I had a battery replacement on a iPhone and jailbreak had a few screen replacements with different kinds of phones 📱Customer services its always been good never had any issues whats so ever.I recently had galaxy note 10+ Screen replacement working 💪 like brand new.They always have the parts for phones 📱Good customer service 👍 its amazing 👏

They sell all sorts of great technology products and such things, I just would not recommend any sort of repair at this place. Took my phone once for a screen repair and I had to buy a brand new phone, gave them a second chance later on again and the same thing happened. Great customer service though.

They mess up your phone completely and when you take it back you’re expected to pay even more instead of them trying to fix it. The lady whose up there. Not sure if she’s manager but is very rude and snotty and doesn’t even speak to you gets someone to translate as if you don’t speak English. Worst place to get phone fixed I saw 2 other people bring back their phones in worse shape and they all got turned back like I did. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE!

I brought my daughters phone to get the screen fixed as it was scratched. The manager said to come back after 1 hour. I do so, I picked up the phone and few minutes later the phone stopped responding. The only thing that was functioning was the home button. I called them and they said to return the phone. Apparently the technician says that all he needed to do was to realign the screen. They said that they’ve finished realignment I should pick up my phone but the same problem continued 4 times and eventually the manager Sandra said they can put back my old screen and refund my money. I went to pick up my phone and the technician says he could not find my old screen but he found a completely broken screen that did not even match the phone. The screen they put on my phone was black yet my phone was rose gold. I told the lady I cannot accept the phone in that state because I never brought in a broken phone. She was rude and walked away while I was talking. I said I wanted to speak to the manager she said the manager was unavailable. After several tries she gave me a number to call and Sandra the manager picked up the phone. I explained to her that the people at the store gave me a broken phone which is not how I had brought it in. She instructed them to put a new screen and refund the money. The phone still refuses to function only the home button works. The woman at the store kept saying that there was mother board issues but my phone was working fine before I dropped it there to simply get a scratched screen repaired. Don’t bring your phones here. These people will mess up the phone and give you excuses.

I wish i could give this place no stars. I took my phone to get fixed because i shattered my screen . 2 weeks later the bottom half of my screen stopped working randomly. I took my phone back to them and they said the bottom half of my LCD screen is broken and that i need to pay $70 to get a new screen. Why am i paying for something that they messed up on.

Most of their products are good. But I purchased 1 of those new gel screen protector for my Galaxy note 20 ultra. The first one started coming off in 3 days. I just had it replaced tonight at about 5 pm its 630 now and its already coming off.. not worth $30 for sure

The manager is completely unprofessional, they lack the ability to get anything done in the time they say they will, and they don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. ALSO if they further damage your belongings they don’t do ANYTHING to fix their error.

Went to get my camera lens repaired for iPhone 12 Pro Max. They fixed that issue but got my phone back with a few scratches across the screen. I confronted them about it & they said they didnt do it. I just got this phone & I know I didn’t have any scratchesThese guys have bad reviews for a reason, go somewhere else. I’ll even pay you to go somewhere else!!!

I had a cracked screen and went to the location at the flee market and was sent to the location in triangle mall due to wrong screen. Was taken care of very quickly. Upon receiving my phone back it was soon discovered the upper speaker wasnt working. They told me to come back and really looked out for me. I am going to refer friends and family for sure.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. First of all they have the WORST most disrespectful customer service i’ve ever seen. they are sarcastic and tried to be funny. they messed up my entire phone screen and then tried to charge me double to fix it. After getting my phone fixed there was a big scratch on the screen, they claim I did it but that was impossible because I put the phone in its original box immediately upon picking it up; I later took it out at home to clean the screen before sending it over seas. I noticed at my home there was a scratch, I’m assuming because of the lighting in the house. When I addressed the issues there was a lot of hesitation and skepticism about the scratch. This phone isn’t even my personal phone and I had no reason to lie. It was going to be a passed down gift to a less fortunate person. Instead of fixing it she offered a screen protector smh. The whole time she was rude and snappy. Never again would I give these people my business and I would definitely not recommend anyone to come here. Every time I came there a customer was returning a phone for an issue. Each interaction I witnessed was not handled with good customer service.

