mask. (I presume the unmasked man was the pharmacist on duty). As a medical professional, it baffles me that they chose to set a poor example for protecting public health, especially for the customers they serve, who are often sick! CVS should take the health and safety of its customers more seriously.

I was helped by the pharmacist Randy today and oh boy what a nice guy he is , helpful, knowledgeable, and very courteous . I came to this CVS store because my regular store - different chain - didn’t have what I needed but because of the service quality I will move my prescriptions to this CVS store . Thank you Randy .

Im glad theres a CVS right here, in this super convenient location. I probably stop in once a week to buy work-related incidentals. Over the last 3 years since opening, Ive noticed an improvement in staff quality and responsiveness. Ive never had to wait long for help or to check out. I get my one Rx delivered for free, so I havent used the pharmacy at all. I have noticed there is often a long line for the pharmacy drive-thru (and almost never a queue at the pharmacy inside). So depending on what you need, and how willing you are to get out of the car, your experience may differ.

Just tried to by a bottle of wine on my way home at 12:40 pm and the cashier says they dont sell alcohol after 11pm. Last I checked in NC you can buy alcohol till 2am. Clearly pushing their idea of when its appropriate to drink....even though I wanted it for tomorrow... which is my business. I dont like shopping at places that try and force ppl into their values. Also, this location is dingy and dank.

Called in to transfer a prescription today. I spoke with Nicole who helped me in a matter of minutes and was extremely kind and helpful with what I needed. Great service!!!

Y’all really need to have a drivethru that you can get out of bc I have been stuck in this for over 45 minutes now and it’s absolutely absurd. It’s taking 20+ mins per car. Cannot fathom why that would be. Infuriating.

Tried to get a covid test. Arrived 15 min early. The pharmacy line had about 5 - 6 cars in it. I waited in that line for 35min and only moved up one car. I cannot imagine what would take so long. I understand that they may have been understaffed but if so, hire more people! Put more people on the schedule for days you have a lot of covid testing (I made an appointment they knew I was coming). Ended up canceling. If it takes 35min per car Id have been there all day. Insane.

Waited in line for an hour to get a covid test for the pharmacist to tell me his camera is down and he couldnt take a picture of my insurance card so I couldnt get tested. He wouldnt even enter it in manually. I was told I would have to come back and wait in the line again to get my test. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences Ive had. Please do not go here.

I called the night pharmacist to fill a pet prescription and he delivered for me while saving me hundreds of dollars; highly reccomended!

This is the first Pharmacy that Ive been to in years sad feels like your neighborhood pharmacy. Awesome staff very intelligent and super helpful could not go wrong taking your business here

Tonight we had an immediate need for a prescription for my son and Dr. Don had it ready in no time and was so extremely pleasant to engage with all at 9:30 on a holiday weekend Sunday night! Best pharmacy experience to date in the Raleigh area.We will be switching everything to this location. Well done Dr. Don. Welcome to the Lake Boone neighborhood.

I dont think I have ever left a poor review for a business but I am extremely frustrated with a situation that I had this evening with this CVS. I was trying to think of a way to blame CVS as a company and not this particular location, but the more I look into it, the more upset I am with this one. I dropped off film to be developed last fall and I was told I would receive a call when they were ready. I was in no rush for them, so I didnt mind waiting for however long they would be. I waited about a month and called to ask about their status and I was told they were not ready yet, but again was assured I would receive a call. Months have passed and I never did receive that call. I know I maybe should have continued to check on them myself, but I was sure I would just hear from them, and with the holidays happening, I just didnt get the chance to keep checking. I went in this evening and the gentleman working there told me, with very little sympathy, that they were shredded after 90 days and had been ready since the middle of August. I know there is nothing he can do about it, but I just dont understand first, why I never received that call (my number was correct because he looked up my order with my number) and second, why they told me they were not in fact ready when I called in September. When I got home, I checked my call log on my phone and found proof they I had indeed called to check on them in September. If I never received a call in the first place, I feel like they should have personally called me to at least warn me they would be shredded. I can assure you, I will not be visiting this CVS again. I am so incredibly mad about this. I just dont know what to do about it.

