Yeah this is by far the least professional shop I’ve been to. It is packed with young employees with little to No experience with vapes. One young man tried to sell me the wrong coil. He also broke my vape trying to take it apart!! When I asked to speak to a manager they said that I should come back another week.They were also very disrespectful and hostile!

My favorite store! The team is always friendly and accomodating, patient and ready with a sense of humor. Yes is yes and no is no..perfect blend of neighborhood professionalism! Lol..nothing to dislike but the parking but heck yeh -they are SO worth it!

The advertising for the store said open until 10 or 11 pm on the web. I showed up at 8 pm money in hand and the employee was very rude. I have referred many people to your business. You have forever lost my business and the business of every one who doesn’t like false advertising. I will spend my money elsewhere because your business doesn’t need it apparently.

Tried to park in front of store. Was told an unlabeled spot i was pulling into was for the owner. The store layout was attractive and well-organized. The associate was attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. And the manager was extremely accommodating in exchanging a faulty product. Highly recommended!

Hands down this is the best Vape shop to go to around Raleigh. I have been going here for over a year and the customer service is always excellent. I am a manager myself and it’s hard to find employees like the ones that work at Mr. Tobacco. They are always so patient and literally greet everyone that walks in the door it seems like. Noah is who I have usually dealt with and if I was the owner I would do whatever it took to keep him employed. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves the store happy. This place is good in a pinch. Selection is okay. But the loud rap music can interfere with a conversation, and if its busy there is very little room to move around. They also dont accept returns if their product is faulty. I had to find a new shop to buy tubes because theirs tasted like perfume/ incense.

Beware! Went in as newby looking for a vaporizer for cbd hemp flower, had what seemed like a great chat with a clerk and left happy - quickly discovered what hed sold me was a combustion pipe NOT a vape. Out $35 for a device I didnt want and $15 for the gram of bud that literally burned up. Returned to the store 3 times over several days and each time was told no refunds no returns by staff. No effort to make it right and when I suggested they at least replace the hemp flower, they even accused me of lying to get free stuff. Email to manager/owner, no response.

The worst ...I bought I tobacco scale and it was not calibrated .it did not weight accurately..went back to the store to exchange or get refund and owner refused and blamed non working item on me.. Got into heated argument because he wouldnt even fix the scale ..the worst customer service ever in life..he threatened to call police on me because he wouldnt fix my issue and wanted me to leave..Dont waste your time if you read this

Customer service is always great. I go 3 times a week atleast. I just wish they would be more consistent with the closing times they have on their website. I went tonight and pulled up at 1145 pm and they were closed already. I saw the employee counting down the register. Knocked and the employee motioned to me they were closed. Sometimes I will go at 1215am and they are still open but I understand why they do it if they are slow but it sucks. They say they close at 12 midnight. But not tonight. The profit is in the details and it may seem like a small detail to close a few min early but in the long run it will cut down on your bottom line sales and profit.

This shop is honestly the best, I was reading through all the bad comments and some people are just awful. The employees are the best and the vibe is awesome. Don’t listen to those hateful comments

Came in today with my Kratom punch card completely punched out. Not only would your new snot-nosed teenage employee not honor it, he made a very loud stink about it in front of the entire store, but as I was leaving I heard him call me retarded to the other employee. I spent at least $80 a week there, but will not be back. That is not how you run a business. To anyone else that buys Kratom there, you can get it for much cheaper online, so you should just do that.

Totally impressed with this store. Great selection of everything any smoker could want. Everything was clean, organized, and well stocked. The staff helped me out with picking up a vape to help me quit cigarettes. He got me a good starter set without trying to upsell. Looking forward to going back.

Love this place! I regularly drive 20+ miles to come to to Mr tobacco. They have the best prices for the best quality products, knowledgeable and friendly staff and a large selection. Even an employee who had only been there for 3 weeks (skinny white guy, didnt catch his name) created good rapport with me. Gave me honest good advice on which products he recommended per my interests. He ended up selling me on a new tank system FreeMax. These guys always work out a deal if you ask them what they can do if you buy multiple items. Great vape shop even if your a ways from raliegh.