I took my phone in to have the USB port replaced. They had to order the part and said it would be in the following weekend, no worries. The next week it wasnt in because the supplier was out of stock before Pro Wireless was able to order it, which happens. But after 5 weeks of being told it had shipped and was on its way, someone at the store finally expedited it and it came in in 2 days. I finally get my phone worked on which I was told would take up to 3 days, even though I was told on the phone several times that it would be same day, and my phone comes back with a broken screen and a broken fingerprint scanner. They ordered the screen right away because it was noticable, but I didnt know about the fingerprint scanner until later. When I took my phone in to get the screen replaced, I asked about the fingerprint scanner and was told theyd take a look. When I went back to pick up my phone, they asked if I knew the fingerprint scanner was broken. To be fair, they did replace the screen for free and they offered to replace the fingerprint scanner for free, but I couldnt deal with continuing this saga. There were snippets of good customer service here and there, most notably by the young man named Ever, but it was such a terrible overall experience that I cant give them more than 1 star. The only apology I got through the whole experience was when I said not to worry about ordering the fingerprint scanner because I was done with the process. Bottom line, no I would not recommend taking your device here for repairs.

Paid 389 to get s10 screen repaired. They damaged the inside of my phone so now it wont charge. Installed faulty screen. Refused to give me a refund with the receipt. Day 3 after payin bout 400 dollars. Still cant charge phone. Gave me mix and match front and back case. Terrible customer service. Never again. Going to file a police report for damage of property.

Went to get a new screen protector for my phone. The employee recommended a 3 layer one after looking at my phone. I asked if it would fit with my otter box case and she said yes. Then they took it to put the screen protector on. However, when I get it back the frame part of my case was shaved down and crumbling with cracks all in it. After pointing that out she gave me another frame, but also shaved it down so we will see how it lasts. Putting the new frame on though she broke the corner of the screen protector! I will not be going back.

First they tell you an amount , then they call you to say that they found another pro and it will cost you more money and then when you finally pay they give you a non working phone and say ohh btw we need to charge more because that is another problem! My sons phone broke, and we took it there to be repaired. It stopped working after one week. They did not honor the warranty. But we paid them more money to have it fixed AGAIN. This time, it stopped working after two weeks. Again, they did not honor the warranty. I guess if they actually fix your phone, its a great way to save money. However, if the repair doesnt hold dont expect them to honor the warranty.

I got my Iphone X repaired last month. Price is cheaper than applecare and some other stores. Got my phone fixed within an hour, which is faster than I thought. My phone has been working smoothly since repaired. Good service. Highly recommend.

The worst place I have ever dealt with their work will leave your items worse than before. Then they will not show any honor or responsibility for their poor workmanship. My Apple Watch screen came off and I was told I need to replace the screen, paid for it and 2 weeks later the screen comes apart again. I take it back and he’s saying the issue is the wires beneath it. I’m like if it was connected properly why is the screen falling off? Nothing should touch the wires beneath if it was connected properly. Should the glue have come apart less than 30days later? No. I asked him to replace it and he’s still talking to me about the wires beneath. I can’t with this place. 60 day warranty?!? At this point I’m can buy a new watch. I will take my items to NXTGen. So much easier to deal with

They don’t have the equipment to properly fix iPhone X and up. They secretly replaced the screen with an LCD instead of an OLED. It’s a HUGEEE difference. Now my iPhone X just looks like a 6.The worst part is they acted like nothing happened, like I was crazy. And when I asked for he specifications of the screen NO ONE could help.Please save yourself the Disappointment and just go somewhere else. HORRIBLE service for newer phones.

Should be a 0 star.Got my phone screen repaired here. Everything worked great for 3 days. On the 3rd evening lines started showing up in my phone with little black dots. It progresses to get worse while I was out of town. Got to the store 2 weeks after purchasing a 260$ screen replacement. On the receipt says 60 day warranty. Phone was never dropped, never in a purse or pocket. I brought it to them the denied fixing it for free. They tried telling me that does not just happen on its own. That I dropped it. Dont go here to expect customer and or quality work. Very disappointed I was a return customer for the past 4 years. They said they could fix it for me for 210$ I shouldnt even had to come back in the first place if the repair was done correctly I would have placed a good review.

