I came in to trade my Range Rover for a newer model they had on the lot. I brought my 4 year old since she’s not in school. When I got there, I got cold feet but Scott sat me down and was more then generous with his offer on my Range Rover and gave me a deal I couldn’t walk away from. My four year old, being a four year old, became agitated and started cutting up quite a bit but he and the other lady working there were so nice to her and even got her a snack. They never seemed bothered by her. It was just overall the experience you want to have when buying a car. He was open and honest, fair and personable. The owner Craig runs establishment like a well-oiled machine. Hell have you in and out in no time, even with a large job. As a bonus, they also sell very fine quality automobiles.

For a car dealership this one almost hit a home run..except the owner didn’t follow through with a promise for a wheel lock set that wasn’t in the car. Our bad for not getting it in writing..other than that a good overall experience, great car, deal was fair. *Edited to add that the owner did take care of us, and sent the wheel lock set as promised, thank you!!

An absolute scumbag runs this place. Tried to buy a car here and he was extremely overpriced, totally ripped on other dealerships in the area, and would not even consider the idea that he was wrong on the price; I have found the same model multiple times at a cheaper price with a newer year and less miles. I found my dream car here but he was so insanely unbearable that I left without looking back.

Scott from the beginning to the end was patient and very informative, he was honest from the beginning of the deal to the end. There was no b.s like most dealers, straight forward and no pressure this guy could sell ice to an eskimo. I live in NY and and he made me feel as though I was sitting at the table with him... And Ms. Courtney was Super polite and extremely helpful when I had a snag with insurance, and did not mind all the calls. And they made transport easy. I highly recommend them 2000% for a great deal on any truck or car!!!!

I never liked used car dealerships because they always seem to not be truthful or trustworthy when purchasing any of their cars off the lot.. they never really care about safety of the families they when selling their lemon cars today I decided to step out on faith after reading several reviews about this used car dealership that people were talking about.. I must say, from the time I enter the office I was greeted with respect and handle with care .. Scott is one of the most honest, funny, reliable. Patient, gentle, resourceful car business man I ever know.. and trust me I went to all the used cars on capital blvd. there was no experience quite like this.. I wish he could bottle up his qualities and sell it to every used car business.. his assistant the young woman that there was very very conversational , informative and kind.. wow!!! Not to mention the car he sold me is like riding in a new car .. beautiful car it’s more than reliable it’s amazing... thanks Scott I love my car thanks for also working with the price that fits right in my budget.. After visiting several high end dealerships I came to Carolina Import and Domestic to test drive a Mercedes because the price was below market value of the car. The car was immaculate and in perfect condition. They let me take it for a few hours to have it checked out and I came back to purchase the car. It took about 10 min to get the financing. I never felt like Scott was being dishonest, he was up front and really authentic. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great car buying experience! I would def come back.
