Busy location. Went on a Saturday or Sunday. Adequate parking. In a secluded location, so quiet. The store seems a little cramped for space in between isles. But the selection of drinks was good. Service was helpful and courteous. Prices were fair. Would definitely visit again if in the area. Recommend to others to get your favorite drinks and even a few liquers.

So I am 40 years old born 1981 with gray hairs and went with my husband to this store as my husband was buying a whiskey for himself and went to the counter to pay but he couldnt because they wanted my ID as well when we got to the counter to pay at the cashier. He was the one purchasing the whiskey and I was only standing by his side. There are no signs outside their door about this policy of needing to ID everyone who goes inside the store even if they arent making a purchase. Its stupid and inconvenient. I wasnt making the purchase and I dont drink whiskey. I had left my wallet in my car. So the cashier said then we cant sell you anything and you will have to go to another liquor store. So as they turned our businesses down we will not be going there ever again. So they preferred lt lose 2 customers.

The manager told me they would not serve me because I had a bandana and not a mask. He also tried to tell me I was inebriated but could not say the word. So a manager of an ABC is not able or does not know how to say inebriated. Wow give them a little power and now they are telling you what masks are acceptable and telling sober people they are ?

I always joke when they ask if I want the receipt, that I dont need any evidence of my trip! Even while enforcing the rules and regulations, they do it with humor, laughs and a willingness to offer up suggestions regarding the spirits! Not just at this location but all within the wake county area.

A little bit of relaxation how about that 😊 but dont overdo it, never Drink & Drive Please.

As ABC stores go, this one is pretty good. It is a little small, so theyre not as stocked on the harder to find items, but their regular stock is typically full. The few times Ive found something not on the shelf, the employees have been happy to look in the back. Overall, its the employees who make this place nice. The only thing I have to mark down on really isnt their fault. They get very busy in the evenings around 5pm and their only 2 disabled spots are regularly taken by people without placards (yes, Im disabled, so its a huge PITA for me to have to park on the other end of the lot for an able bodied person to get their liquor quicker).

Good selection of beverages and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a recommendation dont hesitate to ask them. Normally they are pretty on point!

I’ve never had a bad experience here, but I’m going to specifically post about my visit on 5/10/2021 around 6:20 PM. I needed club soda to accompany my drink (which they do not have) but the gentlemen at the counter were so pleasant. Having lived on the West coast for a while I missed the southern hospitality in which they embodied. The crew here is always helpful and respectful!

I have been coming to this location for several years now, it is not the most appealing location, but I am always surprised by how well stocked it is. There are still times I have to find a different store when looking for something more rare. But the staff has always been helpful, even calling other stores to help me locate what I’m looking for.

Well stocked, but some things were over priced by at least $10! Im from Cali so not used to spending as much. They could use a better selection of Margarita Mixers, like say organics for us Foo Foo Girls! Not everyone likes preservatives!!

I was going to just let this issue be, but I woke up this morning and it still bothered me. Im glad some and it seems most had a great experience here. I had a great looking experience, but when it came to making my purchase the rude cashier rushed me when I was asking about a specific airplane bottle I had never purchased it before and didnt know what it looked like and the guy literally just held his hand out, open palm repeatedly indicating the shelf, and then had a hurry up tone in his voice. I understand it was Friday at 7, and he was probably ready to go, but I just got off work and was trying to making an easy going purchase so I could go home and relax. Nice store and all but this individuals customer service was unacceptable. His attitude definitely fit the location of this store.

These guys are some of the nicest guys! The staff were polite and fast, the store is clean and never a long wait in line! Stock with everything your taste buds desire in adult beverages.

Ok, first off, great selection. Had the libation of invigoration I was lookin for. One star deducted for the lack of alphabetical order.

Even though it were placed they got people in and out as fast as possible and plus they wont allowing people to enter without a mask that were a plus....

Drove from Sandford, it was worth it. They had what I was looking for and the shelves were not naked.

Smaller store than others. More limited selection but still have plenty of options (main name brands). Clean and good customer service.

Found my favorite pharmacy in Raleigh North Carolina got my snakebite medicine

They have most of what I request here, very crowded most of the time and the parking lot is like a crash derby race getting In and out of here. I dont enjoy going to this ABC store but it is so close to my route its hard not to.

Probably the busiest ABC store in Raleigh.

I actually just went here to get boxes for moving. This is a pretty busy store from what I gathered. I would arrive close to when the store opened and there was a steady flow of customers.The staff were professional, respectful and helpful too! The store was kept up nice and had a nice aroma too. Overall, I would say, the store looked more upscale compared to other ABC stores!

Great store, right off the beltline, just off Capital Blvd. There are always people in there when I go, but the line moves quickly. Plus they have a great selection of 8 and 10 packs of airplane bottles, which I always get for our annual adult Easter egg hunt. They seem to have Stoli (Stolichnaya) vodka on sale often and the half gallons have been having 2 bonus airplane bottles attached. Great store!

Worst liquor store Ive ever been to in my life. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They are so worried about people stealing from them that they dont take care of their customers. I will gladly drive 20 mins to Clayton ABC store because they are actually nice people.

Location offers a lot of choices and is in a decent location. Safe location and security system seems good.

Good store be very packed on Fridays but the lines move very fast so your in and out. The only thing i would say would be that they get a bigger parking lot.

My dad went to the store to buy a tequila and when my dad took his debit card out to pay the lady in the register the lady ask him for his ID he is 60 years old and my dad ask her why do we need my ID and she said because I want to make sure your debit card is your. My dad works really hard so he can spend his money and not be stealing somebody else debit card. I hope she gets fired for not treating customers appropriately