My wife and I went there to get a screen protector for har galaxy s10. They had one they said would fit. when the lady brought the phone back my wife realized the otterbox plastic shell was broken at the top and bottom (apparently she had trimmed it without telling us.) she had tired to make it look ok and didnt want us to see she broke the phone case. she acted irritated when we mentioned it to her but put on another one. It was black insted of purple like the original, but thats all she had. while putting on the new case, she cracked the screen protector then tried to say if she replaced it right then it could mess up the screen because it was just installed. There is no excuse for a business to be so deceitful and to have that kind of disregard for there customers. I have never had such a bad experience with a business and I will never go back.

READ ENTIRE REVIEW: I come here pretty often because they have a great price on cases and screen protectors, a lot better than Best Buy and AT&T, I went into the store a couple weeks back to have my phone screen replaced since I had broken it on the kitchen floor. I spoke with two different people, however it was Hunter who recommended me their glass screen protector and he explained that since I had my phone screen repaired that I would be given a discounted price of $10 instead of $16 or $14 I believe. I came back yesterday on Sunday to have a new screen protector put on because unfortunately I dropped it and broke it again, HOWEVER MY ACTUAL SCREEN IS NOT BROKEN!! I am SO THANKFUL for the fact that he offered me a discount on a product that keeps my phone from breaking again instead of allowing me the risk of breaking my phone once more. I saw him yesterday and he put another screen protector for me. I really like these people because the bottom line is that if you have an issue with anything here they do everything in their power to make it right. Customer service is difficult and if these people dont get it right the first time, then they sure do make it right the second time, Thanks!

After 2 days of them claiming they replaced the motherboard in my daughter’s phone. I went back to the store due to the speaker and front camera not working. They never looked at my daughter’s phone and claim it was a different phone then the one I initially brought in. Service provided: Screen replacement, but ended up having to purchase a new refurbished Galaxy S5 phone b/c the motherboard in my old Galaxy S5 was damaged. Through the recommendation of a friend, I bought a brand new iPhone 4 without a contract through their website 2 months ago. It came in the original iPhone box with all the accessories. The iPhone is legitimately from Apple and theres no gimmicks there. I was very happy with the purchase. But it seems that they also do iPhone repairs in Raleigh so I know where to repair mine if I ever drop it or break it in the future.

Went to have my galaxy phone repaired. When I came back to get my phone it wasnt sealed properly and there were bubbles under the screen itself. The ten year old cashier wasnt sure what to do and the other worker said there was no manager and to come back and ask for nikki. Well nikki was the worst human being Ive met in my life. She told me Samsungs phones come like that from the factory and as someone who has worked in electronics I knew it was a lie. She called me and another customer who agreed with me all sorts of names for no reason. All I wanted was a proper screen put on my phone because thats what I paid for.

The people were nice but I brought my iPhone 8 Plus with a shattered screen to get replaced. Paid $140 for the repair, got it back and noticed that something looked off. The colors were washed out, screen looked about the same quality as the iPhone 6, and the 3D Touch and regular touch was messed up. Before I got the phone “fixed” I asked if they were legit screens straight from apple and they said yes so I was expecting that I would give them $140 in return for a good screen. I did some research and came to the conclusion that they sold me a FAKE KNOCKOFF SCREEN! Keep in mind that I am a teenager that doesn’t have much money and the money that I have is used for things that I need. Working a job that only pays $8 an hour, $140 is a lot. I’m about to go back to the store and demand a refund and my old screen back, then send it to apple for an actual screen. Will not be supporting this store ever again.

Dont recommend this place for screen protectors or anything you will have it installed to your phone.They treat phones like garbage specially if you have an expensive phone.It is a waste of time and money and all of them claim that they are the manager. Never again.