Covid test on Monday, no result after 6 days. Useless.

I spoke to Henry (in the Pharmacy) & he was very knowledgeable, polite, & helpful. Hes a real asset to CVS!**I just wish that CVS accepted Tricare, since they are the only 24-hour Pharmacy in Raleigh!!**

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I have called 5+ times and told them upon picking up my Prescriptions that I do NOT want anything on readyfill or on scriptsync - they assure me they will fix it, then a week later, I get a call that I have medication ready when I’m nowhere close to finishing the current bottle. Or that they have filled three pills to get me to a date to pick them all up at once, which once again, I do not want. I just got another call today saying my RX is ready when I called YESTERDAY to have them backed out because I don’t need them. I have transferred out, I would rather drive 30 mins to pick up my prescriptions than get one more useless phone call.

Love that this location is 24 hours. Living nearby this has been a go-to place on many occasions. Ive always been greeted when I walk in and have always found the store clean with professional staff!

I use to go CVS on Six Fork, however, I stop in this CVS and the friendliness atmosphere is great. The pharmacist is friendly, caring, just plain nice. I can say a lot about this CVS. I switched. Go see for yourself.

Nothing special!I’m sure the employees are very nice. But aesthetically CVS’s buildings nothing specialKinda dated inside and out, but it’s like most I’ve seen.

This CVS is very well ran, with a large variety of merchandise that is always in stock. The staff always asks if you need help. This is an excellent place to shop for newer items as it is a big store.

Mr.Chris was very Nice and helpful said it could be done in 15-20 mins and he kept his word thank so much because i was in a hurry

Was in the area, had a headache, figured why not go into this CVS, was greeted by this super nice man, Frederick, actually came OUT of his little section to greet me and ask him what I needed, I said Just some Advil I guess, he said Sure! Its over here and pointed me into the aisle I needed to be in, obviously thats what every employee should do, but often we dont see that these days. Super clean environment, and now my headaches gone!Thanks CVS!

Extremely disappointed in the lack of leadership and customer service at this location. Not all customers are greeted and treated with stellar customer service. The people at the register are young and inexperienced when dealing with customer concerns and in providing resolve. An adult, senior manager should be accessible at all times. The store manager is always off or so focused on stocking the shelves that you would never know he is the manager. The manager doesnt possess great customer service qualities therefore his employees think it is acceptable. The pharmacist and his team are amazing and it seems to be the only cvs open 24 hrs, in the area. Otherwise, dont waist time stopping by. I will always go miles away from to avoid that store. They need training and assistance with taking care of a customer and being genuine and nice to all customers, not just some.

I am finished with this pharmacy location-wide. I have been a member of their Extracare program for years. I have come to realize every time they run a 40% discount they put almost every item in the store on a Buy-one get second at 50% off. You can seldom use the 40% on daily needed items ... this is it CVS Im through with you ... WERE DONE

Waited 3 weeks for one 5x7 photo to come in. After two and a half weeks of waiting and three separate visits to the store, the manager finally said that he would check to see if it was in the mailbox, but then came back and said he couldnt find the mailbox (lol what?). How do you lose a mailbox? Super rude guy.The kid behind the register was really nice though; complimented me on my Nike Roshs. Made me feel good.

Useless and lazy staff. I had to call my doctor and have my scripts transferred when they were sold out and the staff refused to help.

This place is horrible,. Especially the big fat manager named Jen, she is rude and disrespectful. And the little girl of middle Eastern decent that they have at the counter, I think her name is sumerrai or something or other, she is such an idiot that she cant even help you properly, I mean just plain out stupid, you WILL HAVE A PROBLEM if you go to this place.

Large selection, helpful staff, clean and inviting store!

Didnt have the products I wanted and the manager was a jerk - took ten minutes and three calls for him to come up to the front to help a customer, and then he yelled at us for holding up the line when we stopped to chat to the employee who helped us tremendously. The employee who helped us named Frederick was chill though.