The two positives about this place with respect to repair...they are convenient and they are fast. My two experiences both resulted in return trips to correct issues after the repair was completed on my Galaxy S3. The first involved a replacement of the display assembly (yes after I dropped the phone) which worked for a couple of days, then the touch stopped responding. It was repaired again at no additional cost to me. Secondly, the power switch failed after a few months, which they replaced for about $80. The next day I noticed that location services function was inoperative. I took it back and was told by the soft spoken representative that there was nothing they could do, and it had nothing to do with their repair. He said I needed to do a (painful) factory reset and sent me on my way. A quick google search revealed all that was required was retightening the screws a bit and now it works again. (And by the way, their technician lost one of the screws in the process.) If these guys are in the repair business they should be aware of these details or at least offer to examine the phone to determine what is issue really is rather than just leaving the problem with me. Or spend two minutes themselves on a search just like I did. So think twice before asking these guys for repair, or, expect to go twice as in my experience. Twice.

Dropped off my phone with a small crack and went to pick it up and the lights on the side were flickering. Gave it back and they said they would fix it, went to go pick it up again and lo and behold the side of the screen is still flickering. Gave it back to them AGAIN and they told me they would fix it and I could pick it up the next day. Went back the next morning, they told me they had just gotten their shipment of screens and it would be another 30 mins. Took my number and said they would call me when it was ready. 2 and half hours go by and I have not received a call. I call them and they tell me the screen is still flickering and they dont know whats wrong but I can come pick it up. Go get it and they tell me I can come back in a few weeks and get another screen put on. I tell them I dont understand why there is something wrong with the phone that wasnt wrong before. He just repeats what he said and I leave. Went back and said since they cant fix it I wanted a refund. Said It was fine but they had to put the cracked screen back. Fine, left and came back a few hours later. Get my refund and the guy lays my phone with a SEVERELY cracked screen on the counter. Told him this is not my screen and this is much worse. He argues with me and says they threw my screen away and had to use one from a phone from today. He was extremely rude and knew he was wrong but made no attempt to keep my business. Said he could put another screen on but they would charge me. I told him hell no and left. This is the most disgusting, horrible bad business I have ever experienced in my life.

How do you fix a HDMI port and break a whole damn X-Box? Don’t you think you need to replace it? I love this place! I dropped my iPhone 7 accidentally yesterday. I thought of Pro Wireless immediately. They told me they could fix it in an hour! Compared to Apple, their price is really affordable! They also suggested me to keep my phone in a protective case with a glass protector. Now I think I would never break my baby 7.

This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I do not recommend anyone to go there. All of the employees including the owner are rude & helpless. My phone had so many cracks when I received it back which werent there before , they told me they couldnt do anything about that when they were the reason that caused that.... now my phone is scratchy & ruined😩 The owner has a terrible attitude & has no respect. She deserves to lose her job by the way she treated me as well as all of the employees in there! They need to learn to respect their customers & try to help us the best way the can because we are the ones paying them to do so. Recently, I dropped my phone 7 and the screen cracked. I immediately drove to Pro Wireless to get it fixed. It was very affordable and quick, making it the best phone repair Ive ever gotten. The customer service was also exceptional.

This morning on my way to work I dropped my phone getting out of the car. After work, I took it to pro wireless and they had it fixed within an hour. This guy Scott helped me and the employees were really kind. Even though I had dropped my phone really bad they had it fixed. And it was really cheap. A low price for good Quality. They did a great job. Go if you want your moneys worth.

Fast service with the best price, couldnt find anywhere better. Got my screen repair done in less than 30 mins, best service I have ever got for the past 5 years. Definitely recommend everyone to check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Not an authorized seller of any products and if your product breaks not only will they not replace it but neither will the products company because you are shopping from an unauthorized seller. Im not even sure if their SPECK cases are real or counterfeit! Speck warned me not to shop there again because it could be counterfeit. Case broke after just one month, ONE MONTH, of light use and the shop keepers did NOT CARE at all and were very rude and Speck cannot replace it even though Speck cases are under 1 year warranty because the store is not authorized. These people just want your money, they are not there for good, quality products.

Dropped and cracked my iPhone 8 a week after I got it. Took it to prowireless and they gave me the best price out of all the places I checked out. Not only that but they also finished it in 30 minutes upon request. Staff were very helpful as well.

This has been the worst experience ever! I brought my phone(iPhone 7) here to get my cracked screen repaired. They had told me it should only take 1 hr 30 mins to repair. While I was gone they contacted my mom saying they broke the LCD screen then tried to give the phone, saying that I should take it to apple. My mom refused to take my phone back saying that she will not accept it because it was in worse condition than it was. My mom had to threaten to call the cops to finally get them to repair my phone. They then told my mom that my phone would be ready in two days. Two days went by and they called my mom on Thursday (I brought my phone in on Tuesday) saying that the touch screen home button was broken on my phone. My dad talked to the guy on the phone and the guy told us to come in that day to get the phone and he would pay us $150 to get the phone replaced. The then told us the technician who repaired the phone wasnt in and wasnt responding back to his text when he questioned him about my phone. In my opinion, the technician didnt come in that day because he/she knew they had messed up my phone and didnt want to TWICE (once breaking my LCD screen then breaking my home screen). That day me and my dad went into the store and got my phone. The guy gave us $150 for the phone and we left. Once I left the store my phone started to have serious complications. My phone seemed to be very dim and there was a glare to the left of the screen. My phone started to power off randomly and wouldnt turn on. Now I have to go to the apple store @crab tree to get a replacement phone. I recommend to anyone who has a cracked screen, take somewhere other than pro wireless, I suggest Apple Store or somewhere in downtown Raleigh.

I called around to get price quotes on screen replacement options within the community and this place was the cheapest. I took my iPhone 6s Plus here to get the screen replaced. It was replaced within hour as promised. The associate was polite and nice, he even convinced me to buy a screen protector. As soon as I got home I realized my front camera was not working. I tried to troubleshoot it by restarting the phone and even took the screen protector off, I was desperate and nothing worked. I was at the mall the next morning waiting for the store to open so they could fix my phone (again). The associate asked to see my receipt as if he didnt believe me (so happy I kept it). It was fixed within 30 mins. Needless to say, my brand new screen protector was destroyed because its one time use only and I didnt know that. So I ended up losing $10 on that AND had to return to the store so they could fix THEIR error. Considering the money I lost on the screen protector and having to return to the store, I could have came out even if I went to a store that cost a little more money and saved an extra trip! I dont really recommended this business, I would just go somewhere else and pay a few dollars more.Update: my light sensor that determines the brightness no longer works. Go somewhere else.

Poor customer Service. Poor quality repair. My phone is worst now than before the phone repair. I returned a second time to have the original repair modified. I will not return again.

Last week, I cracked my iPhone 6 glass, and my friends recommended me to Pro Wireless. I went there, and the staff were very helpful and nice. I paid the lowest price for the repair and got it fixed in under an hour. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this store for cell phone repairs. :)

I recently shattered my Samsung s7 screen. I was told by a friend to go to Pro Wireless in the mall. Jackie, first greeted me and took in my phone. They told me it would take about a hour. They actually called me 30 mins later that it was finished. Everything worked fine and my phone looked like it was brand new again. I even opted to try out their 3 layer protection for my screen. They were great and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Being without a cell phone is definitely a bad day for me. The guys at the Pro Wireless helped me a great deal! I had called many places, i was told of a 2 week wait for the parts to arrive and hundreds for the repair. When i came into Pro Wireless today, they were unable to fix my phone for less than $50 in an about 1 hour. Thank you so much! Now, i am a happy person again!

This place is absolute garbage, you can even tell by all the one star reviews .. the employees don’t know nothing .. and the manager or whoever manages the owner account is the biggest scammer I’ve seen in my life .. I hope this place gets shut down for the sake of us mistreated customers ✌️😑

I accidentally dropped my iPhone 4 as I stepped out of the car and cracked the screen. It seems like screen inside the glass is also broken as it turns white every now and then. I found their online store for iPhone repair Raleigh and thought the price for repair was reasonable. I was skeptical at first, but I sent them my iPhone 4 and they completed it within hours and shipped it out within the same day. When I received it, the repaired iPhone seems to look brand new. Good work.

Worst place I have visited. Brought my phone to get it fix change the camera and battery while waiting took them about 1 and 30 minutes upon my return they have broken the back glass of my phone no problem with that since they told me they will replace with a new one. Received a call that the replacement part arrived so I visited last Friday took them an hour to replaced it but when I was checking the job they broke the replacement part so they ordered a new one and left the broken one but by the time Ill get home the back glass was not properly place the glue was coming out so I decided to visit them today Sunday so they can properly glue it until the replacement part ( second one) arrived they said just to glue it correctly they want me to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes just to glue it. Will never return to this place ever again

Dont buy anything electronic, like a battery pack. they last a very short period of time the stop working and they wont refund your money they just keep exchanging poor 3rd rate products. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

They always do great and professional work. I have used the Triangle Town Center store 4 times already - 4 times a broken Samsung screen replacement over several yrs. Pricey but good replacement work.

This place deserves negative stars. Took my iPhone 7 to have the charging port replaced (It was supposed to take a couple hours) 48 hours later nothing !!! they messed my phone , they BROKE the home button, the motherboard and the speaker . the phone was beyond repair.One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Terrible customer service .When I was in the store the second time a guy came in with iPad and said he had been there about 4 -5 times already and the screen that was replaced was not working and he kept having to come back there. Apparently this is normal for them to replace a screen but break multiple other items in the process. AVOID at all cost!I would def consider going to a different place for phone repairs.

Wow, its amazing work, amazing people! I cant believe how fast these guys fixed my phone. I was expecting to pay $300 for the repair work (prices quoted by other repair shops) and a 5 day wait period. But, Pro Wireless quoted me only $150, thats half what I was expecting. on top of that, they fixed my phone in an hour!

Very low quality phone screens. Be very careful!!! My screen is turning yellow after they changed it for me.They only have cheap stuff from China.

I had a cracked screen. They filled in the crack and put a coating over the screen. Very affordable and screen looks great. Very pleased.

I broke the screen of the phone, and then it didnt work at all. They told me just needed to replaced the screen and everything is fine .Good service！

My phone had water damage and I took it to prowireless for repairs. They initially replaced the screen but after a day the screen went back out again and now the speaker wasnt working. I returned the phone and thats when they told me it had corrosion and would need to be sent off to New York. I agreed with the understanding that it would take three weeks to fix. At the end of three weeks we called back to check and the phone was not there. My wife called several times throughout the week and we kept getting the same run around. No one could tell us when it would be back or what the status of the repair was. They kept the phone a total of 4 weeks and then when I finally demanded that they give me the name and number of the company so I could call myself and check on my phone suddenly it appeared. Upon receiving my phone back I discovered they had did a factory reset on my phone so I lost EVERYTHING!!! On top of that the signal was not working correctly nor the speaker so they really didnt fix anything in the four weeks that they had it!!!! Then on top of that they tried to charge me again for services that I had already payed for!!! I had to stand in the store an hour waiting for them to find the receipt to prove I had already paid. They even had me go to the extent of calling my bank to look at my transaction history to see if I paid with my card. I told them I paid with cash. Eventually they found my receipt to prove I had paid. After leaving the store I discovered that phone was not receiving a consistent signal and I was unable to hold a conversation clearly. I went to the verizon store and was then informed that the phone signal was probably damaged when they were repairing the other stuff and that they couldnt fix that. I called prowireless to inform them of the issue. They wanted me to bring the phone back. I declined and said never mind. It was way out of my way to take back over there and there was no guarantee they could fix it. Thank you pro wireless for turning a phone with a damaged screen into a phone with a working screen but no signal and no speaker and wasting $320 of my money and a month of my time. You are the worst!!! I would not recommend them for anything.

I really like this place. I broke my iphone 6 this morning, called them, came in, an hour later, i got my phone fixed. Fast, Easy, and I didnt spend a ton of money on a new phone.Competitors, Listen up! if you want to bad mouth Pro Wireless again, why dont you put any real effort into tasks such as: Help customers save money by lowering the repair prices!

I cracked my IPhone & was going to have to pay almost $ 300 to repair it. Pro wireless fixed my phone for much cheaper & put on a glass shield in one hour. I love this place & the people who work in here.
